My wife and I attended a wedding at Balai Taal last April 2019 and it was more scenic than we expected. The place was very accessible from our hotel and it only took a 3-minute tricycle drive to get to the venue although you'd have to get through tight security first before entry which is great as it shows their concern for every guest's safety. What we liked the most is that the sight was breathtaking as we had a great view of the Taal lake. The houses inside Balai Taal were spacious and the whole atmosphere in the area was very relaxing. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone who would want to have a mini-get away from the incessant hustle and bustle in Manila and those who wish to have intimate events or weddings where you would surely take home memorable and Instagram-worthy snaps.

The venue was absolutely gorgeous. Held our wedding reception here and everyone loved it. Fantastic view and amazing facilities. Sir Nelson is also incredibly accommodating and made us feel very comfortable during our whole stay.

This place is for members only. They have a great view of taal. Mostly residential

I love the place. The house was exquisitely built to let you take in the view of the lake. It was all picturesque. However, the downfall is the security of the place was very lax. No CCTV's and the security personnel was not enough to secure the huge area. Any how, I'll still give it a 4/5.

Attended a friend's wedding here. Seeing this place created my dream to have my wedding here as well, dream pa lang naman. 😁 It's so well-managed, clean and the view is breathtaking.

Wedding party guest (March 2018) Located on the side of a hill, so slopes and hairpin curves are plenty. This makes it a little difficult to drive around in order to get to parking areas, especially for beginner drivers. Master your clutch footwork or use an automatic car. Plenty of parking spaces though, and the Tagaytay breezes keep the environment cool.

I cant express enough of how wonderful the atmosphere in this enclave is. The November weather was perfect at about 21deg with a light breeze. It was cool yet cozy. Perfect for a family weekend get away with a Bali Villa atmosphere. The gardens were beautiful and sprawling. The multi story hine was huge with massive rooms and spacious living and dining areas. Everything was clean, quite, well appointed and generously spaced. Definitely a must!

Perfect wedding venue. Also perfect for accomodating your soon to be in-laws while your ceremony or reception will be held some place else within Tagaytay.
