Service
great
..food
average
at
best.
You
can
eat
it
but
the
pasta
dishes
we
had
were
not
authentic.
Basically
Italian
food
made
with
Mexican
ingredients.
In
response
to
the
owners
response:
No
need
to
visit
your
home
town,
when
both
people
at
the
table
are
Italian
and
have
spent
their
entire
lives
eating
this
food
home
cooked
from
our
nonno's,
nonna's
and
parents
kitchen
tables.
Safe
to
say
we
have
good
taste
for
what
is
good
and
what
isn't
and
I'm
not
saying
yours
isn't
good,
just
the
flavors
were
very
new,
and
were
more
on
the
side
of
Mexican
than
Italian
for
my
dish.
I
have
had
plenty
bad
meals
over
the
years
back
in
the
homeland,
so
dropping
that
doesn't
mean
the
food
will
taste
better
and
some
of
the
best
Italian
food
I've
ever
eaten
was
in
Nepal,
so
making
very
authentic
food
on
limited
supplies
is
very
possible,
as
Mexico
is
a
bit
for
connected
than
Nepal.
I
did
appreciate
the
bread
and
truffle
and
noticed
that,
thank
you
for
your
effort
there.
The
food
wasn't
bad,
and
I
appreciate
you
have
a
limited
supply
and
you're
making
it
work.
My
pasta
was
as
simple
as
pasta
can
get,
olive
oil,
garlic,
and
chili
and
it
tasted
of
consommé
powder
and
was
very
watery
with
very
little
olive
oil
flavor.
Almost
tasted
like
the
cook
was
using
a
Olive-pomace
Oil.
The
other
dish
she
assumed
would
be
a
white
wine
sauce,
but
couldn't
taste
it,
the
noodles
were
lacking
flavor,
and
had
many
clam
shells
but
not
many
clams
and
many
of
them
were
still
closed,
which
is
why
we
said
average
tasting.
Again
great
service,
wonderful
space
and
good
wine
selection.
Thank
you
for
you
response
and
maybe
see
you
on
a
flight
back
to
Italy
in
the
future!
Saluti!
