It was good the first couple of years, but we went for dinner there a month ago and it was awful. Tiny portions, stingy on the alcohol in the mixed drinks, and the food was so obviously frozen, microwaved, and tossed on a plate. Very disappointing.

I never would’ve thought I’d give chilis a high rating as an American lol. However, the food here was delicious, much better than in the states. I’ve eaten at the restaurant and have ordered through Rappi. Both experiences were great. Great Tex mex food. I really enjoyed the ribs and mini burgers. Sometimes they put a bit too much sauce on the chicken fingers and the southwest rolls could be crispier. The drinks are also pretty good. I would recommend if you’re looking for a quick meal in the area. I also like the music they play on the tvs.

Over priced Garbage honestly - food was cold it may have tasted nice when it was warm ! Fries were weird tasing too.

Waiter was very rude and expected a 10-20% tip after doing nothing but take our order. Don't expect a tip when you don't go above and beyond. Food was average and quite expensive (over $1k mex)

Slow service, we try to order 3 different things and don't have the products, I'm really disappointed with this place...

First trying to find parking was an absolute nightmare. Once we found parking and were sat down and ordered our appetizers it was super over cooked. Well at least the appetizers were hot. After eating the appetizers, we waited for about an hour before our food was brought to us. In the meantime, 2 groups of people came in after us and received their food before we did! When they finally brought the food to us all entres were severely over cooked and somehow cold at the same time! Saving grace was the manager removed the entres from our bill. As we paid for the appetizers and drinks the server had the audacity to ask for a tip..like really lady?! Needless to say that Chili's is already not the best restaurant..but simple service and hot food should be a basic.

They have a really nice promo on Wednesdays, you can get 2 drinks for the price of one! I ordered these 2 (forgot the names). One of them it's made with tamarind and the other one with mango. The first one tasted kinda odd but not bad. I really enjoyed the mango one. Here, they use this Mexican power for the cup borders, which is spicy, so be aware. Really nice and friendly staff members!!! I had the classic burger with these drinks, and it was great, actually, so were the fries. The rest of the food is okay. By the way, don't forget to ask for the "3 para me" deal (3 for me). Available only from Monday through Friday, at least at this location.
