How are people giving this place 4 & 5 star reviews? Have you never had a decent donut? The donuts here look like they were made by kindergarteners with vision problems. Raised glazed donuts with no hole and no filling? Raised glazed with no hole and unmelted chocolate smeared on top that looked like they threw the chocolate at the donut from 5 feet away. Cake donuts so dry that they HAD to be days old. If you truly think these donuts are good, you have to get out more...

My family of 6 and I ordered 2 large pizzas and a dozen donuts. The total was $45 cash and we couldn't be happier. We ordered a large pepperoni pizza with extra cheese and a large mushroom and sausage pizza with extra cheese, honestly I now understand why they're ranked 29th in the nation for pizza and donuts! Outstanding flavors. Great pies! The place was clean and the staff are friendly! We loved it so much, we went back for the same order a few days later.

We have been going there for a long time now, but recently we noticed the cream filled dounuts have very little cream filling. Please don't skimp on the cream! We love your donuts and it's hard to find good ones in this area. What happened?

Biagio's Donut Shop & Pizzeria is an absolute must stop for anyone in the Eastlake OH area or anyone driving up highway 90 looking for quite possibly the best donuts on earth. This no frills shop offers a great selection of Paczki's which are essentially large format donuts filled with a variety of jelly's, jams, custards and creams coated with powdered sugar. They are dense but delicious, fresh and oh so tasty. One Paczki probably accounts for anyone's daily caloric quota but don't let that stop you with just one. The donuts are amazing and offer a slightly lighter dare I say smaller serving, but still are packed with amazing tastes, jams and of course a little powdered sugar on top. The apple fritters are fantastic with big heaping gooey centers. The coffee is fresh, the service is great and although they only take cash, it's worth the run to drain the ATM so you can fill up on these awesome Donuts and Paczkis. I did not return to enjoy their pizza, but if the dough is anywhere close to what they use for the Donuts - I'm sure it's amazing!

We found this place because it was listed in an article as having some of the best donuts. We went on a Sunday one hour after they opened. There were only 4 donut options. I got the cruller with the custard. It was horrid. It was clearly days old and cold from being stored. It simply crumbled and couldn't even contain the custard from the moment I touched it. The place floors were absolutely filthy, I just don't get it. Maybe they open on Sundays to get rid of their old inventory. Unfortunately I will never find out if that was the case. Also ordered pizza. Same thing, it was old, but im sure it tastes great when fresh. Staff was really nice though.

Saw the article in the News-Herald today. I always tell people that your donuts are the best in America! Honestly, I actually say that, so I was mad that Yelp ranked you 29th in America by volume and online ratings. If I'd have known that, I'd have made a review before!! Congratulations!!

It sucks when you expect a business to be consistent. I just found out they sold pizza. The first one I got was delicious and cheesy. I returned for a second time to a burnt pizza. You would expect a business to want to only push out the best products but no, they chose the cheap way, sell the burnt pizza and let the customer discover their dreams have been shattered once they've gotten home washed their hands and gotten ready to eat an amazing slice only to be met by a dry burnt pizza.......I was highly disappointed. A customer shouldn't have to call and make you aware that the pizza is burnt, you saw it when you put it in the box! They've lost my patronage with this one.....just because it's cheap doesn't give you the right to give us the bare minimum. It's still hard earned money being spent.

One of the best donuts in Cleveland and is ranked 29th in United States! Wow, the donuts are large in portions and the stuffing is so delicious. They have a great variety to choose from. Would definitely recommend this donut shop and is a must try place !

Not sure why the hype! Husband surprised me this morning and snuck out to buy donuts which included my favorite cruller donut. We heard so many good things about this place. The assorted donuts tasted day old at 6:45am! Giant Eagle is better in my opinion.

Extremely disappointed you can no longer place an order over the phone. Have come here for decades. Continued to drive an hour here even after moving away. Buy dozens at a time for my family and friends back home. Due to this was told to call in advance to have them set aside my order so I can get the donuts I want. Well, today was told can no longer do phone orders. Terrible! Sad it’s no longer what it once was.

Found ourselves on the East side one morning and wanted donuts! Have heard race reviews about this place so we made our way there. Glazed were the absolute best I've ever had and the chocolate covered strawberry was delicious - nothing I've ever seen before! They use their glazed donuts as a bun for burgers and I'd be willing to try that!!

My first time there. It was about 9:30a. My favorite donut is chocolate covered glazed. I got 2 of them. I was very happy. I will be returning. Great service. Price ok. This was two weeks ago.
