Don’t understand the negative reviews around service. Even so, this is a new restaurant so staffing/service issues are to be expected to a degree. We had great service, seated quickly and offered to place our order either on the app or at the bar. We ordered via the app which was absolutely fine. It was mexican night and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and value of the food, given how big the menu was. Would definitely come again.

Lovely friendly, helpful, and welcoming staff. The food was amazing, just the right amount. Knowledgeable about the food they were serving & if they were unsure about certain items, they went and spoke to the chef to clarify things.

Came here for dinner recently, was very impressed by the decor and the atmosphere provided inside. I found that the food was very enjoyable and nicely presented. The menu has a variety of choices for all, picky or not. I will be returning to Oppio Lounge and returning with family. My only wish was that the service return to table service rather than through app order (or atleast the option to have through app or by waiter) however the app is simple, easy to use and service was quick and attentive. Was a great night and thank you for the great food and atmosphere provided by the staff.

This is a large bar with lots of seats, and you order and pay via the QR code which is really convenient. I had Caesar salad which is pretty nice, decent portion and tasted pretty good. My friend had burger and milkshake which she said wasn’t great, milkshake was kind of powdery and the burger was average at best. I did appreciate the calorie information on the menu which helped me choose. The service was really good, staff were very friendly and attentive. Atmosphere is lively and not too noisy with both upstairs and downstairs seats. It was also clean, pricey were reasonable. Overall: great service, convenient way to order and pay, average bar food although lots of variety including all day breakfast/brunch, and nice lively atmosphere.

My wife and I have eaten here a few times since it opened and have enjoyed our food every time. The staff are always really friendly and helpful and the food delicious and well presented. There is a separate Vegan menu which has plenty of options. Our particular favourites are the Vegan Smashed Avocado brunch and the Vegan Beyond Meat Cheeseburger. The cakes are also very nice. Will definitely be going back.

Spacious, not too noisy, decent food, and service was good. All in all a fine experience. The fries were really good. Meat fine. I could have done with more garlic, but that’s just me. Mayo served in a greasy bottle wasn’t what I expected. Toilets needed a cleaning as well, but toilet paper, soap, etc. were all there.

Busy restaurant in the old Bistro Pierre building. Very busy today with all tables full downstairs, upstairs and outside. Menu rather varied. You can order online at your table using a QR code (but it didn't work which they said was common) or at the bar. Food good but pricey. Nice to see the place so busy and thriving.

Took a while for someone to greet us on the door that I wasn’t sure if we were just supposed to sit ourselves despite the sign saying to wait. Food was really nice, just found it extremely hot in the restaurant & that they should invest in more ketchup bottles as it seems they have about 2 for the entire restaurant which was quite annoying as it was taken away from us pretty much straight after receiving one.

Service could have been a bit more welcoming and friendly. Food was average. Main issue is that they allows dogs (I don’t mean support dog) inside and it was barking at times and one occasion jumped up and its paws went onto the table. Not the most hygiene!!!

Recommended to visit this place by a friend. The staff were very friendly and.helpful. Great atmosphere, good mix of people and loved the decor. Biggest thing for me was the choice on the Gluten free menu! There was lots of choice. I chose tapas and I was very happy with it. Food was delicious and my friend couldn't believe it was GF. Even the desert menu has more than 2 choices.

We all go out to have amazing ambience and most importantly to have some delicious food .Well Loungers offers everything!! Yes everything under one roof. The cozy, homey ambiance invites you in.We ordered some burgers, cooked to perfection, and fritters, crispy and flavorful, and I must say these are absolute must-tries. What truly distinguish them is their amazing menu and the delicious food which you will not find everywhere. The staff is friendly and we were happy with the service .. All in all for me it's 5/5 👍👍👍

A really nice place with lots of options for brunch/lunch. I tried the steak fries and it was great. They have a big seating area on two floors, and some outdoor seating as well. The decor is nice. You can order using a QR code, which is always a nice option. They also have a kids menu with kids cutlery, crayons and colouring menu.

Came here to meet my friend for a drink and nibbles. Only order fries and garlic bread. And a bottle of wine. On arrival of the food. The portion of sweet potato for £4 was unbelievable…. A total of about 8 chips. Raised the point with staff who were very apologetic and said they would send another portion… which never arrived. Highly do disappointing
