We had a lunch in this place. It was not so easy to notice it first: the name does not stand out on the facade. They have though a blue umbrella sticking outside that is easy to spot. The place is not a fancy restaurant. It is rather small inside with only several tables. The interior is very simplistic: white and blue-colored walls, simple furniture along the wall, the menu is on the wall. We arrived in the afternoon, there were several customers. We ordered fish Yucatán style and coconut shrimp. Both portions were served with rice and a bit of salad. The food arrived in 15 minutes. We truly liked shrimps and fish, everything was very authentic and tasty. We paid 300+ pesos for everything. We could pay by card. Overall it was pleasant experience, very fresh and tasty food, affordable prices, fast service.

This is the best place we went to in a 3 week trip in Yucatan. It feels authentic and the food is just amazing. We tried the fried polpo and tortas de pulpo, everything was extremely tasty - the pulpo was very tender. We sat at the bar and the chance to discuss a bit with locals and see them order some soup which also looks very good. It is quite mesmerising to sit there and see the staff working at high pace. Definitely recommend this address.

Great local seafood place. Went twice. Had shrimp ceviche and octopus ceviche. Fried shrimp was really tasty. Everything tasted fresh and the price, although it increased Jan 1, it is still pretty reasonable.

Phenomenal hole in the wall. Fresh ceviche and very well prepared pescados and prawns. No frills but fantastic food. Highly recommend ceviche mixtos, aguachiles, pescado rellenos and tikin xik

Got sick after 2 hours.. but owner is joyful, service is quick. A medium shrimp ceviches is actually big enough for 2 persons to share. Fish soup was tasty.

A very simple place, but with delicious food. We tried the shrimps - ceviche and fried and both were great, large portions. Prompt and friendly service. Will definitely return when in the area.

A fantastic, small restaurant located near the city center is a hidden gem. It has a simple setup with just a few tables and a busy kitchen. I tried the ceviche, which was fresh and enjoyable, but I was looking for a more prominent citrus flavor, which I am used to. The pieces of fish were placed outside of the sauce on the table, rather than being served within the marinade. Personally, I prefer the latter. The cost for a medium-sized ceviche was 150 pesos, and a beer was an additional 25 pesos. It was an overall good and inexpensive meal. While it was not the best ceviche I have ever had, it still tasted good on a sunny day, especially with a cold cerveza del sol on the side.

The tostadas de pulpo were FANTASTIC. I’ve been dreaming of them since I ate them. We also ordered the ceviche de camarón and while it was good, it didn’t stand out. This was the first restaurant we ate at when we got to Mérida. We are still here and plan to go again tomorrow to get more tostadas de pulpo and to try their atún and marlin. Definitely try this place out.

Lovely little seafood restaurant, not pretending to be something it is not. Food was fresh, delicious and reasonably priced. Don't get fooled by the visual side.

Here in this seafood restaurant you get better food than in most of the expensive ones.. everything was delicious, and it cost us 300 pesos for two person.. minus is that if you sit by the entrance of the busy road, and the bus stops it noisy and you get bus fumes.

The freshest shrimp cerviche. The octopus toastados were my favourite though, great flavours and texture. Service was quick and friendly. They also gave me an English menu. Would visit again if I was staying in Merida longer

Best Seafood in Mérida. Excellent Ceviches. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Take the time to find this spot. It's not fancy but the food is absolutely amazing and about half the price you will pay at the fancy tourist spots. This is where the locals go.

Little local seafood restaurant near the main plaza. Fresh ingredients and good prices. Their tostadas de pulpos take a while to be cooked (I waited for 20+ minutes) but they are amazing!! I will definitely go back for it.

The ceviche was outstanding. The pulpo was good but I have had better pulpo elsewhere in Mexico. The atmosphere was between dive and diner. Service was immediate and courteous. If i go again I'm getting the fried fish, it looked delicious. It was expensive $150-300 but not for downtown. Everything downtown seems touristy and a bit pricey.

Local seafood restaurant with a bar and a few tables to sit and enjoy your meal. Even with the proximity to the sea it seems hard to find seafood restaurants, with reasonable/low prices, this is one of them. Meals both classic and with the local spices and sides. Fast and good service.

Went here because a friend had recommended the place. The shrimp cocktail was delicious. Aguwa Fresca with Tamarind was also flavorful. Will go again to try their tostadas and fajitas

Stopped by based on the Google reviews and were not disappointed. The service was friendly, and the food was delicious, excellent value for money. The shrimp fajitas were as yummy as other reviewers have said.

Small restaurant near the city center. Really good service ! We asked for tacos which were not on the menu and the waiter agreed with the kitchen to make us fish tacos ! This place is mostly known for their ceviches which are simply on point !! We shared the mixt large ceviche and it was amazing! Definitely worth a quick stop here !

👍👍 Excellent! I ordered three of the pastor tacos. My wife ordered two chicken tacos. Best we've had in a very long time and we're loaded with meat. Two classic Margaritas each. Both were tasty and potent. I wasn't done so I ordered two of the bistec (steak) tacos. Also yummy! We will definitely go...
