I can rate the cafe with 1 star. I think you should orient your staff to be more accomodating and love the customer so they will come back and recommend your store. Let's start with the waitress. She's not approachable. When we entered the cafe, she's busy on her phone. Didn't even greet us. And she said we can't sit in any available tables because their priority is to reserve tables for the other customers that has a large no. to dine. Eventhough we are group of 5 pax and they only have 4 available tables, she doesn't allow us to sit on the other table good for 5. 2nd was the comfort room it's not clean even the kitchen, the staff who cooks didn't even wear hairnet. 3rd was price worth 299 is not satisfying because the waiting time for the refill of orders took 15 mins before they serve. Rice was very cold. You will feel full because it took a lot of time before they serve you the food you ordered.
