A fabulous delicious sublime meal! Lovely l ordered the deep friend cauliflower appetizer and the beet salad & a spicy margarita To die for delish! The beet salad was deeply flavorful and clearly created with top notch culinary intelligence. Simply outstanding. .

Great restaurant with amazing ambience. The location is key as you get to enjoy the slow urban vibe of Mérida in Parque de Santa Lucia. Menu highlights: the burrata (something to keep in mind is that their burrata is not super juicy, it’s like in between of fresh mozzarella & burrata, but still tasted amazing with all the other ingredients & dressing), mascarpone dessert (just wow🤤) and Frozen Basil for a drink! Hidden gem in the city center of Merida! The food really is exceptional, we especially recommend trying the shrimp risotto or any of their other pastas. The service was so friendly and relaxed, the owner was such a great host as he even offered us a free dessert on the house, exceptional service! The location is also cute as it's at a Quaint square in the city center, can highly recommend visiting this restaurant!

Rosa Sur 32 is very centrally located with wonderful staff. We were able to get seated as a group of 9 very quickly. The tinto de verano was yummy and so was the pulpo appetizer.

Amazing food at great prices - it is tucked away in the square and we chanced upon it given the good Google reviews. Food was superb, really fresh and good flavours. Generous portion size too

Good and friendly service, however a bit slow. The prices were great for the taste of the dishes and the size of the portions. The indoor seating was ok but it was nice to have a/c. Tasty cocktails. Loved the guacamole with longaniza. Beer pork ribs were delicious, the mashed potatoes were a bit dry though. The shrimp enchiladas were original and tasty. Nice chocolate and berries dessert. Overall, a good option for lunch or dinner in Merida.

Great spot for dining, we got the duck guacamole and two meat main courses. Can only recommend as the meat was tender and juicy, falling off from the bone. They had a free aperol spritz with each main dish promo also :)

Had a good lunch at Rosa Sur ; we ordered guacamole to share and then 2 mains recommended by the waiter; everything was very good and portions generous. Expensive but good restaurant in Merida!

The short rib was quite frankly, one of the greatest things I’ve ever put in my mouth! The ambience and servers were wonderful, but the food spoke for itself! Everything we had was impressive, and we enjoyed people watching in the courtyard.

Really nice Mexican/Mediterranean fusion restaurant with great service and carefully prepared dishes. Extensive, but well curated menu. Some places have huge menus but don’t execute well — this is an exception. Good wines by the glass selection. Highly recommended for foodies.

Food was okay, nothing really spectacular. Had the enchiladas and got a Lager Yucateca beer recommended. It felt all a bit rushed, which was a pity. Waiter was friendly but wanted me to leave the minute after I finished my food. Also prices are too high for the quality of food.

Ok, just look at the pictures, Rosa Sur 32 is worth every second. It is fantastic here. The service is perfect, it has a very nice atmosphere a little removed from the street. The food was absolutely amazing. We had a selection of the hot cakes, the vegetarian sandwich, eggs benedict, and the mixed sandwiches. I can firmly tell you, that you will be satisfied with any of these. As my recommendation, take the green juice and the Café de la olla. Overall great experience.

Best gastro-experience in Merida! 👌 This tiny, living-room style restaurant is a real treasure. The waiter is also super nice. It’s prices beat other restaurants’ on this busy pretty square. We’ve been there two times while in Merida.

Rosa Sur 32 one of the finest restaurants I have been to in Merida and Mexico. It is a cozy and charming restaurant with a well curated menu of fresh delicious treats. Yummy options available for Vegans and Vegetarians. The seafood and meat lover will not be disappointed as well. The service, knowledge and the ability to accommodate me ( a person with dietary restrictions) of the staff is always greatly appreciated! The restaurant is open for Brunch, lunch and dinner. Thank you Rosa Sur 32 you always make my husband and myself very happy every time we have the chance to frequent your beautiful restaurant. Hats off to the chef! .

Rosa Sur 32 is located in the middle of the beautiful square of Santa Lucia, and they have an amazing servise. I ordered the risotto with scampi, and a glass of bubbles. Both the bubbles and the risotto with scampi were amazing! Perhaps the best risotto I have ever had. My husband has the empanadas and house wine and was very happy as well. The vibe was felt very classy in the main square, and the service was excellent. We definitely want to come back 🥂

In a plaza full of delicious restaurants this team offers a me u that can go toe to toe with any of its competitors. Every plate we tried , and we tried 7 different plates , was delicious and well made. To start the fried cauliflower was perfectly crisp with two sauces that amplified the flavor. The main dishes have generous portions so you will not leave hungry. Overall the flavors are great and the menu has something for every type of customer.

Top place in Merida! The food and service was excellent, very good value for money, decor of the place is nice , overall is a place that definitely will go back, the cheesecake is something else 👌🏼👌🏼

Lovely service and high quality food. We found this place and kept coming back having quite a few meals here. Not one was a disappointment. We liked the breakfasts, very home made from scratch type cooking. We liked the lunches and dinners. Cocktails very good as well. You can count on this restaurant to be consistent which is not often the case in Merida, generally.
