I arrived because my dog was hit by a car, and was badly injured. This was unfortunately the nearest vet. I am grateful the doctor did care for my injured dog in this emergency situation. But I will never come here again or recommend this location. I have never been treated so rudely. Not only did the front desk person not allow my two small children to sit inside in a completely empty office (two small kids sitting in the car crying,) she has the audacity to continue her rudeness inside. Then when I finally told her that I did not appreciate the treatment she starts yelling at me. Then the vet comes out her office and tells her and me to shut up and stop arguing… if my dog was not dying I probably would have lost it. Then after my dog received care the same lady comes out being rude again to take my payment.

We were in there months ago for routine checkup, a walk-in and felt like we were pressured into unnecessary tests and items. When we questioned vet Angelina, she came off as pompous and a know it all, making us feel like we had no right to question her. When we continued to question because of this demeanor she began to talk very fast in a high pitch voice and ultimately said that you can leave if you do not like it. After doing some research it turns out she went school out of the US. Looks like someone could not academically make it here now has some student loans to pay off. Not very knowledgeable and cannot be trusted. Will not come back and recommend you stay away from this place. We made a review on Yelp but they hide reviews, you need to look at those hidden reviews to see what we seen as well after going here.

I’ve been coming here for years & when the older vet retired years ago, I was obviously nervous about the new vet. I gave her a chance & she goes above & beyond for her clients. She explains everything so thoroughly & you can tell she’s in this field because she cares so deeply for our cats/dogs/etc. She doesn’t over step & she was in the room within the first 5 minutes of our visit today. This is my fourth time seeing her since she began working here & I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I will never bring my dog here again. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, since my dog was a puppy. I even stayed loyal to this place after I moved an hour away. Today I spoke with the rudest receptionist with absolutely no compassion for animals. If this were my practice I would be humiliated to have that receptionist working for me. What a terrible representation. I literally have been flabbergasted all day.

I took my dog here yesterday upon the recommendation of a family member. I was taking my dog the Le Par and was fine with their services but the cost was just becoming too much. My dog had some skin tags on her elbow that were starting to bother her and I wanted to have them removed. Le Par wanted to sedate her and the cost of the process would've been hundreds of dollars. When I took her to Suburban yesterday, they got straight to the point and informed me that they could cauterize them right then and there with no sedation needed. The removal costed 50 dollars and I was charge an extra 20 dollars cause she ended up needing a couple stitches. Since we were new patients there was a small down-payment (i think 40 dollars) so in all, the process costed me 110 and was quick and easy. My dog is pain-free and I am happy. 10/10 will return. Loved the no nonsense and reasonable pricing!

Dr. Senese always takes the best care of our cats and for a reasonable price. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, and understanding. We have been taking all our cats to her for close to a decade now and won’t go anywhere else! I HIGHLY recommend taking your animals to her.

This was my first time here. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Senese. She takes the time to explain everything, she gives the care for your pet right in front of you (instead of them pulling the dog in the back, then just TELLING you what they did), her assistants were also amazing! I was TRULY being ripped off at my last vet, and am so glad I found Dr. Senese. My dog will never go anywhere else! She really takes her time with each patient!

Everyone at this location is extremely amazing! A little over a year ago my dog broke her leg, me and my partner were freaking out about how expensive so many places were and how not very attentive they as well. But then I was introduced to this location and all of our worries went away. The doctor was so nice and helpful and the assistants were great! Molly healed amazingly and I could have never been so happy with a service!

I absolutely love Suburban Animal Hospital, Dr. Senese, and her staff. They are amazing. You can tell by the way she treats her patients she truely loves what she does. Dr. takes the time to check my fur baby & make sure everything is good. She never makes you feel rushed, and answers any of your questions. I have complete confidence in Dr. Senese & her staff. I would recommend them to anyone with a pet!

Dr. Senese and her staff are very patient and kind to our little pug who was recently in for some health issues. They fit us in as soon as they could. She explained everything to us concerning his diagnosis and the meds he would be taking. Dr. Senese has modernized the office and updated her services. We will continue to bring Rocco to her.

The entire staff is amazing. They all genuinely care about my bullies, enough to carry my senior girl back to the car because I was wrangling two. I feel confident that I'm providing excellent care to my fur babies. Thank you for the care that you take on their care

The staff provides great quality and are very loving toward your pet. They were very kind and interactive with my 2 year old pit bull. I've taken him to the VCA and Animal Welfare, I was never really satisfied with their services. I'm glad I found Dr. Nick and Dr. Senese. They are truly compassionate and care about your fur babies.

