I've had terrible experiences at the Euclid location so decided to go back to Willoughby. Much to my dismay, the quality and service at this location has fallen away as well. After receiving an almost 50 dollar order that was burned to inedible, and being given attitude and over 1 hour wait time for a remake, I cancelled the order, was told to return for a refund, and returned the food only to be told that Domino's does not give refunds and I would have to take a refire and store credit. I left the food and got the franchise owners contact info (and my wife left a message). Long story short, I was refunded about an hour later. During that time, I spent 12 bucks on frozen pizzas at the Giant Eagle and finally got dinner. Having had 3 bad experiences at Euclid, and a bad experience @ Willoughby, I'm now completely done with Domino's in general. I CANNOT imagine this being any better at other locations nationwide. What a shame.

Domino's Pizza has always been really good. Sometimes they have some really great deals. Make sure you pull in the entrance on Route 20. I accidentally went in the exit on Sharp Avenue it was a real pain trying to park 🚗 Ooops 😳

My bike broke down. I pushed it to dominos and Bri the manager treated me so good. She called her mechanic husband and had him come up to help me. While I was waiting I asked for a cup of water and the staff knew my situation and gave me a free bottle of water. I also get pizza here and they never skimp on the toppings and this place is just great. I won’t ever forget that guys thank you for helping me out during this little crisis <3

A bit disappointed. I wanted the stuffed cheesy bread and headed it had pepperoni in it, but I guess not. They did, however, put 2 on top. They didn't even cut it into strips like the bread is supposed to be, it's just one big chunk (see photo). Wasn't impressed with the pizza either. Not enough toppings and cheese had a weird texture to it. Won't be going back. Friendly enough lady that was at the counter for pick up though.

Ad says 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $6.99 each..Wrong ! It depends on which crust or toppings you order. The hand tossed pizza was dry and had no sauce on it even though I ordered "light sauce". Three of the eight slices had no chicken on them & was charged extra for chicken. The handmade pan was good but was charged an extra $2 for the crust. Also, the employees don't wear gloves when making the pizzas, saw a woman grab a handful of cheese with her bare hand, Yuck !

The food was delivered hot and on time. Our delivery person was curtious, and the food was delicious, and the wings were all nice and saucy.

Can’t say enough good things about this location. Always a pleasant experience. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Much better than an recent awful experience I had at the Mentor location.

I came in to buy a Pasta Primavera with chicken added and this older dude with glasses went from taking my money to making my food. I seen He never washed his hands. I said something to the manager. She asked him and he was about to lie until I said I seen that he didn't. But the worst part is he put the noodles back in the container. The manager told him to throw the noodles away and he was reluctant. She went back and threw them away, smh. She got more noodles for him to use but just imagine how many times he made other people food and he never washed his hands. With all these diseases going around I can't believe what I seen. I will not be coming to this location again.

If your looking for a chicken and cheese pizza ? This is the best dominos to eat at . Jason made me and my girlfriend the best pizza I’ve ever had & he was also super nice and understanding . Thanks for not only feeding my family , thank you for that amazing service - Robert

Lady was working alone. More worried about the food in the oven then helping another customer and I waiting at the counter. When I asked for my food waiting there and she seen me and never said a word.. like 4 mins, she just smiled and keeping dealing with the food. After and 4 mins, I asked for my food again which I watched her take out and box 8 mins prior and getting cold. She gave it to me and I asked her a question, she just said next. I went to ask her again, she said everything is there. Looked like something wasnt on the order, when to ask her about it, she looked at me and she just ignored me. Both 2 styles of 16 wings each just had very little sauce drizzled over them. Pizza was ok. Not worth $50 . VERY VERY rude lady working there. 1st time going there and will be our last. Will stick with papa John's from now on.
