Hannoush Jewlers in Nashua definitely earned a new customer! Eric was outstanding as well as everyone else. They were able to swap a battery in a watch that needed special tools and went out of their way to help make my wife’s wedding ring more comfortable to wear after getting it resized someplace else. Everyone was really pleasant and knowledgeable and Eric and their master jeweler definitely went out of their way to help out! I appreciate it and can thank you all enough!

Since 2007 I have bought all my jewelry here. There was a couple times where a ring broke. Not only did they give me a brand new one but they made sure that I got it right away. They did not charge me anything for shipping or nothing. Anytime anything goes wrong or anytime you need something from a jeweler I wouldn't even go anywhere else but Hannoush. They take care of their customers for life and I wouldn't even thinking about going nowhere else. Not to mention to find selection of rings, watches necklaces. Other great find jewelry that you just can't find anywhere else at a better price. I don't usually do reviews but I had to to review of This fine establishment. Took my wedding band into Hannoush where we bought it 42 years ago to see if I could get it sized down. Spoke with Issa who put me at ease when he said that they would be able to do it. I hadn’t been able to wear the ring for the last 10 years because it had to be sized down quite a bit I wasn’t sure of what the ring would look like after the process. I was so so happy with my experience at Hannoush in Nashua! My Fiancé did an amazing job picking out the perfect ring with the help of Issa Dawoud. Then after when my ring was slightly too big I went back and had it resized which they gave to me complimentary. All of the staff I have encountered are extremely kind and helpful. The sales staff offered impeccable service, endless patience and no pressure during the sales engagement. The purchase was on layaway for a long time. They offered gentle reminders that a payment would be needed to maintain purchase which was fine. I was taking my time and they were great about not pushing me into anything. He helped my fiancé with the perfect engagement ring and we were able to set his grandmothers stone right in the middle, the ring is beautiful! We just went back and ordered our wedding bands! The staffs at Hannoush are role model for customer service. We took a piece of jewelry for repair, we were greeted and taken care of by their courteous staffs immediately. They explained to us in details what they are doing while repairing our piece in front of us. It was done in no time and the repair was free. They know a happy customer is a returning customer. I recently purchased a Christopher Ward C63 and needed a link added to the bracelet. I had the absolute pleasure of going to Hannoush Jewelers to have the link added. The level of service was absolutely second-to-none. The bracelet had the link added in less than ten minutes and the store manager Ms. Nelson was kind enough to talk with me during the resizing. The depth and vastness of her knowledge on watches and horology was truly without compare. It's clear Hannoush's employees are not just professional but are extremely passionate about their occupation. A few weeks ago I had gone into Hannoush in Nashua, NH to have my wedding ring and band cleaned. I was greeted by Tiffani who was very nice. Bill had cleaned my ring and checked the prongs. He noticed one of the prongs was coming loose. Bill was so helpful and was able to fix it for me while I waited for a few minutes. I had another errand to run in the mall, so it worked out great. 1st time at Hannoush and I highly recommend it. Noah was really great, so helpful and knowledgeable. Showed me several items but didn’t hover or make me feel pressured. What a positive experience I had at Hannoush Jewlers in the Pheasant Lane Mall Nashua. Tiffani was so friendly and knowledgeable. She was very eager to please me and helped me pick out the perfect engagement ring. Bill cleaned a ring for me that I purchased at one of their competitors and made my ring look brand new again. I would like to tell everyone about the wonderful experience that we had at Hannoush Jewelers pheasant Ln., Mall, NH. Mary our Rep/sales representative blew me away with her professionalism she began to ask simple questions lead us to the counter offered us all a seat and started presenting different styles of diamond ring shapes and explaining each one to inform us the different styles grades and quality of diamonds once she understood what we were looking for she presented the perfect diamond and setting. For me to watch the look in my Son’s eyes as Many took the time to understand what his hart was trying to tell her his thoughts cuz didn’t know how to explain what style he wanted was priceless. Great service! I went in today as I thought a diamond from one of my rings fell out..turns out it was just a little dirt. Tiffany cleaned it beautifully and it looks brand new. An added bonus: a set of earrings that I got from somewhere else had an issue and the jewelry (Freddie?) Fixed it for me right there on the spot. Really appreciated all the time they took to help me out! 😊

If I could give more than 5 stars I absolutely would. Eric had so much patience with us. The best thing about this jewelry store is the people. They genuinely wanted to help us and make sure everything was perfect. Tiffany and Eric by far are the best to work with. We went looking for engagement rings at 5 other stores but always came back Hannoush in Nashua.

I am very pleased with my Hannoush visit today at Pheasant Lane Mall. Michael, the sales assistant, was helpful, patient, polite, resourceful, and easy to deal with. He carefully checked all my jewelry and then attended to my wish to buy Petra Azar items that were on sale. He pointed out many choices and I am thrilled with what I chose. I have been a customer at this store for over 20 years and have always been happy. The sales associates and managers have always treated me fairly. I want to add that the day before, I had called and talked with Bill to see if what I wanted was in store. Although he wasn't at work today, he had left out the item for me! What a nice surprise:)

I have been a customer for over 20 years to both the Salem and Nashua stores. This one time I went to the Nashua store and asked if someone can wash my ring. Michael cleaned them and let me tell you, I’ve never experienced the shine that my ring had that night. Amazing! it glittered like it was brand new.
