I've
had
terrible
experiences
at
the
Euclid
location
so
decided
to
go
back
to
Willoughby.
Much
to
my
dismay,
the
quality
and
service
at
this
location
has
fallen
away
as
well.
After
receiving
an
almost
50
dollar
order
that
was
burned
to
inedible,
and
being
given
attitude
and
over
1
hour
wait
time
for
a
remake,
I
cancelled
the
order,
was
told
to
return
for
a
refund,
and
returned
the
food
only
to
be
told
that
Domino's
does
not
give
refunds
and
I
would
have
to
take
a
refire
and
store
credit.
I
left
the
food
and
got
the
franchise
owners
contact
info
(and
my
wife
left
a
message).
Long
story
short,
I
was
refunded
about
an
hour
later.
During
that
time,
I
spent
12
bucks
on
frozen
pizzas
at
the
Giant
Eagle
and
finally
got
dinner.
Having
had
3
bad
experiences
at
Euclid,
and
a
bad
experience
@
Willoughby,
I'm
now
completely
done
with
Domino's
in
general.
I
CANNOT
imagine
this
being
any
better
at
other
locations
nationwide.
What
a
shame.
