9/10 - great experience and I will return. Excellent shop located conveniently near, but not too close to the tourists, Centro. Beautiful interior, kind staff, and tasty food. Service: Nothing outstanding, but nothing too lacking. I was a little lost as to someone seating me and bringing me a menu, but then no one returning to take an order. I ended up at the coffee bar to order, but from the reaction of the staff I think I ordered in the wrong process. Maybe? Drink: monthly specialty made of cold brew and... something tasty? It was a great tasting coffee well balanced with flavor and the dilution that can occur when poured over ice. Food: I had the avocado toast with a generously thick piece of well toasted (well buttered) break. The avocado was fresh and the pepper was just right. WiFi: strong and easy to log into. They used a QR code to log in with your phone and a well-highlighted sign with password for your laptop access. The most efficient and simple sign in process I've so far experienced in Merida throughout my three work days and many coffeeshops. Power outlets: available indoors, but not outdoors. Your food selection will be limited outside of fresh breads, toasts, and pastries. You will be left with only a small number of sandwiches and toast features. Why only 9/10 stars? The toast was a bit too much. The bread slice would have made for good french toast, but it was too big to appropriately eat avocado from. One half of my avocado slipped off the break and onto the table and my lap. Oops. I'll give myself 90% of that silliness blame. I hope to write you several more coffeeshop reviews. Please subscribe to my Merida, MX Google Maps list for additional recommendations and suggestions. I will be here two weeks and would love to share with you my experiences.

Great coffee, nice atmosphere, good internet. The place is nice for getting some work done, even though the internet isn’t really stable all the time. The coffee and other drinks are freshly prepared and good in taste. While the atmosphere of quite calm, there is not too much space and depending on the time you come, getting a seat is hard. Apart from that, I can definitely recommend it.

Elias and the Team were exceptionally attentive to our requests. Fantastic coffee We even went back to buy a bag the following week. Elias even ground the Beans to two different types. So we could use the coffee in two different machines. At no extra charge. Excellent coffee very well priced. We also had Avocado Toast which was sooooo good. We noticed how clean everything was. The waitress preparing the food was super careful to not touch anything and washed her hands several times. Not something you always see! So impressed. This is going to be our “Go To” coffee house while we enjoy our Winter stay away from home (Canada) in Merida If I could give 6 stars I would. Welcome Elias and crew !

Place where coffee is a main topic. Plenty of choice how to prepare a coffee plus some interesting variations with other drinks. Other stuff like croissant and orange juice could have some refinement to keep up with the level of coffee offered here. Good thing they stay open till late (compared to similar places around).

Bad start from the moment I walked through the door.. this establishment requires a mask when you walk though the door but 2 seconds after when you sit down you can take it off.. ridiculously stupid protocol.. Then they try and scan you forehead with a laser gun, and won’t accept temperature from wrist and when questioned, they didn’t understand why they scan it on the forehead rather than the wrist.. After this the service I received was rude and Coffee was below average.

Super friendly and dedicated staff. Delicious specialty coffee. And this all while pursuing a good higher purpose by giving farmers a fair price for their work. Definitely go to this place if you value great coffee and a good cause.

Probably the best coffee in town, a fine mix of sweet and sour aromas. Well prepared and nicely served in a pretty environment. Cakes were ok, slightly too sweet, so the aroma of the fruit was not there. Recommended

Good cafe if you need to work. Enjoyed the avocado toast and hummus toast. We also ordered an apple strudel but it was on the dry side and didn’t finish it.

The place is beautifully designed. The branding and interior are absolutely gorgeous. The coffee was delicious and the baristas were very friendly. Unfortunately there was only one option available for single origin beans but it was delicious nonetheless.

