It
has
a
lot
of
nice
stuff,
and
variety,
great
stores
such
as
Cuadra(
with
amazing
customer
service,
above
and
beyond
great)
Pull
&
Bear,
and
more,
but
its
very
sad
and
unfortunate
that
employees
in
general
don't
have
or
get
the
appropriate
customer
service
training
so
they
can
provide
the
customer
service
they
are
supposed
to
be
providing,
is
very
sad
that
American
brands
or
chains
are
been
represented
here
in
Merida
with
really
nasty
customer
service.
For
this
type
of
mall,
which
is
one
of
the
luxury
ones,
is
not
expected
to
receive
bad
customer
service
or
be
treated
with
nasty
attitude.
There’re
stores
where
you
can
even
walk
in
and
see
the
people
working
with
bad
faces
and
when
you
ask
something
they
give
you
the
easy
and
poor
answer
of
I
DONT
KNOW.
And
they
are
not
even
willing
to
tell
you
where
you
can
get
what
you’re
looking
for
or
give
you
an
advice.
It
Is
very
sad
to
see
that
people
don't
care
about
their
jobs,
knowing
they
need
it.
And
its
obvious
And
noticeable,
because
they
don't
own
the
store
they
don't
care..
