Well organized and clean place. The coach is strict and disciplined. This is not a place to mess around but for those who seek results.

I have changed a lot of gyms doing different types..I highly recommend coach kwstas for many reasons..first of all is pro 100%, he approach every person differently and he discusses your goals..yours dreams..he doesn't lie saying that he will do miracles but if you train hard and keep the program as he said you defo find the results you wish..the gym is absolutely awesome and he keep it all the time clean!!