EDIT: This place is fine.. but.. We visited it 3x and coffee quality is not same. It’s about staff.. The first visit ok.. The second better and… The last time a guy made the first double espresso in 28 seconds and left it more than one minute at coffee machine and the second one (we ordered 2 double’s) made in 42 seconds!!! This is not acceptable if you call this guy barista.. This is really a shame.. One star less because of it. A very very very nice and GOOD espresso 🙂

Cosy coffee bar with lovely coffee. Cappucino a bit big in size but liked the coffee and loved that there was oat milk! Nice pastries and the panini was very tasty! Looks better in real life than on the photos 😊

Great avocado toast, everything was super fresh. The cold brew was really strong 😅… I wasn’t expecting that. But overall tasty experience.

Amazing little cafe in Merida. The chocolate is delicious and overall a great experience. Perfect place to work.

Cant write much about this place because of the order - one lungo and a slice of the homemade pastry. Lungo was amazing but I am used to a bit larger sizes of cups - this was kind of a espresso size. But compensated with the “slice” of pastry which went more like a good loaf of a cake. To summarize - good service, good bakery, kind staff.

I bought coffee beans to take home, my two go-to places were out of beans, and I found this store by accident. First I was surprised by the high price, but was happy to have my own coffee for the next morning. The first coffee I made, I use an Italian Moka machine and heat up milk, didn’t have any coffee flavor. When I added a second shot it just tasted bitter. This morning I tried the coffee straight up without milk, and it was pure acid. Impossible to drink. I’ve never bought beans like this and I’m wondering if something went wrong with the roasting process?

They roast good beans, make decent coffee and the food is just ok.

Great service and I ordered the americano and it is great and does not even need sugar .... the waffle with banana and peanut butter filled my belly

Excellent coffee shop, with large selection of coffee. I had the flat white which was superb and a very tasty avacdo on toast. Cool. Layout with wooden tables and stone walls.

Coffee was solid - iced cappuccino was very smooth. Beautiful space. However, the service was lacking - I had to wait quite a bit of time to order - I waited by the register and it took a while to be acknowledged and when asking about the menu, the barista/server did not seemed too thrilled or interested in explaining. I Did not feel particularly welcomed there and the attitude seemed like the barista didn’t want to help or explain - maybe I just caught them on a bad day or time? I ordered after the afternoon/lunch rush left so it was fairly empty/not busy when I was there. Maybe only 5 people total in the place, most had already ordered

Nice cafe with good coffee and friendly staff! I had a cinnamon roll which was a bit dry, hence 4 stars

I've been to many coffee places in Mexico and USA. This is the only place I reminisce when I talk about coffee with my friends. The first time I went in and got an espresso, i was really taken by surprise, it felt like one of those few times where you find the perfect cup. One of the owners came down, and he took the time to tell me about the coffee origins they had. They did something I was not expecting, they recalibrated their grinder so I could taste a different coffee. It was just as amazing as the first, i ended up buying a bag to take home. They made me feel like home. Whenever i plan a trip to Merida, this is definitely on my daily list to visit. The customer service is world class.

Like the coffee here a lot. Cafe is nice but small seating area and loud, so not good for working. Also, they say cards are accepted but the machine they use hasn't worked for quite some time now, so they really don't take cards. Was going to buy some coffee beans from here as they said they roast every 15 days, yet the most recent roasts are over a month old already. Overall, it's an OK place but some things just don't add up and require improvement.

Coffee is good but muffin of the day not clear from when that muffin has been laying around. Dry, tasteless, not possible to eat it. 3 stars for a good coffee and nice personnel otherwise I would give 1 star

I like it very much. Very delicious cafe. Nixtabrew and Chai Latte with shot de cafe are the best.

Avocado toast is not the best I've tried in 2 weeks traveling across Yucatan! Coffee is good, but with speed they serve, it's not a quick grab. Wish they were as good as their coffee wants to be! Cheers!

😐 Beautiful setting, very helpful and excellent staff. Their menu has just about every dish for which the Yucatan is known. 👍👍 Excellent! I ordered three of the pastor tacos. My wife ordered two chicken tacos. Best we've had in a very long time and we're loaded with meat. Two classic Margaritas each. Both were tasty and potent. I wasn't done so I ordered two of the bistec (steak) tacos. Also yummy! We will definitely go...
