If you like ice cream liquor drinks you have to try the Friday Fantasy. Yum! Well lit and new location. In the new uptown merida mall center. Find bestbuy and Wal-Mart here too.

Disaster. Kitchen would rather stand and chat, then do a good order. 40 min and I had to get the eye of the Mgr. The salmon was raised in the Sahara. Ceasar salad with no dressing? Chicken blt left on the warmer while they chatted so it was dry and hard. Think the staff is now comparing notes. A 2 is pushing and it's because staff tried to make it better. But they should not have needed to. This is a kitchen staff problem. I won't accept you being lazy at the pricez you charge.. Redo was much better. Managers maybe miffed at me lol

It starts with 1 of Slowest Kitchens in the world. Music made hard to hold a conversation, and kept getting louder. The waitress did get managers attention, we can now have conservation. Over 15 min no sign of food. We can watch the kitchen staff having a good time. The Salmon arrived from the Sahara Desert perfectly dehydrated. The Chicken Club Sandwich, the Cibata bread had been toasted next to the Salmon. We now see if the Manager is actually in charge. The replacement Salmon arrived warm an cooked. More like should have been the 1st time. I was able to also get the ceaser dressing for the salad. The sandwich was successfully replaced.

If you choose to sit outside for a nice ambiance, know that you will be forgotten. The service is terrible! We've tried it 3x at different times of the day and the service is always equally horrific. The food is average in flavor on some dishes while others are outright flavorless and off proper temperature.

Been here several times now, never busy so no need to book. Service is a little slow at times, don't know why. Staff chat among themselves a lot. Food is lovely but check that you have got everything on your order, sides etc can get missed. Prices are up a bit for serving sizes. The whisky glaze ribs are the way to go, would like 30% more chips though.

Well, the best things are the staff and the atmosphere because the food was a let down 👎. The cocktails saved the night and were recommended by one of the guys serving...👏

Very good Salmon and vegetables. variety of beverages. Mornings are relaxing and quiet on the patio over looking the neighborhood. staff is friendly. Night dinners are Loud music and younger crowd with a live dj and video mashups

I've been to both locations in Mérida and while the service was poor at the other restaurant, the staff here are friendly, attentive, and engaged. Unfortunately, I don't come to a restaurant solely for the staff, otherwise this would have been a great experience. I've dined here 3 times, each time hoping for good food but I've eaten at Friday's for the last time. In the past visits, I've ordered cheese sticks and the broccoli cheddar soup both of which were passable and unexciting. Today I ordered the champinoñes Friday's and not only were they not fresh as the menu indicated, there was no flavour whatsoever. I ate approximately 1/4 of them and then set the dish aside for it to be cleared. The waitress noticed and asked if there was an issue and I told her my opinion which my dining partner was in agreement with. I saw her speak with the supervisor about the mostly full plate of mushrooms but when the bill came, I was charged for them and no discount was ever offered even though the supervisor asked us if the meal was OK and he was advised that it was not. Just like in baseball, three strikes and you're out so I will never return to Friday's nor would I recommend anyone else to dine there.

Sign says they open at noon but they say 12:30 and are rude about it. Well i will never get there.

Nice staff. Very busy. Apple crumble was delicious. Unfortunately my wife got food poisoning..

The first time we ate here a couple of months ago it was really good. But the last 2 times here, and the last time at the other location, they totally forgot our appetizer. Friday was the worst yet, no appetizer, onions on my burger (completely ruins it for me), cold fries, and we asked for salt 3 times. We are done, there's too many places in town with way better service and food to come back here again.

In the heart of North Merida a really good TGI Fridays just like the Fridays in the U.S.A.

The tables were not cleaned they spray sanitizer in the air above the tables then you use your napkin so clean the table from the previous guest. Also when they spray over the table next to you the sanitizer got in our food... I suggest they just clean the actual table instead of spraying the air.

Mich and Bianca were very accommodating and the aervice is great.

The customer service here is awful. I’ve been waiting for the bill for over twenty minutes. No one remembered to bring my dessert. I have spoken to them in Spanish but no one want to approach me to give me service. I won’t be returning.
