This store scams you and will not return your VAT tax. My husband and I bought a ring from this store and was continually reassured we would get our $500 VAT refunded when we returned to the US, even though the store doesn’t provide the typical customs form. Customs refused to acknowledge the receipt from Dinh van and now the store claims it’s not their fault and they can’t refund us the VAT, unless we come back and leave Belgium again (ha!!). It’s definitely a scam, don’t expect your VAT back!!! So disappointing from a relatively well known company.
