This place is well decorated with Italy stuff and looks good for this restaurant. We ordered pizza and it was really good, we had a 4 cheese and a 4 seasons, both were good. I'm adding some pictures of the pizza. We also had a Tiramisu and it was delicious, you have to try it! For the food I would rate this place with 5 stars. The reason I only put 3 stars is because of maintenance in the place and also customer service. I entered to the men's restroom and the switch to turn on the light looks horrible and unsafe without the cover (see picture). I'm. Adding also a picture of the sink. And regarding the customer service I think that the waiters can make a better effort to be friendly, also we saw the they open at 1pm and they made us wait until 1.15 pm because they were not ready. And something else is that it looks that the little bottle that holds the oil is only refilled and refilled but not washed (see pictures).

The cocktails were really watered down to the point where we questioned whether they made them mocktails by mistake. Pizza was good but the calzone was cold on the inside as the cheese wasn't melted. Staff was attentive for sure but the food and drink really didn't impress.

My friend and I went last sunday night, it was crowded, but fortunately we found a table outside, there are more tables inside. There was live music and outside there is a tree, so in the day it will be perfect. The food was delicious, the pizza is medium size and the salads are in a big bowl, the drinks are good too. The service was ok. The restrooms are clean. I'll return.

This place is so good! The Tinto de Verano was absolutely delicious, refreshing and perfect for the hot weather. We had the 2lt jug for 3 people and it was just enough. We tried two different pizzas, and they were both very good. If you are craving pizza and walking around in Paseo Montejo, this is the place to go. No stairs for the outside area, so definitely wheelchair friendly. Buon appetito ragazzi!

Loved the food. I think just a different style of music. No more Chucky TV over a romantic dinner for two. Lol. Food was fabulous. Came for a wood fire pizza and ordered two pesto past and a cheezey garlic bread. Fabulous with the pesto.. Than a tiramisu out of this world. Our waiter was better than average. Highly recommend dining here. All mine 💜

In all the service and the meal was enjoyable especially the spinach salad with goat cheese, the pizza was ok but it lacked enough cheese to help bind the toppings to it. Very attentive staff and the patio is excellent to sit on.

I enjoyed my dining experience here. The ambiance was comfortable and the service was very hospitable. I ordered wine and the fettuccine al nero and I was satisfied with both. And for the portions the cost was very affordable! I would definitely dine here again.

An Extremely lovely restaurant! I have nothing to complain. Pizzas and pastas were absolutely delicious, the staff was very friendly and the atmosphere great. Maybe one thing they could change was the music. It was nice, atmospheric electronic music and pop music, but if you ask me some italian or mexican traditional music would have been great. It is still a matter of taste so let's not get too serious about that. The guy whose face is in the pictures of the restaurant (cannot remember his name) was an absolute legend. This gentleman behaved super politely, spoke perfect english as well and expressed true hospitality. If you're foreigner do not hesitate to enjoy your drink with ice here. The ice is made from purified water and caused no problems to us. 😁 Anyway... you will most certainly not be disappointed if you visit this restaurant.

Love this place. Wonderful Naples style pizza and fusion pastas. Pablo was the best server we've had in Mexico. It's on a broad boulevard and is a great place to walk to from the many hotels in the area. Great vibe. Cool atmosphere. Delicious food.

Food presentation was poor, quality was poor. Mushrooms on toast uninspired and slightly slimey. Pasta with Gorgonzola and pear lacked flavour. Mango Margarita was good. If looking for a good Italian dinner I cannot suggest here.

Just had dinner at this restaurant. I'm not quite sure why some reviewers have trashed their services. Everyone who waited on me tonight were super friendly and professional. I ordered their Rossini (champagne plus strawberry drink), Greek salad, land & sea fettuccine and coconut creme brulee. I enjoyed all but the dessert. I was expected the custard to have coconut flavor but instead, they just put coconut flakes on top. I'm still giving them a 5-star review because I did enjoy their service.

Food very average. Bland. It was more like takeaway food than restaurant. And pricey. Nice to sit outside and great ambiance with the Paseo Montejo sights. Service was good. I would not go twice.

Best pizzas since we left Australia earlier this year. Our taste buds so happy. Nice cold beer to go with it. Very attentive staff. We would be happy to return.

Delicious, comfort pasta on one of the most bustling, beautiful streets of mérida. Many choices of pastas and pizzas 🥰 We had warm and inviting service by Judith. The owner was also there to make sure his guests are having a great experience. Recommended if you are craving some italian amidst all the Mexican food!

The atmosphere was very nice have dinner on the terrace in the evening and the staff were friendly. And since the owner was managing the restaurant himself, I was able to trust him. The food came out faster than expected, but it wasn't warm.. I ordered rucola prosciutto pizza, but unlike the picture, the rucola was cut rather than in full shape, and the amount of prosciutto was small. It was nice and tasty to feel like they made the pasta noodles and pizza dough themselves, but I was upset that the food came out cold. I had a good time here. But little more disappointed than I expected. I would visit again if the temperature of the food will be well managed.

Suemy’s service was amazing! Super attentive and nice with us. She helped clean up a mess that we accidentally spilled very quickly. The food also came quicker than expected! Great food and portions as well.

First night in Merida and we found this amazing Italian restaurant with Very delicious food and friendly staff. Jose our waiter was great. Highly recommend this place.

I ordered one of their pizzas to go. It came to my apartment still warm. I’m sure if I were to eat in the restaurant it would have been better! Still delicious though!

Tried the fettuccine Al cacao and was pleasantly surprised, it was novel and delicious! Wonderful service by all staff, particularly our server Jose. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

Friendly service at a reasonable price. Bruschetta was a bit salty. My wife enjoyed her salmon carpaccio. Gnocchi could have been a bit more flavourful

Great place food is good not great i went to try the pizza i did ordered the Pizza Speck y Mascarpone the dough was undercooked and not even close to the pictures in the menu looks like they used a different tipe of ham the picture in the menu looks more like bacon 🥓 i did ask the waiter why and didn't get an straight answer., the salad was very good and the atmosphere and service was great i do recommended

Good is delicious, best Italian food I ever had, the service is fabulous, Suemy the server was very attentive and gave us recommendations on what to have and she was not wrong food is the best.

Greeted by and seated by owner. We ordered pizza and pasta. They were out of fettuccine Alfredo so we substituted with Carbonara. The food is good and service is okay. They were quite busy on Christmas Eve. Recommend for pasta.

What an amazing 🤩 find! So happy we popped in, authentic Italian food, excellent service all around, and our server Tomas was amazing! What a great place ! A must do if you are craving Italian food in Mérida!
