Best mall in town

my expectation was too high, when I came, they ain't ready, so many product that ain't displayed, too bad

My experince here is nice. Helpful staff, complete assortment of goods, good quality, various options. Stuffs here are quite different than other shopping mall. We just go to one place for shopping, family theme park, watching movies, and dining. Just few remarks on the parking lot and traffic outside. Quite jam during weekend.

The only mart in Lombok that have mini roller coaster inside it playing area. Have a food court, shopping area, vast parking area. Good place for spending time with family. For the shopping area..it has average price compared to another shopping mart. I strongly recommend the playing area..it has most new and many kind of playing stuff compared to another playing area at another local mart.

One stop shopping mall here in Mataram. Near with HK Hospital and strategic location with huge parking lot. Awesome

the place is dead with lots overpriced items, you could find these items with similar or even better quality in other places. they have a rather huge arcade at the top floor, but it is empty and i am not sure why. local teens often visit this place to watch the cinema inside, the cinema itself is quite good.

I think the people of Lombok still confuse about this place. I don't know why.. the place is really good, nice and comfort, but only a few people came here. My kids love to play the great 'abandonedly" roller coaster at their playground at the top of the roof

This place is literally what we called as one stop fun! All your needs are here in this one place! There are cinema, playground, arcade, supermarket, cafes, and resto. Just being there can make you happy.

Is a good mall , is a shame that looks abandoned because the management have not idea how to make this place better, more competitive and attractive to costumers ..

Its a nice place for searching some groceries or buying some daily stuff for your home. Unfortunately the trans studio were closed 😭.

Brand new mall in Mataram. Transmart are merged of two big retails company, Carrefour and Trans Retail. Transmart Carrefour Mataram has Trans Mini Studio, a first themed park in the city. You can ride crazy cab, it's a kind of low speed coaster but offering adrenaline that you can't miss it, and many rides. Transmart also have many variant of restaurant from Chinese food, Western, and local food. Transmart have a latest theatre, CGV and last, it has supermarket, Carrefour.

Not bad but need better facilities for the visitors especially for parking lot.

Hot/cold in what they stock. Never sure if they will have what you want. Checkouts not well staffed. Even if the store is almost empty there is a line.

Good place for shopping , but really .. that's it the other things interesting here is the cinema tbh which is really good

The place is clean, wide, and neat. There are many promotion in there, especially for the clothes. There aren't a lot of people in there so you can feel safe to go there during the pandemic.

Quite a lots empty shops there. There have a big supermarket where can find necessities and food. The only good things are less people especially in this pandemic and free parking provided if you did shopping there.

Overall, I think this place is nice, but the toilet(female), especially on the first floor, are dirty and smelly, and I never see the cleaning service stand by outside or near the toilet area. The flush is leaking, no tissue, the tap's broken, and smelly.
