Zareen’s
is
a
great
place
to
go
if
you’re
looking
for
some
authentic
Pakistani/Indian
cuisine.
The
restaurant
is
mostly
a
self-service
restaurant
so
I
can’t
comment
too
much
on
the
service.
You
order
from
a
digital
kiosk,
you
grab
utensils/napkins
yourself,
only
the
food
is
delivered
to
your
table.
Atmosphere
at
the
Palo
Alto
location
felt
lacking,
especially
when
compared
to
Redwood
City
location.
Though,
you’re
not
really
coming
here
for
the
service
or
the
atmosphere/experience,
you’re
coming
here
for
the
highly
flavorful,
delicious,
food.
We
ordered
the
Aloo
Tikki,
Chicken
Tikka
Masala,
and
Sabri
Beef
Nihari.
We
paired
the
two
curries
with
regular
and
garlic
naan.
Aloo
Tikki
was
decent,
nothing
to
write
home
about
but
a
good
appetizer
if
you're
looking
for
something
on
the
more
filling
side.
You
get
3
pieces
in
an
order
so
it's
a
great
app
to
split
between
two
people.
I'd
give
it
a
5/10
and
would
probably
opt
to
try
different
apps
next
time.
Chicken
Tikka
Masala
was
made
in
a
more
Indian
traditional
style,
which
makes
it
on
the
sweeter
end.
Personally,
I
don't
love
when
the
masala
is
too
sweet
so
this
one
was
not
the
biggest
hit
for
me.
I'd
give
it
a
6.5/10
though,
mainly
because
the
chicken
was
very
tender
and
cooked
well.
Nihari
was
super
flavorful,
had
just
enough
of
a
kick
to
it,
and
tasted
authentically
Pakistani,
which
I
really
appreciated.
10/10
would
recommend
you
go
on
the
weekend,
as
the
Nihari
is
a
weekend
special
only,
and
unavailable
during
the
week
days.
