Pulled up to the store at 8:40pm and the hours on the door state the hours are till 9:00pm and the doors are locked. Why have hours of operation if you don't keep them.

I wish they would wear name tags so I could say who the rude guy that works here is. The attitude of this guy makes me second guess coming here every time. He's the tall chubby one with curly hair, glasses and paints his nails. Seriously rude not just to me but to my kids as well! An ice cream shop should be a fun thing for kids.

I went in for the 1st time with my son about a week ago. The young lady was so nice, she's so bubbly and Cheerful. I don't know how to spell her name but it's something like Soley. Thank you Soley.

I went in to this cold stone and immediately asked if they have any dairy free options, the lady showed me the 2 sorbets they had available and I said OK great, I tasted it and it was so creamy I asked to confirm that its dairy and lactose free, she replied its the same thing, which is %100 not true. I am allergic to all dairy products. I am a former cheese specialist and a ice cream Creamery should know the difference between lactose free and dairy free. I left with no ice cream because she placed my sorbet ice cream on the cold stone and mixed it with other residential ice cream. Then she got upset when I asked if the cold stone was free of dairy. She said you are lactose free not allergic so it's fine. I told her no I'm actually allergic to dairy. She went to the back to remake my ice cream and said since your allergic you can't have any chocolate chips right... with a terrible attitude. I said " no I can't" she came back and said she didn't have the sorbets I wanted in the back. So I just said never mind.I will try again at a different location.

this is my 6th Coldstone creamery! My first store was in fayetteville Arkansas! The second was in San Bernardino, CA, third one in Fontana, CA Fourth in Moreno Valley , CA fifth in Riverside, cA and now this one……my favorite in Hemet. I tried to get there when I first moved into my new house but I locked myself out and had to pay a locksmith $260.00! The people here at the Hemet store were very sweet and took great care of me…It ain’t just the ice cream. Their workers are all really cool people

The young lady that served me today was excellent. She was very nice and her customer service was great. She was working alone and there was a line of 3 people in front of me and she served us all with grace and attention to detail.

The ice cream itself is good, but pricey. Was also put off by the Cold Stone employee rushing us through our order, plus she didn't listen. When inquiring about coconut ice cream, she replied no & without asking, proceeded to add sweetened coconut flakes to vanilla ice cream....this made the ice cream too sweet, plus my sister couldn't eat it due to a physical disorder. I exchanged mine for hers so she could still enjoy a treat along with the family. I enjoy a Thrifty cone more.... without paying so much.
