Excellent! I ordered three of the pastor tacos. My wife ordered two chicken tacos. Best we've had in a very long time and we're loaded with meat. Two classic Margaritas each. Both were tasty and potent. I wasn't done so I ordered two of the bistec (steak) tacos. Also yummy! We will definitely go back during our trip here in Merida.

I saw the menu posted outside and I was a little confused, mind you; I was tired and hungry. I saw the pasta picture and walked in. The smell was inviting, Italian food for sure, hum, the place doesn't look Italian. I read the cororful menu and bcs I'm used to pepperoni pizza 🍕, I decided that it was safer for me to eat the pasta.

The place was very busy and loud, we ordered tacos 🌮 pastor, which were delicious, quick service. I had a huge glass of beer 😀 Affordable prices. They had a live band 🎸 🎤 Highly recommended 👍🏽 😀

The waiter was very attentive and gave us detailed explanations about the food, he also recommended some items. We all had different things, and everything was delicious.

We loved the pizzas, to our liking, the best in Centro, Merida! The staff was welcoming, friendly and accommodating to our needs. They were attentive and brought back our change quickly! The place is kept clean and so are the bathrooms. We just found this place by chance and it was great. Thank you, Los Trompos. If we come back to Merida, we will eat here again!

Stopped in here based on menu and reviews. Great place in a good location. The food was delicious and the Poc-Chuc was excellent. We had this in tacos and burritos. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We had to ask three times for our second round of drinks and never received them, however they were on the bill. This place might be worth another shot, but we’re only here for a short time.

Service is kind of slow. I came here regularly and always sat on the second floor near the stairs. Waiters are nice. I LOVED the Fettuccine, LOVED the Henequen cocktail. Would not have the pizza again, It was pretty doughy. This place is in a beautiful location, super close to the city center.

The food was horriblely bad (no taste or bad taste, no hot sauce). The staff was even worse, really an unpleasant experience. Avoid this place.

We decided to try the vegetarian options and had two different ones. They were not bad although the one with potato a little unimaginative. The server was a bit rude asking for how much the tip would be while we were paying by card, acting like it was a right. It wasn’t a case of ‘lost in translation’ as he was pointing to the machine for an amount. He understood we’d leave cash and was fine with that but still a bit of a weird ending to our dinner. In general the place did seem nice and was packed which is always a good sign.

Nice place. Taco al Pastor was good but the meat could be better. However, the quality to price ratio is good.

I made it a point to visit most of the restaurants in the area. This is, by far, the worst experience of them all. Food is mediocre to bad. I was polite and respectful. Hostess took an instant dislike to me and treated me with hostility. She started berating me in Spanish. She even called a muscle boy over to throw me out. I explained I didn't speak Spanish and I didn't understand them. Aprendo! (So learn it) Staff are rude. I'm still not sure what I did to offend them. Never going back.

Quite a cool place! I've visited it on Saturday evening with a friend. I had an Orden of Poc-Chuc and they had a taco al pastor. The taco arrived much sooner than my order and when the my food came the tortillas were warmer than the meat. Still everything tasted wonderful and there were so many tortillas I couldn't finish them (which is rare).

Ordered guacamole and never received it. My husband had the chuleta hawaiana pizza and loved it. I had the queso fundido and tacos de pastor which I enjoyed. Our bill had an extra queso fundido on it in error. Service was mediocre.

Pastor tacos were quite nice. The service was very slow (despite not being that busy) and the waitress was very rude at the end. We waited 25 minutes for the check to come after asking twice. We left a tip, but the waitress saw how much, and said that we had underpaid and expected us to pay 10%, pressuring us to do so by claiming it was mandatory. We usually do tip 10% when the experience is good but this was a long wait for the check and caused us to miss our next engagement. Very disappointed by this place, your staff need a rethink.

the waitstaff was awesome, even tho I was ordering takeout they seated me & gave me a tasty "bebida" to drink while I waited. The tacos were delicious & the included hot sauces were good, one nicely spicy!

Very busy and loud restaurant. A large group of 12 of us sat for dinner. The staff were accommodating by putting together tables. The waiter was good but the food was just average.

This place might seems packed during lunch but don’t get discouraged by it, staff told us we'll be waiting for half an hour but in reality we only waited for 5 mins. It’s like mexican diner concept, you’ll get a good food for relatively cheap price but nothing exceptional.

Great spot for a mix of Mexican and Italian food. More like a cafe with booths and tables. Nothing fancy, but well-priced plates with attentive service. Very chill and near everything. Food was delicious and a very good value.

It was a fusion of Italian and Mexican food. Tamarind drinks, chips and guacamole, and cafe latte were good.

Filled with locals do you know it’s good. We got tocos which were very affordable and great value. The pastor was really yummy. Air conditioned and closed up so the pro was a break from the heat but the con was it’s missing the ambiance of the live plants and garden style of other restaurants. That’s the only reason for 4 stars.

I had Poc chuc (pork) it was really soft and good taste. food and drink pretty good. staff service and response, Slow and late. we waiting for pay 15 min.

Taco poc-chuc was recommendable but taco el pastor was so so. Night vibe is good. But live music is too loud to eat inside. Price was reasonable as a restaurant price. But you should wait a lot when you want to pay.

Arriving in Merida, this is the first restaurant I went to. I asked the server what his favourite dish was and he said the Burrito. I ordered the Burrito with Pastor meat and it did NOT disappoint. It was SOO GOOD. I’m so sad I didn’t take a picture of it. it I will be coming back for that burrito!

This has the looks of a fast-food chain back in the US. Mixed reactions on the food. Wife had fajitas and really enjoyed them. I had the calzone and it was doughy and pepperoni was odd tasting. Music was playing so loud I had to remove my hearing aids.

This is a nice restaurant to sit and watch the game over a delishious meal. The staff spoke English. They were very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed a Super nachos al pastor and some guacamole. It was very good, the meat was amazing. There was a lot of food, enough for 3 people I would say. Drinks were only ok, could've been more alcohol in them.
