👍👍 Amazing food experience. The dishes are sure a small food trip to the Middle East. I loved the Aubergine stuffed with a walnut. At the end we got a small pistachio baklava which was absolutely amazing. 🤩 highly recommend to come here as soon as possible! People often mention great, restaurant,

Unbelievably great food! I’ve never had Syrian food before and our server made everything super approachable. He explained portion sizes and how many things to order. The dishes were plated beautifully, and seasoned to perfection! Also don’t skip the drinks!! The pomegranate and apricot drinks were delicious. At the end of your meal you get some hot peppermint tea, and a little dessert. Which was a great way to end a great meal. This family owned restaurant must not be missed!! Go here if you’re in Ghent!

Delicious food! I came with a group of six and we had a great time. Everyone especially loved the Kefta and the hummus was good as well. Servers were a little overwhelmed but otherwise very nice. My only real complaint is the bathroom, there was a bucket instead of a drain in the sink and it kept flooding. Not very enjoyable as you can guess, we were as well sort of cramped in the back but otherwise very welcoming. Wouldn’t hesitate to come back again, and we just might!

Very disappointed about this place. FOOD was very good but the problem was not about the food… First time we got food from them was via takeaway - it was delivered fast and the quality of food made a great impression so we decided to visit the restaurant. This is where the disappointment started. Not only we waited for 50 min once the food arrived but the plates were real small and there were no napkins. We enjoyed our FOOD but we didn’t like the atmosphere and the general management of this place: - the MENU is not clear at all, you go through pages and you still don t know what is what (i had a feeling it was printed in rush as there were also some spelling mistakes … not professional at all !) - the ATMOSPHERE : lighting is real cold and makes the whole place looks pretty dark and cold - a better choice of light would definitely improve the atmosphere. Also the dark floor (tiles) would look much better with a carpet or something which would make this place look more welcoming and warm - for the moment this restaurant is the opposite of many other Middle Eastern restaurants we visited since my partner is also a Middle Eastern man - The STAFF was very friendly but also very chaotic and you could notice they are lost - running from one place to another forgetting about things. With some improvements this place could become an nice restaurant PS. We came with the reservation but the reply of the restaurant that is below says we had no reservation. Please see below attached the photo as proof of our reservation for last night.
