Clean and fresh. Amazing. Totally loved the large selection of food choices. Finished with lemon meringue and a good fortune. Very friendly staff was appreciated with kindness

ABSOLUTELY the BEST cash wise place to eat in the Grand Forks, ND area. Great people, good food and an overall nice atmosphere! In our (Mr. Robert and Mrs. Christina Landon) opinion.

I never seen such a bad entertaind buffet, sitting place pretty congested when behavior of the an old waitress was so derogatory! She misbehave with my husband! Not a good place for dinner and lunch! There food has peculiar bad smell which needs inspection by law enforcement agency!

Wonderful. Fast seating on a mid-day Sunday. Our waiter Jason was amazing and even taught our 4 year old daughter how to use chop sticks! Great portions of good food at a reasonable price. We'll be back!

Nothing special. To many people not following safety precautions. Food was ok, just a step up from China Garden. Tried again, Mongolian was the way to go, fresher tasting. Cook was friendly. The patrons are a different story. Rude, inconsiderate, and don't know how to say "excuse me, please or thank you." UPDATE DEC 16TH: hasn't improved, only more expensive. You can "pig out" there and pay half of what it is for a "to go box." Just 3 of us, one each box costs us $48, nothing extra. Hard to want to eat in the resturant, way to many people. Only good thing thing here is the Mongolian BBQ, the gentleman doing the cooking was friendly and polite.

I regret avoiding this place for years. They have the Mongolian grill and many healthy options. I figured it was all fried food, but they had a tons of fresh fruit, veggies, meat, and sushi! Definitely will be back sooner than later.

Service feels like they are just there , nothing more. Less then friendly. They just stand around by the door, never stop back to see how things are. No background music, families who come in to feed the gang are far to load to enjoy the meal you just paid a good chunk of money for. I been to other restaurants that were much nicer and way better ran. We won't be comming back to soon guys.

Most Chinese buffets are decent at least. This one isn’t horrible, but it leaves a lot to be desired. I came here because sushi was a menu highlight on the listing. The selection was lacking and the sushi at my local grocery store is literally far superior. They obviously can’t carry everything, but there are several staples you’d typically see at a Chinese buffet they don’t have here. This was my second visit and I’ll be trying a different restaurant next time.

I ordered takeout so I can't comment about service or atmosphere. For me it's only about the food. This is some of the best Mongolian/Chinese/Asian food you'll find in the Grand Forks area. I suggest a Chef's special like the Hunan triple. Very tasty and spicy with nice cuts of meat and choice vegetables.

very clean which honestly coming to a Chinese restaurant is always iffy but the bathroom was really clean. Everything seems clean. The food was hot. When I come to Grand Forks. This is always my number one spot for family food

The place is so so. However, I've got sick twice already after eating here ... Mainly in my opinion is because I don't stay away from the seafood! I think that the variety is a good selection tho.. the seating is not very friendly to wheelchair accessibility, not to comfortable for seating larger groups. Aside from choosing wisely on food selection, the place would be ok for smaller, intimate settings. Parking also is kind of selective when it comes to space. Prices are reasonable. All in all if you need a quick place to eat and have a craving for buffet, this 'll do. People are very friendly so that's nice!

Both me and my boyfriend were absolutely disgusted by this place. The sprite I ordered tasted like the water you swallow when swimming in a public pool. Most of the food we got from the buffet was cold or lukewarm. Most pieces of meat I tried to eat had gristle or horrible knotty bits. All of the "seafood" tasted like it was severely expired. On top of all this it was $42. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I rediscovered this place a few weeks ago and now have been twice. I just grab and go, but the buffet is amazing. Everything was plentiful, hot, and delicious. If you like seafood, they had king crab both times I was there and crayfish the other night. I didn't get them, so can't attest to the quality, but what a deal if eating in! I just got the chicken with broccoli and orange chicken. Fresh tasting and hot. Didn't love the spring rolls. A little mushy, but I did get it to go, so it may have gotten soggy during transport. Check it out. Not a lot of Chinese food options in area.

