An amazing spa with beautiful interiors, skillful therapists and reasonable prices. A little more costly than a standard street massage but the experience is much nicer. The therapists are all obviously well trained. Have visited every day of my trip so far! Only downside is that sometimes the staff are a little noisy as they wait for their next clients. They chatter close by to the downstairs treatment areas. The relaxing music manages to drown out the noise mostly though. Would not hesitate to recommend this spa to others. So far I’ve had: - 2 x relaxing foot massage - head massage - Balinese massage Will see what I get tomorrow 😉

RIPPED OFF: So my wife and I booked for a 1 hr massage each. We wanted 30 minutes back and 30 minutes head massage. They charged us for 2 X 30 minute massages so they made more money, about 40% more. Felt ripped off. Massage was 7/10.

This is one of my worse massage experience. The place is beautiful and all the staffs have very good attitude, but their massage skills are very normal and even rough. They don’t offer the welcome water/ drink, neither fruit and tea after the massage which most of the spa center would offer. Until I was ready to pay, I just knew they charge the addition 13% service fee. I booked a traditional Balinese massage 60 min. The first therapist was young. Her skill was rush and rough, and her nails made my skin hurt. So she suggested another therapist for me. The second therapist was more experienced and kind. However, compare to other spa center I had in Ubud, her skill was normal and rough. When I faced down on their bed, my nose started to stuck. It usually happens when there is dust or something causing my allergy. Until I turned over and faced up, I finally can breath normally. It might be just me. But if you are also easily to get allergy, this place might not be your best choice.

WOW! This place is really comfortable and nice. I was impressed by the elegant and attractive room design, very simple but extraordinary. The atmosphere is relaxing and I had the perfect massage, everything was great. Therapists are very experienced, they do massage well. I really recommend this place if you are in Ubud. Try it, you won't regret it.

What an amaizing experience! Luxury place with very nice prices, not over price like other places. The full body scrub before massage was a great idea, after I had balinese massage and my body is happy, relaxed and rest. Everything is new and super clean!

We had the Balinese and back and shoulder massage for 60 min, I like that you can choose the essence of the oil that they will use for the treatment, but what we love it the most were the therapist, they knew what they were doing, after the treatment we felt so relax and ready to sleep. Recommend if you like a nice and affordable place.

The best spa I tried in Ubud. Beats the hotel spa even though I stayed at a well-known hotel here in Ubud. My masseuse Ketut was amazing. The services price is a little higher than the cheaper range offered on the same street... but they're outstanding. Place in new and clean. You can choose your own aromatherapy oil. Lemongrass oil is good for soothing muscle aches after all that walking. 30 mins foot massage is 120k and 30 mins back and shoulder massage is 120k. You'll feel so relaxed. They definitely trained their masseuse.

The best spa we had during our stay of 6 days in Ubud area. As many tourists, we tried a couple of different spas, but this was thus far the best and most professional and skilled. The girls were amazing and the facility is very clean. The only thing we regret is not discovering this spa earlier during our stay as we only had one time to visit it.

Great place!

I’m not really enjoyed my experience here. Massage itself was average. Oils are good. They have separate rooms for massage — it’s good, but there is no soundproofing, so you hear all noise from the street - bikes, cars etc and you can’t relax with it. After the massage they didn’t offer any tea or yummy treat. And when I paid, I found out that tax will be added to menu price. So it is totally not affordable. A lot of fake reviews here as well. Not recommended.

Worst experience ever. Just randomly popped into the place only because they open till late, had a 90 mins of Balinese massage but I doubt if I can call it a massage. The majority of the time it was merely touching my body with oily hands with absolutely no pressure, and whenever the therapist puts some pressure on her fingers, it is just painful. My partner experienced exactly the same with another therapist, seems like they don't know what they're doing or can't be bothered. Reception staff are unprofessional either, no tea or towel offered, no consultation or questionnaire provided prior to massage. Even cheaper massage places provide better service, also they forced me to pay in cash although they're not cash only. Kept saying "You don't have cash? We prefer cash", asked what's wrong with card payment and the answer was just because they prefer cash. Definitely would not return or recommend to anyone.

Massage was Bomba! 💪 Strong and relaxing in same time, so i finally relaxed andy body stop feel spazm in muscles. I was with my family, they also liked massage, we discussed what we will visit this spa

I have been here 3 times. First I took Balinese massage 90 minutes, on mext day lympathic (its not so relaxing, but its very good for figure) and in last time K tried Signature 90 minutes. All the time massages was Made by different therapists but all the time very professional! So I can recommend this spa

UBUD now has a new branch of UR SPA. I visited there several times. Numerous services are offered by this SPA, including massages, waxing, facials, manicures, and pedicures. The Balinese traditional massage was fantastic. The therapist was knowledgeable and competent. In addition, I could shower following my massage. Above all, it was a wonderfully calming environment. Try out this SPA while you can!🥰

The space is conductive to relaxation. music pleasant and calm. About massage: lomi lomi was made in correct technique, staff trained well. Balinese massage for my friend also was good, relaxing and pressure was as she asked for. Absolutely nice spa!

We always go to this spa when we come to Bali. The best place for massage in Ubud and the cleanest with a beautiful design. Great massage! Only here after a massage all the neck pain goes away and I feel great. I recommend to everyone ! 👍
