If you want a real taste of German flair while also being able to sip horchata with it this is the place to go. If you didn't think you needed this you are wrong. Seriously, no tourists around, amazing sandwiches with a legit meat locker. The gentleman explained the whole menu to us and took the time to answer questions. The sausage sandwich was incredible. The mustard a nice creamy yellow and hint of heat. The bread was soft with a nice crunch on the crust. Reasonable prices and serious effort was put into nodding in the direction of German cuisine. Thanks to the welcoming atmosphere and kind people running the joint!

We both enjoyed a couple of delicious sandwiches and 2 beers. Great service. Food was just what we were craving. Very filling and tasty. Highly recommend.

We were in the mood for a sandwich and this place was the perfect destination. I had a La Espanola sandwich which was chorizo and pork on a toasted bun. They achieved the perfect meat/bun parity and that made it great.

As a German missing Germany, I was excited to try this place for the first time. I bought a variety of cold cuts and a loaf of bread for my family’s visit. Unfortunately, we were disappointed by everything. I will say we are from Munich and this if you are not familiar with the actual foods being replicated, you may like it. But we thought many of the cured meats were not cured enough. They were soggy and extremely salty but lacked flavor. The service was slow and the way the meat was cut was a total hack job. It looked like a child took some scissors to a chunk of meat rather than nice slices. Once again I think this is because it wasn’t cured enough. I got salami, primavera, Black Forest ham. We actually ended up pan frying them all which seriously improved the taste. I will say the bread was the best I’ve had in merida, though it was probably a day old. I have gone back since my first time only for the bread and each time the service has been so slow.

Wow. An amazing selection of German meats. This place is great for sliced meats or sandwiches to take home. Also, there is a cozy area inside to eat from their menu and enjoy a cold German beer.

The best place in town for cold cuts and good cheese! Edited to add pics of the meat and cheese bounty from last week, and what we did with them.

Not a totally true German deli as claimed. Ordered a baguette to go. It was quickly packaged in the back. Once home, it was a long, soft subway like bread. Also ordered mortadella, and they don't know what it is as what they have is no more than smoked/roasted meat (pork?). I will not return be returning.

I love German deli food and was surprised to find this place. We tried the coffee, bite sized cookies, watermelon juice, and sandwiches. All of it was great! They are a bit pricey compared to meal prices in the area but less expensive than what I would find in Colorado. I will be coming back for sure.

Regular stop for quality sausage and deli meats like pork loin. Great breads, including a hearty seeded bread loaf. They have some red sausages they call Spanish Chorizo (chorizo español?) that are simply incredible, amazing! Also, prices are very fair for what you get.

Excellent pastarmi sandwich

Really delicious smoked meats and cold cuts. A good selection of German sausages and lovely cheeses. A great place for a tasty and satisfying sandwich.