Food was ok. We ordered to go for two person price was super expensive. Will not be coming back.

We got hungry on our way to Winnipeg from Fargo, ND and Google directed us to this place. The restaurant was packed even though it was almost 2 in the afternoon, on a Sunday. Here you can find plenty of quintessential Chinese buffet fare but the crabs legs and shrimps and clams were my favourites among all of them. The friend chicken wings were great too and the several stir fried vegetables options were cooked perfectly. The noodle dishes were decent as well. What surprised me the most was the in-house Mongolian grill! I was blown away by the great quality and the wide array of meat and fresh vegetables and noodles, skillfully grilled/stir fried right in front of our eyes. Lots of the usual buffet dessert selections but the fruits slices were a plenty too. Notwithstanding that it was the cheapest Chinese buffet I’ve been to in ages ($16.95 per person. Free flowing soda was extra, of course), the quality of food was never sacrificed and the service was excellent. Our soda glasses were never empty and the thousands of plates on our table were cleared promptly and swiftly. This place is highly recommended.

The food was good but the owner not really happy when I asked for military discount and he said with cashier when I left out the door is "Asian always asking for discount"

I went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was packed. I normally won't go to places that are so busy because I am not a fan of lines. I was pleased they were able to get me right in to a table. The people behind me were not as lucky though. The food was outstanding. I am trying not to be such a glutton so only had my favorites, the fried rice, beef broccoli, chow mein and wonton soup. All were all excellent. My server was right there for the dirty plates and water refills. It has been a long time since I have been here and now I am wondering why? I will be back much sooner this time!

The people here treat me nicely, and I appreciate that. But people in Grand Forks simply don’t have taste buds. The food is average at best, and some of it is actually quite gross. It just isn’t that good. And that’s unfortunate because I really want to enjoy it. Smell the seafood and tell me it’s good food. It smells rotten. Smell their white rice and tell me it’s good. It smells like feet. This isn’t normal. Sometimes a dish smells like char and tastes like it too. That isn’t normal. However, they have decent rice noodles, curry chicken, and wonton soup. So if I do go there, I stick with that. But food should at least be consistent. They need to fire whatever lazy workers are putting our old food. It’s dangerous. And it ruins their reputation. On good days, when I know who is in the back, the food is pretty decent.

It's been years since the last time I ate at a Chinese Buffet, so I stopped into Panda Buffet on Sunday. On Sundays there is only the dinner price, but the food was well worth it, it was a busy day, but the food was fresh, and the Mongolian Groll was great too. There was a little confusion when I went to pay my bill, as an employee had grabbed my slip, but it was cleared up relatively quickly.

Awesome buffet and friendly staff. The food selection is great. I love the sweet and sour chicken, pepper chicken, jalapeño and more. The sushi is even decent for being standard roles. Glad they're still here.

Came in at a 730 on a Friday, very busy. Crab Wonton and egg rolls were stale. Some items in steamer were cold. Sushi was horrible (made with sliced ham?). Roast beef was dry. Most of the food was barely passable, nothing was great. Long time since I've had a buffet this bad.

Really good food. Surprisingly good most times. Buffet style Chinese is Mehhh but this restaurant has a great variety and really good flavor in their food... The best part is it's hot. I didn't get anything that was lukewarm. They also have a Mongolian grill there and they'll make anything fresh.

Disappointed they didn't serve Won ton soup at lunch time. Only dinner hours. Food was good.

Nice staff, they have a grill to cook food for you or you can eat just the buffet. They have a limited amount of sushi as well. A good amount of food options, but some items were not hot the last time we went (just warmish). Lots of dessert options too. They also have hand sanitizer stands, which I appreciate too.

We eat here often but especially loved the service on Christmas this year. Couldn't make it down to family so we ate here and I don't regret it one bit!!! Inexpensive and great food, along with friendly service, Jeremy was awesome! Will be back.
