I went for a tooth pain in Aug 2022 and they told me everything was fine, I pointed out where it was and the dentist suggested I get an oral surgery at a different location to get the space fixed. I went to a new dentist yesterday because it was still bothering me, turns out that space was a cavity. Not only do I have that cavity but I have 8 more that they didn’t mention. I don’t understand how this was missed. This dentist office doesn’t seem like they care at all about their practice. I wouldn’t come here unless you’ll be okay with having issues now the line.

Is this a joke!! I doubt there is a person in there that knows what they’re doing. I said “deep cleaning” and it’s done in 2 min!! They literally painted some pink stuff on my teeth and washed it! Really!! Despite the rudeness and disrespectful way they talked to me. The owner of the place “the main doctor” is very rude he didn’t respect me at all. Let’s not mention their system in managing the patients inside, as if it was a farm of chickens.

First, it took me about an hour and a half before they were able to see me for a teeth cleaning. Next, the woman Polished my teeth and said that I was done. She told me to have a good day. I asked when they are going to do the cleaning, and she said she just did. I told her that that is not a cleaning. So then finally she gave me over to someone else who cleaned my teeth. He cleaned my teeth in less than 10 minutes, and I never had so much blood in my mouth ever. Then when I looked at them in the mirror, I could visibly see where there was still plaque left on my teeth. I could also feel many spots that he did not clean. I will never go back.

Awesome sauce. Highly recommend..been coming here 4 yrs..all the staff is friendly..myself & my daughter both go here ..for regular dental work..2 deep cleanings..looking 4 a dental office with good customer service..that makes you feel heard & like family come here..especially Kayla 🥰

Absolutely horrible. New to area. They did a generic "cleaning" half way polishing my teeth then having to walk over to a station to rinse. No other tools used. Rushed job. Dentist didn't even look at my x-rays just glanced at my mouth. If your looking for a rush job then this is the place for it. Never had a "cleaning" done like this. Please don't waste your time here

This place is a joke!..I went in for a cleaning and a sharp chip on my tooth..the dentist refused to fill the chip because he said it was cosmetic, what?!..the purpose of filling it or leveling it off was to prevent a cavity from forming..then he tells me if I want it filled that I hafta pay $171.00 out of pocket even tho I have insurance. The cleaning was unlike anything I've ever experienced. They have one person to apply polish and another person to scrape and floss you. It's weird and ineffective. Also, I hate the way everyone is sitting next to each other like a herd of cattle, while discussing people's personal dental issues. The only bright spot in that place was Tracy. She was very kind and understanding. I don't know how this place is even in business.

PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE UNPROFESSIONAL Staff they don’t know what they are doing made me go all the way back to the first steps of my braces when I had a powerchain all because he wanted to make sure I came back to my appointments on time to continue procedure even though I been a client here for years and braces have already been paid for PLEASE don’t do business here I had to keep my braces on longer due to them neglecting my overbite the doctor is rude and not understanding CHOOSE A BETTER Orthodontist please

I appreciate Kayla the hygienist. She's very educated in her field and has got me back on track with my dental hygiene. Always gentle during the cleanings 😊

This place seems so unprofessional because instead of the dentist seeing one patient at a time, he has his pts lay on the dental chair with no privacy and we’re all waiting facing the wall until he comes and talks to you like Speedy Gonzalez.

VERY RUDE… I called to see if they are in network with my insurance (since I got their number from my insurance’s website), however, the lady who answered the phone was so RUDE! She didn’t even let me finish and just hung up!!!

Do not I mean, do not go to the dentist The front desk people are very rude They will call you a day before your appointment to reschedule your appointment because the doctor won’t be in or overbooked Then the day they reschedule for you come in and they are charging you for the day you there and the day you supposed to been there(braces) this is the most unprofessional place I ever been to I do not recommend them. They actually need to be closed down.

The doctors is so rude he refused to Fix my bracket stating I need to Prove to him Why he should fix it being rude and Disrespectful he replaced my wire but left the bracket broke and hated the confrontation . He can’t talk like an adult He loves going back and fourth I think he was better off being a lawyer Cause this job isn’t for him 2nd Reply : So you responded And I have no doubt the person Responded is The Doctor who refused my service , so you stated you haven’t seened your patient in 4 years referring to me Correct me if I’m wrong when Yesterday you stated 2 years Please correct me if I’m wrong . And also I can walk in your facility and should be able to request and receive service Aslong as It is financially covered and looked over , since you stated your opinion I would like to respectfully State mines To the “doctor” In order to remain In your Position I believe You should Look into Customer service Communication. I will not be updating my star by the way you specifically deserve It . I would hope you learn to communicate especially with me In further Vists. Or better yet as you stated Yesterday ( while throwing a fit like my toddler Child ) you can send me referrals to a much respectful Orthodontist .

I had braces for 2 years, they made every visit super comfortable and made sure I was happy with my results every step of the way! Love it!!
