    The staff seemed nice at first until I had to move out because I received orders to a new duty station last minute. I had to pay a months rent for a month I was not there. Then they have takes the entire deposit and are trying to charge me 800 dollars in charges. One for a lousy carpet they had put in which was frayed saying it was my damage. They also said it took 8 hours of maintenance to fix, the blinds were exactly the same way I received them. They charged me for paint but there is no mention of paint needed on my move out report. I suggest renting elsewhere.

    Do not rent from IMM. My roommates and I rented from an IMM property for a year and had little problems during our lease. When we moved out is when the problems started. We were charged for damages done to our apartment due to water damage that they did not come to fix as well as various other charges. We went into the main office to dispute these charges and were told that all three of us would receive a letter with the new itemized charges. We never heard from IMM until a year later when we got an email from a collections agency. During this year we were not emailed, called, or even received a letter in the mail regarding needing to pay. This was very unprofessional and almost shady to screw us over and hurt our credit.

    Heather my real estate person was super knowledgeable about the property. She was also caring and kind. From the moment we met you could tell that she wasn't just concerned with getting someone to fill a rental but that she genuinely cared about what was best for my husband and myself. I feel blessed to be dealing with her and IMM.

    I’ve lived in the Gallery apartments for just under a year now and I’m very pleased with almost everything! The only couple complaints I’ve had is my dishwasher not working since I’ve moved in, but that’s not a huge deal to me and I know how busy Mike is! Also, would LOVE to get some new flooring as mine is one of the only units left that’s fully carpeted. Heather, Mike and Jeanine are great though!

    For one I've put several requests over the past 3 months to get the washer fixed. It still isn't fixed and they have raised the prices for laundry which I don't get at all. They don't even work. I'd like to say a whole lot more but scared of being evicted. This place has done some very illegal things. Very unprofessional and couldn't be less understanding when they themselves ask you to "just stay in contact". If you're even 2 days late on rent they automatically send out eviction notices which is idiotic.

    I rented from IMM for 3 years. I personally lived in the Kensington apartments. I left a review for my specific apartment so I will keep this review more specific to the company overall. I think this company overcharges and will take every penny from your deposit and even ask for more. I was over charged for a cleaning fee upon moving out. I was able to contact management and get the 320 initial fee down to 160 but am still blown away considering I work as a maid professionally and did a solid move out clean. They claim my blinds were broken which I do not believe is true but again another cost I have to take $75 for the blinds and $46 for the labor to put said blinds up. I am very surprised by this because I rarely even used the blinds and always kept them down. I would not expect any money back in a security deposit they will try and get you for anything they can think of. I don’t care what people say about gold mark I gave them a $750 dollar deposit and got the whole thing back when I moved out after two years.

    I just moved into my second rental from IMM, and have had pleasant experiences at both properties. Staff that i interacted with were prompt and professional. The online portal is very useful for scheduling maintenance, paying rent, and updating contact info. So far, a great company to rent from.

    Brooke and Tony, along with the rest of the staff, make this feel like home! Whether it's Brooke making sure packages are secure, or Tony coming over before and after storms to check on things, they show we are more than just tenants. I don't have room to write everything they've done for me that is beyond their job descriptions.
