The manager kicked me out for calling paramedic. People outside there rooms congregating by the garbage can like it's a bonfire at night

The room is good. I have to admit when I stayed a year ago before management change they did try scamming money off my daughter and I. The new management is pretty cool and keep things in good running order. Yes, price is one thing, but you pay for what you get. No real complaints. I don't give 5 stars even if a place is top shelf. That's just me. I'm grateful for a place over my head and a bed to sleep in. For those complaining about bug bites you need to just bring an extra bed cover and don't sleep under the provided ones. If that's the case. I am that way in any motel I stay in. Thank you to the management. You're pretty damned cool

The manager at the West River Inn is amazing. She's very nice and very assertive when she needs to be.

How is someone supposed to get a hold of you and get a room if no one will answer the phone, couldn't even leave a message.

Positives, they had a room, and for the 1 bed only charged me 70$. The not positive I don't have enough life left to list but the manager will tell it all if you go

This place is horrible, I was desperate, the tv didn't work, no toilet paper, office closes at midnight so no one is available. Nightmare really. My advice is drive past it

Terrible mouse infestation, bed bugs bad, showers over flow, beds are minimum 20yrs old and disgusting. Air conditioners and heaters do not work. Drugs and addicts everywhere, not to mention theft of anything and everything you take your eyes off of. The manager Kelly is rude, disrespectful, condescending, and extremely disrespectful! The housekeeper is a thief and pill addict and let's her children (both under 13yrs) run rampant and act a fool along with beg and steal. A pipe burst in the ceiling and flooded my room and ruined 85% of my belongings along with my service dogs 50lb bag of Dog food so they gave us $10 off our rent the next week and getting even that that was worse than pulling teeth! They charge 4 star prices for negative 5 star accommodations and service. The rooms that do have phones usually do not work, and you will be lucky if you can connect to the Wi-Fi let alone be able to actually utilize it. They also didn't give us our security deposit back when I spent a full day and a half cleaning when we moved out, we left that room cleaner than it was when we moved in. The manager then told us we aren't allowed on the property and would not answer the phone when we tried to dispute it. Seems like she is just lining her pockets with extra (stolen) cash, which literally really only majorly effects those who and going thru it or less fortunate so to say.

They're friendly and willing to work with people for the most part. The rooms are very outdated and trashed, but they really are a roof over your head.... if you absolutely need one. They like to clean and be noisy throughout the night for reasons unknown, so if you need to be up early I wouldn't recommend.

Rude and disrespectful. Kicked me out of my room bags and all waiting on an Uber. Disgusting establishment.

Someone has been unlocking my door at night, it has happened twice. I am a former security professional of high standing, I asked the desk lady for assistance in their changing the locks and she mocked me. DO NOT RENT HERE!
