This mall is terrible. Fountain not functional and in disrepair. 70% of the retail spaces are vacant. Only one expensive mediocre place to eat. No AC - super uncomfortable, presumably because not enough retail spaces rented to support the cost. Don’t come! Awful

Beautiful mall. Lots of good stores. Amazing art displayed work. The ice rink inside the mall is everything! Food is good. You could literally be there for hours

Really attractive shopping mall with good air con making it an ideal escape from the hot weather. There are quite a lot of empty shops, but there are some interesting ones. Lots of lovely figures scattered around the place. The outside area by the water is also very attractive. Nice place for a coffee or meal. Love the thought that has gone into the place providing a clean up station for visitors to clear up from “accidents” and also the recycling box for batteries. The toilets are also modern and clean.

What a shame this mall was deserted. Only a handful of stores are open and the mall smells like a dog pound. I watched a customer let his dog take dump on the floor and not pick it up. Do not let YouTube videos and other pictures online deceive you.

Is a recent mall in Merida, and it is pet friendly. There still a lot of places available with no stores but that makes to have not that much people

Excellent new mall with great food options and a very nice starbucks right in front of the outdoor fountains. This place has great attention to details. Very nice place. Free parking.

Many empty stores but a lovely spot for food, shopping, movie or just a walk indoors! The only negative for me is the parking garage. Hard to figure out the signage to leave.

It's an amazing mall! It isn't full as other malls nearby but have it's magic. The cinema is amazing, and the music is played very nicely, the outside walk is surrounded by many restaurants and bars perfect for a walk! Now the downside is that it's a little bit empty, also the floor and public chairs look old but I get this can be changed shortly! I recommend going to eat there because have amazing restaurants!

I love this mall. There are lovely shops here and additionally there is a beautiful outdoor area with water, where you can go to quietly sit and relax or walk around. There is also a very nice movie theater in this mall. I am rating this 4/5 stars because the mall is not at full capacity yet - there are a lot of empty spaces where shops have not yet opened up. I'm sure once more stores open it will be even better!

The Harbor Lifestyle Mall is a pretty nice place to spend a good time. Variety quality stores, wide aisles, and animal friendly. Why 4 stars? Some windows and doors entrances need a really good cleaning.

I love this mall...it has all the shops that the other malls have in Merida, but I just love the decor and the outside space that they have...it's also dog friendly...like Bloor street is back in Toronto Canada

We took our dog to petco for a bath, and they had a Halloween costume contest.

Half the mall space is empty and for rent. As a result it’s poorly taken care of - they run the AC on the lowest setting so it’s not very cool or comfortable to walk around in, bathrooms not clean, smelly, half the sinks not working and soap dispensers with no soap, you get the picture. Galleria, La Isla, etc… far better malls.

Loved the night vibe of Harbor mall. Nice place to walk around. The mall inside is new and modern.

The biggest problems for me: The parking underground is HORRIBLE. Maybe it's OK for the smallest economy car, but this mall does not seem to be catering to people as such (no food court only sit down dining options). I drive a Tahoe, and it was very sketchy the narrow curve entrances and exits to safely maneuver. There is also no real flow once in the underground lot. It's a jumbled up mess. There is parking above, which is OK now while very few stores are open. If this mall ever takes off it will be a huge problem. Second issue is if I want a light snack there are no options but the coffee shops. The 2 draws for me, which make me return: Vip Cinepolis is very nice. I like being able to walk my Bichon Frise around (I havent as of now, but plan to) and also to look at the other cute dogs.

Really disappointed with this mall. Beautiful location and architecture but most shops are closed down. A ghost town. Not much to do at all

Amazing mall, huge and beautiful but not so many stores the time I visited.

  • 1/5 Kelly D. 1 year ago on Google
It says it’s “pet friendly” but it’s not even service animal friendly. They make you pick up your dog at every single store. It’s pretty fruitless to pick up a dog that’s supposed to help you with seizures. Absolutely horrible. It’s like they don’t even understand the concept of what a service animal is. They really need to do better.

Looks like it was good before the pandemic. Many of the stores are still closed. Lots of restaurants, don't know if they are good. I didn't try any of them.

This mall could be so much better. It has a lot of vacant spaces and not many stores but it is a beautiful space. Just not much there to do.

  • 3/5 Rafael C. 2 years ago on Google
Another mall with some upscale stores. It's new and clean. Parking is a bit of work because underground garage is closed

  • 5/5 Jones O. 1 year ago on Google
A small upscale mall that has almost everything thing that a person may need. It has underground parking at the mall and a nice outdoor dining area.

  • 5/5 Raymundo Contreras M. 1 year ago on Google
Loved this place even though it is almost empty (it has only a few stores open). However, you'll find good restaurants, a movie theater, good ice cream and other kids' places.

I like this Mall, it has good options, such as: Sephora, Cinepolis, Starbucks, Restaurants ... You can walk outside.

  • 2/5 Tully M. 9 months ago on Google
The place looks great but only about 40% of the retail locations have businesses operationing. A lot are empty. And I'm not sure they have AC. If you go try going right after the store you're interested in opens. Later in the day the heat can be seriously uncomfortable.

Once a beautiful and vibrant mall, it is now a shell of its former self - half of the stores sit empty despite the urban decor that still adorns the interior.

We found the Harbor to be very beautiful. The Cinepolis theatre has a beautiful VIP seating! Incredible! The restaurants are unique and international. We like that. Just, it would be nicer if there were more signs for parking. Direct people to get out. We found getting in and out of the mall very maze like. Windows that appear to be doors. Confusing. Not enough exit signs. Needs more exit doors to the parking garage. Also, when entering/exiting the parking area, the tunnels are very narrow and awkward. Careful if you drive a large vehicle. Once out of the parking area, no clear signs to find the road. We almost turned down the wrong way on an exit ramp!

The concept of mall is very similar to that of the USA, there' re a variety of clothing stores, articles for the home, for the family, inside you also find cinemas that can give you a bit of fun, this mall has a lake, that gives a nice. Highly recommended to take the family, or attend with friends. It also has a food area that has variety for all tastes.

Very poorly designed mall, which must have cost lots of money to build. Confusing. Very poor signs. Bad entry, terrible feng shui throughout. Most shops not yet open. Not many people there when I went. Creepy experience.

Beautiful work perfectly done by ThorUrbana, there's still a small percentage of the shops to open but it is already a nice place to hang, chill and buy. Great design and great location! Would visit again no doubt.

(Translated by Google) A nice and cozy square, the best thing is that it is petfriendly. What I do not like flat is its parking, it is quite a complicated and narrow maze. (Original) Una plaza bonita y acogedora, lo mejor es que es petfriendly. Lo que no me gusta de plano es su estacionamiento, es todo un laberinto un poco complicado y angosto.

It seems that many businesses closed because of the pandemic. This mall is slowly recovering and opening up again. It's a good place to visit for a walk due to its open areas, would not stay for longer than 30 min since ir can get boring very quickly.

  • 4/5 Gorge V. 2 years ago on Google
The place looks great with its decorations and pictures worthy scenery but once you are finished with the few stores there there’s nothing much else to do other than go to the movies. Has a few big stores. Like Sephora and forever 21 but considering I’m a guy they weren’t very useful to me.

It's a new mall built about 2 years ago. Very upscale. The downside is it's half empty. Pet friendly.
