Hi I am a resident that lives here at modern Cactus Apartments now I feel like I am being harassed also there is rats in the apartment complex it smells like pee and poop in the hallways and stairways the locks on the doors are damaged but most of all I got my late rent note on the door today and it said I owe $4,898 saying I didn't pay last month's rent when I did pay last month's rent I even got assistance assistance last month to pay my rent in full and they're saying that I didn't pay last month what is really going on here and they're late fees are hundreds of dollars if your past 3 days late even if you tell them that you get paid a portion of your money after the first and you pay them consistently every month around the same time they still charge you a late fee but the late fee is not a normal late fee as other apartments would exceeding over $100 late fee and your rent oh and don't be a little late paying your light bill cuz they will pay your light bill in full and try to con you into paying them the money back and your rent without even asking you or speaking upon the electricity bill that has nothing to do with their complex are you living there I am definitely not satisfied and I would love to speak to the owner of the complex and tell them what's going on I have been living here since February it is now September and it's been crazy there's a lot of homeless people walking around my tires have been slashed four times Within a single month ask for help said there's no way to help to file a police report there's not enough cameras in this so-called luxury apartment complex the pools are dirty except for the front one they only keep that clean because they have people coming to look at apartments but everything else is nasty the grounds are nasty they should not let big dogs live in this complex pissing and pooping everywhere I am frustrated I am angry and I'm very upset I need please leave your real contact number on here when you reply and not a office number before I and a few others go public news about this! i have a 1 year old on dialysis who I take back and forth to Loma Linda Hospital and I have three other children and I am pregnant and I am stressed out and I am tired of these issues so are the other people that lived here for a good while we all talk about it every day when we pass each other

living at the modern cactus building is really nice ! my apt comes with a a killer mountain view . my apt is dead quite . my floor neighnours are classy & very considerate . the place is pretty clean i have been here almost 3 months i never had any issue of any kind of pest . the upper management Andria Antoine has been very efficient on managing and solving any problem that might happen during my residency , the management works hard to make you enjoy your residency . it is also close to everything in town , ralph's store is literary down stairs besides bunch of great walking distance restaurants . did i forget to mention they have free internet & gym in the same building !!! modern cactus is too good to be true !! home sweet home

DON'T RENT HERE. AFTER we put in a deposit and paid for two credit checks, Andrea... the incompetent manager raised the rate by $500. When we complained to her supervisor, Sally, Andrea lied and said we didn't complete the application. Not only do I have proof that we did, but we had given our deposit to legally hold the unit. We are struggling now to get our deposit back and they charged $40 for each of our credit reports and would not give us a copy of the credit reports OR refund that money. Scammers. This is disgusting. Beware of this company.

They made an appointment with my son and his fiance. For Sunday afternoon. They drove up from Corona, and no one was there to meet them. So now they have to drive back down to Corona and hit all that traffic for nothing. To me that shows the lack of professionalism, for the managers of this apartment complex. Very inconsiderate of other people's time.

Andria did a great job managing a difficult situation regarding helping to execute lease terms for a close personal contact fairly and efficiently. This was done with Andria's cheerful and knowledgeable leadership and assistance, and for an apartment unit and rental that was more than decent in condition and maintenance. Definitely would rent again if future need arises. Thank you!

I love the location of my home in the heart of Baristo. Excellent, efficient staff, respectful neighbors and well-maintained grounds and amenities. A great neighborhood for walking.

I just moved in and I love it here. I wish I knew how to spell all the names of the 3 ladies in the front office but Ruth took great care of me. She got me a great price on my studio. The grounds are well kept and it's very secure. Maintenance requests have been timely too. Great location.
