Korean in Mexico!? Yes way! I enjoyed the delicious Bimbimbap and a sweet tea. I didn't get to try the ice-cream yet but I will be back to try it! I also enjoyed watching all the K-Pop music videos that played on the monitor. Update: came back two years later and the food is still good! I had the seafood soup which tasted a lot like one I get in Canada from a Korean restaurant. They also updated their decor which I found interesting. Still have yet to try their huge shaved ice cream their known for as I’m usually full after dinner and they are SO big.

I lived in Southeast Asia for several years and traveled to South Korea twice. And I know what Korean food is and how it is served. What I tried in this restaurant can be eaten, but it is more of a cosplay of Korean cuisine than real Korean cuisine. Let's start with the side dishes, in a real Korean restaurant they will bring you kimchi and other snacks in much larger quantities, but they were clearly greedy. and, the main advice - never order Kings Table, you will be deceived - the menu says that you can choose soup, which I did, but they brought me 2 soups, incl. which I did not order, as a result I overpaid 200 pesos, a trifle, but an unpleasant aftertaste remained. For someone who has never been to Korea, this may not seem like a bad restaurant, but it is not authentic Korean cuisine. Even in Costa Rica I found a good Korean restaurant that surprised me with its quality, but not here...

Bibimbap is my favourite Korean dish, I order this any time I’m in Korea or back in New Zealand where we have a lot of Korean food available. At Korean Grill the bibimbap was just ok, far from the best I have had but it wasn’t bad. The pork dumplings were tasty.

A bit of a favourite of ours, although if very busy the service is left wanting however this has only happened to us once out of many visits. The food is tasty and plentiful, prices are fair for what you get and if you eat outside the people watching and occasional street performer make for a great night out. The deserts are a must try, leave room or share one. All foods were so delicious (also the icecream), and the service was excellent! Very recommendable if u wanna try authentic korean dishes, everything perfect! :)

People rave about this restaurant and the service and patio are great. The food not so much; ramen was undercooked, flavorless, and had a bit of scrabbled egg and a few onion slices. It did not look like the photo on the menu. The food was not fresh. The dumplings were twice fried mostly thick outer shell with little inside. The minuscule portion of kimchee and fermented cukes were tasty. Over hyped and expensive. Did not expect authentic food just fresh and tasty food with a Mexican twist based on availability of ingredients. So disappointed.

Very solid stuff at this restaurant. I won’t tell you it’s the best quality but it certainly does the trick when you are hungry in Merida and want to eat something that is not a taco or a marquesita which are all over town. The flavors here were delicious and prices were reasonable.

Service was amazing! Food was kind of bland and Korean food is not planned so that was a bit unexpected. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing I got some soup Yuk gae jin and the dumplings. Even the side dishes, which are usually bomb, were bland. However, I got the shaved ice for dessert with green tea powder on it and it was phenomenal! I may have to come back just for that and may the bibimbap too!

We came only for the ice cream. This was something new as they serve only one ball of ice cream on the huge pile of ice shavings. I am not a big fan of eating tasteless snow, so I just ate the ice cream from the top. Looked cool but not my thing, so I am not a returning customer. However, I need to mention that the waiter was honest about the size of the portion as we were planning to order two and he suggested to take one and share. Good to try if you like it

One of the best places I been and probably the only one in the yucatan peninsula that I would recommend to anybody the people are great food itself it’s great they always happy to go the extra mile to keep you happy. Even the owner comes and ask you if everything it’s what you expected. Kimchi great my favorite.

It is korean but not quite original. I had the ton kat su but the sauce was more like BBQ. Still very good overall and nice little shop with korean/japanese stuff.

I had a great experience here. I came for the ramen, but ended up with the Yuk Gae Jang soup thanks to the server's recommendation. It was delicious. Definitely a new favourite. The Goon Man Du was hot and crispy, freshly made. Overall i was impressed!

We felt we want to try Asian food after we had Mexican food for a while and came here for dinner. We love it, everything was well prepared and tasty.

The most delicious, friendly, attentive and comfortable restaurant that I’ve been to in Mexico. The food is authentic and the service is utterly exquisite. I cannot more strongly recommend.

Highly recommend this authentic Korean restaurant. Everything we had was delicious, especially the bulgogi and the shaved ice (strawberry, blueberry). The wait staff were also very polite and attentive.

Amazing food! It can beat all the kimchi soup I had in London🤓 and soya ice cream is on fire. I feel like I’m eating snow ❄️⛄️

We visited this restaurant by lucky chance. The food was amazing, and the servers were very friendly and attentive. They accommodated my daughter that is vegan, which is really hard to find in Merida. Prices were comparable to other restaurants in Centro, Merida. Serving size dishes were plenty for one person. I would definitely eat at this restaurant again.

Love this restaurant! The food was amazing and so was the blueberry shaved ice. Yum!! We had an order of Man Du, Bulgogi, and the blueberry shaved ice that comes with 4 small squares of cheesecake on top.

Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Multiple languages are spoken here. The food is very tasty. Seating in air conditioned room, or al fresco. You can watch the horse drawn carriages go by. The Bing-su's are HUGE and super tasty! Great for sharing with two or more. Would definitely recommend.

That this Place has 4,8 stars is not understandable . I would not recommend this place. We had higher expectations. If you are used to a lot of Asians food and know what to expect don’t go here. The flavors were not there. This might be the best Place in Mérida in the category but it is far from decent.

Too bad we arrived 10 minutes before the kitchen closed so we were only able to order once. However, food was very good. One of the best Korean food I ever had outside of Korea
