šŸ˜  This hotel should be shut down. I walked into my room. The hall had trash littering the carpet. My room smelt like cat litter. On my wall was grafitti painted on in my room. I went down and canceled my room immediately. I went next door to the super 8 and had an awesome time. This hotel should hone... People often mention room, hotel, wall, left, find, hotels,

I went down and canceled my room immediately. I went next door to the super 8 and had an awesome time. This hotel should honestly not exist. I have been to hotels in new Mexico and poor parts of Asia, and this is still the worst hotel I have seen. Department of health should get involved.

Doesnā€™t even deserve one star. First, we had a reservation for a room with a king sized bed and they had none left and gave us a room with two double beds. Husband and I slept in separate beds. Bathroom reeked of mildew. Burn hole the size of a quarter in the sheet. Garbage (a lot of it) behind the nightstand when I pulled it out to plug my charger in. Desk hadnā€™t been checked or cleaned out and had a kidā€™s homework folder and books in it. No cups to make coffee in the morning. Absolutely disgusting and disappointing for something considered to be part of the Choice Hotels line. If it hadnā€™t been state track and state baseball filling every other hotel in Boise we wouldā€™ve left!!! 11:30 at night with a five hour drive home we needed sleep!

One star is being generous. This place should be shut down. Itā€™s one of the dirtiest, disgusting motels Iā€™ve ever seen. I have worked as an inspector so thatā€™s why Iā€™ve seen worse. Definitely the worst motel Iā€™ve stayed in. I would have left but we arrived late and needed to sleep. The first room smelled so bad I had them switch us to another. I couldnā€™t believe the condition of this place. Laundry left sitting for entire day/night in hallways. Looks like the place never gets cleaned. Was supposed to include breakfast but there was no way I was having my kids chance the food there. The selection was a joke, I couldnā€™t believe it. Stale cereal, some cheap white bread, boiled eggs and juice. I had a lady sitting at a table whisper to me ā€œdonā€™t eat the cereal on the leftā€. I have stayed at other budget friendly motels but never would I have expected such a gross place to stay. I tried loading 60 photos but they donā€™t seem to be working. Here are a few that should give you an idea.

Very difficult to find. Google maps misdirects you to the back of the building. Had to drive through the parking lots of other hotels to find this one. The front desk staff was very nice, good customer service. Our room was incredibly outdated and poorly repaired, but at least it was clean and had service items. Everything smells like it hasn't been gutted since the days of indoor smoking. Could use a major renovation for aesthetic and health. "Breakfast" was boiled eggs, 2 cereal options, a loaf of bread for toast, butter and jam, and a tang-like orange juice. Coffee maker in room but I didn't see one at breakfast. We paid $50. It was way too much for what we got.

Where to start... We couldnā€™t even find this place. I called to ask where it was and the man didnā€™t understand what I was saying (was confused by the fact that I couldnā€™t find it) and when we actually did find it, the parking lot was pitch black. So creepy!!!! Room smells of smoke. You would think it had just been smoked in. Walls are dirty. Towels were thrown into the bathroom. All two of them. Everything in the bathroom just looked so grimy. Our beds were definitely not queen size. There was only a sheet and another thin blanket on top with two pillows per bed. AC was not turned on when we came in and the window was wide open. The room was a sauna. Cooled down after about an hour of AC. None of the lamps in the room were plugged in. We literally used our cell phone lights to figure out what was going on. Even after plugged in, only one worked. Outlets have no covers. Just holes in the wall. Next time I will pass on this hotel.

WARNING!!! Even if there are not rooms left in Boise, stay in your car. This hotel is the worst hotel I have ever seen, been, or heard of. And I have been to a lot of even cheaper hotels in a lot of different countries and states. Not only the hotel was dirty, moldy, disgusting, smelled like smoke in a non-smoking room, but also a month later we received another charge from this hotel even though they have already charged us earlier. When we called to speak to the Indian dude that answered the phone, he immediately cut us off without even taking our name saying that a lot of people have been calling him about this double charge and he would put the money back in our card. Well, a month later - we still didn't have our money back. We had to go to the bank and do a dispute. Not sure if we will get our money back. Save yourself some trouble, and don't stay there. The worst experience I have ever had with any business. The front desk was so rude, and a continental breakfast is a complete lie. They had coffee out and three hard boiled eggs in a little employee kitchen. When I saw it, I couldn't believe it.

I wish I could add pictures. I probably got the cleanest room, after telling the man up front I wanted to cancel after reading the reviews. There's hair on the wall in the shower, mold in the mini fridge, nasty microwave, stained sheets (I'll be sleeping on top of everything). I honestly don't know how this place is still open. If I could have cancelled without getting charged? I would have, but didn't feel like paying for 2 hotels and staying at 1. I wish there was a no star button. I was better off sleeping in my truck.

SEVERE WARNING FOR ANY WHO MAY THINK OF STAYING AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This placed used to be called the Boise hotel and was changed to the Econo Lodge. Still has posters everywhere of the Boise hotel number. If I could give it a zero starts I would! let's start with the hallway.dry wall dust every where! Do not put your bags down outside of your room if you dont want them covered in the stuff. Dirty linen just thrown outside of rooms and left there. Smells like your about to walk into the indoor pool room but there is no indoor pool. Holes everywhere peeling wall paper in the room as well as the stench of mildew. And the windows are screwed shut so you cant even open the window to get rid of the smell. Outlets litterally falling out of the wall. Has a TV but no controller when recieved a controller from the front desk it did not work with the TV. Toilet leaked all over the floor. Beds need replaced like 5 years ago. Pillows are throw pillows. And the scariest part the health warning part, BLACK MOLD GROWING ALL OVER THE BATHROOM CEILING.

Dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. I had been driving eleven hours with a one year old, by the time we got to our room, I was too exhausted to try and change hotels. First thing I did was check for bed bugs. That was the one good thing we experienced. The bathroom was filthy. Had to wash the tub and floor to give my baby a bath. Had to walk to the front desk for a floor mat. The walls were stained everywhere. Manager still won't call me back or issue a refund. The next morning I went to get milk from the continental breakfast room. The milk they had out was spoiled. I would be so ashamed if I was running this business. It was absolutely disgusting.

Room was disgusting! There was a cockroach in the bathroom, stains all over the wall, dirty carpet, and the bed sunk in in the middle which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast they had was bread and hard boiled eggs. We had no toilet paper when we got there and had to go downstairs and ask for some. The tv stopped working and we went to ask about it and they didnā€™t seem like they were in any hurry to fix it because it was still not working when we checked out the next morning. The place is hard to find and is behind two other hotels. Next time we will definitely do our homework and find a better place
