Very unsatisfied ! I was in the store looking for a boot however I didn't have the model I wanted there was only online the super polite and helpful seller advised me to make the purchase online, I made the purchase online however the service realized that I had made a mistake in the order I put my number wrong, then on the next day send it to online support asking for my order to be canceled it's been 15 days my order was not canceled and I didn't even receive a tracking code, I don't recommend very bad online site, it doesn't work, very bad they will get angry.

Great customer service and advice. Clearly staffed with other motorcycle enthousiasts that are not only there to sell you something. Their webshop and support is also always helpful, providing quick response and don't fuss about complaints or returns. Not always the cheapest, but the service does make up for that in my opinion!

Great shop and very friendly service. I visited the shop, looking for a motorcycle helmet. The employees really knew their products and were able to answer all my question. They were really friendly and genuinely interested in helping me. If you need help getting to know your ideal size, extra information, ... don't hesitate to ask them. The shop itself is big and has almost everything you need for you motorcycle. The products are well presented and organised. There is a lot of room between the racks and shells so you don't feel cramped together when looking around.

One of the best motorcycle clothing shops in Belgium. The people who work there ride themselves so they know what they're talking about. And they take the time to help you.
