We arrived at the location at around 3:30 pm and we were told that they ran out of food due to accommodating 200 unexpected guests before us. We did hear that they have good food so it was bummer that we didn't get to try it. We just went in to take a tour and wow! We didn't expect the place to be so nice and quiet. The garden is amazing! You should go and take a look! It's a great place for a wedding. They have 4 beautiful garden venues and one big pavilion for indoor grand events. The hotel is so neat and has a homey atmosphere. The room rate starts at a very low price of 5k per night. Their pool area is not very big but it's good for families. They didn't have a lot of hotel guests when we visited so the place was very peaceful. I just loved the place, and I'll definitely go back for an overnight stay.

Their adobo was superb. Rooms are satisfactory to me: no smell, air conditioning is silent & distribution of temperature is perfect. Staffs are nice & helpful

HELPFUL and very rewarding staffs (Andy & 1 Female staff) welcome us from where we parked our car approximately 50 meters away from the drop off, follow us there just to carry out our personal things. The place was chosen by my daughter and son- in- law to be the venue of their wedding recently (Sept. 27, 2021). We're so GLAD to be here for the first time, the room chosen by my daughter is their Master suite which even we are only Four coz of the PANDEMIC, the room has 7 person bed capacity. We're greatly enjoy our stay here and we would like to thanks all the respectful staffs who acted in accordance with the mission and vision of Hillcreek owner. Your way of how you entertained us will surely reach to every person we know. You're truly served with a HEART. Thanks GOD BLESS.👍👍👍

Very nice hotel. Beautiful scenery. Friendly staff. Only cons are not working wifi and TV cuts out totally. Make sure you arrange transportation ahead of time. No taxi service at hotel and no grab in the area.

A wonderful location for a spiritual retreat or a wedding! The buildings are built with attention to detail and no expense is spared in their construction and finishing. A “one stop” place for your special activity with more than enough space for any unique occasion. Great for weddings and receptions (at least 3 at a time) with 5 star rooms and staff. Just remember that with extremely great value comes a good price.

Rooms are cozy and clean. Buffet breakfast at the blue room was really good. Loved the maja blanca, fried rice, corned beef, danggit, and longganisa. All the staff very were helpful too.

We booked the premiere room but unfortunately they only allow pets on the casitas. The receptionist was very helpful and we were really impressed on how they handled the concern by giving us the option to move. However, we had a not so good customer experience on their restaurant (The Blue Room). Me and my husband agreed to take turns on eating breakfast since we knew from the start that pets are not allowed. Since it was raining that morning my sister in law asked the restaurant staff if we can bring our dog inside and they agreed. Then here comes the OIC manager and asked us to leave since pets are not allowed. We know. It could have been smooth if he clarified to his staff first on who let us enter then they both come to us and apologize for the mistake. But no, the tone was as if we just entered the restaurant gatecrashing, sitting pretty with our dog. We felt that we were put to bad light by not following rules when in fact someone allowed us to enter. But all in all the place is serene and Also spacious to walk and jog around.

My family and I were accommodated by very kind service employees as we celebrated a wedding feast that was well-prepared.

Was considering booking an event here and we scheduled with their sales team about a month before the visit. The day we arrived at the venue, we were told the he wasn’t there to handle us. We were instead toured by the maintenance staff. The place looks great but a big part of me feels that we may not be taken cared of if we hold our event there based on our experience with the person we were talking to. Can you imagine, we booked in advance because we aren’t even from Manila or Tagaytay and he ditched us. Hill creek management should do something about this guy.

Attended a wedding here over the weekend. The new grand pavilion is spectacular. Suites and Garden rooms are also top notch. Sets the standard for the ambiance and greenery. Definitely a lovely place to host gatherings.

It serves good food, is accessible, and has parking spaces for around 100+ cars. Hillcreek Gardens seems to be a popular choice for a wedding reception and a weekend getaway.

We been here last Oct 9 for my nephew wedding, the place is so cozy and relaxing, thou not that accessible for any convenient stores so you should have your own car, the room is so big what i really like here is the restaurant where they serving bfast, i can compare this to marriot vacation club in phuket but i compare the two Hillcreek is more nicer for me 😊

Room and location is nice for events but food that was served on our lunch was bad. Too oily and it feels like a “feeding program” Please see the third photo..

The place is alright, nothing too special. Their event hall is suitable for simple and intimate events. The design is quaint but it's not very spacious. You won't really feel you're in Tagaytay.

As a wedding venue it could be surreal. Indoor setting with good working AC was nice especially for a tropical country.

The place is gorgeous. It's quiet and hidden and it feels like a secret garden amidst the busy place. Every corner of thr gardens feels like a sanctuary. The structures feels like a maze but it works. Recently spent a few nights and attended a wedding here and we just loved everything about Hillcreek Gardens. The people from the security guards to the other personnel are very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend! 🖤

Staff was accommodating. Always willing to help. Lots of trees and plants. Relaxing nature filled atmosphere. But not all rooms/ facilities have ramp access for PWDs though. That's the only reason I couldn't give 5 star's.

Very exceptional hotel and resort. Every detail Is careful executed with class and charm. Spacious comfortable clean rooms beautifully manicured landscaping helpful courteous staff and a wonderful pool. The entire grounds are lovely, because of this expect there to be a few weddings going on while you stay here. There is plenty of room to enjoy your stay.

Rooms, bathroom, service, and places to take nature photos great! I kinda expected pool to be heated given this is Tagaytay we are talking about which is known for cold weather. Food though is edible but not so good. For breakfast it's your usual Filipino buffet setup but everything tasted bland from the rice all the way to the adobo. Price is what you expect from a place like hill creek but sad to say the food will make you want to eat out all the time. The burger tasted like a thicker Angel's burger which I actually enjoy but not at that price.