This veterinarian is the best fit for our animal health services. I can trust that I will see the actual vet and the staff is amazing. My dog is a handful and the staff is patient with her shenanigans. We are so grateful to find such a professional vet and staff.

My dog is a very important member of our family. When our Veterinarian retired we started looking for a new one that matched the high standards and awesome services we were so trusting and used to. We were recommended to Suburban Animal Hospital and we are so happy to have found them. Thank you🌹

I wouldn't take my fur babies elsewhere. I know they had a rude person who is no longer there thankfully but the care is unmatched. After my cat being abused by a vet who appeared friendly I never felt more at ease taking my cats to this place. I will sing their praises to everyone I know.

Since new ownership, this place is amazing. The Dr cares so much for the animals and her practice. Dr Sense took care of my two dogs for years, until they recently passed. She took the time to talk to us about results of tests, and comfort us when it was time to say goodbye to our beloved pets. I cannot recommend this place enough. They go above and beyond with their care and think about the small things. The doctor will always use best judgement, and in times when money was tight, she understood and recommended alternatives for medicine and treatment. Seriously, thank you for taking care of my fur babies for years. I wouldn’t trust them with anyone else. As soon as we adopt a new dog, we will be taking them here!

What a joke! The lady who took over this business is a nightmare. No professional etiquette and is completely rude. Her staff charged me for an exam they did not complete. They also gave me incorrect information regarding a vaccine. Even though the owner admitted her employee was wrong, she refused to refund me for the amount overcharged. This place used to be great and I was a longterm client before the new ownership. Avoid at all costs. Unless you like being treated this way and being overcharged. Oh, and being told she will call the police to file a report because you explained you are disputing the charge. Good luck with that lady. Tell them I said hi.

Dr. Senese is extremely professional, genuine and fair priced. My dog, Lilly was sick and she was booked with appointments but squeezed us in. Drew was patient and kind with Lilly while trimming her nails. Amber followed up with me same-day. All around above & beyond practice. It’s so refreshing and comforting to have this Vet.

Dr Senese is absolutely the best, compassionate, honest and fairly priced care. I just love this office and feel so fortunate to have found her. My dog with a heart murmur and allergies is doing so well under her care.

Friendly staff and vet. Great prices. All my questions were addressed. Gave me several options to keep my dog healthy. Will definitely be back. Thanks Dr. Senese

Thankfully, I did not see this doctor or staff as the inappropriate, unprofessional, and disrespectful phone communication with both Dr. Senese and her staff was enough to steer clear from this place. One would think that a patient, particularly a patient who is unable to advocate or communicate for themselves would be treated with kindness and compassion, not harassment - but, that is not the case here. As an advanced practice nurse, I called to inquire about cortisone shots for arthritic, senior dogs. The "receptionist" reported that "Dr. Senise does not give cortisone, she gives a steroid shot instead". Hmm? Cortisone is a steroid, but okay. I went on to share that I completed the "contact us" form on their website and left a message, but I had not heard back. The receptionist was more concerned about when I left the phone message or completed the "contact us" form, than the reason I was calling. She began to explain that there are visiting doctors and other doctors who "come and go" so she is not sure where the email went but she'll try to figure it out. I explained that I did not need her efforts to be wasted trying to figure out their internal communication processes with me on the phone, but that I needed assistance with a cortisone shot for my elderly dog. Hours later I then receive a call from Dr. Senise. She also seemed overly concerned about the "contact us" form stating that she does not have a website. I explained that there IS A WEBSITE with her address and the phone number. I further explained that if she were to "google" the information, she would find it for herself. I explained that if I treated my human patients the way that she treats her canine parents, this is not a good fit. Dr. Senise agreed and hung up. Any doctor who cannot or will not be accountable to others does not belong in the industry of care - for humans or canines. God's best to you and your staff, Dr. Senise. You may want to work on that bedside manner.

Staff was amazing !! I’ve been to quite a few other vets and never received such great care for my dog!! Dr. Even called me at home the next day with a plan of care and lab results !! Would highly recommend !!

Had a great first visit with our 11 year old Golden Retriever. No long wait to see the vet, staff was caring, intelligent and thorough. Followed through with the results of the lab tests as promised. All in all a positive experience.

The doctor was very helpful. She explained different scenarios to us and gave us the option of doing x-rays now or waiting to see if the medicine will work. She was not pushy at all and we felt very comfortable talking with her. She's the only one that I would bring my dog to. I would recommend her to everybody. The two young ladies helping her out in the rooms were also very polite and kind to us and very sweet to our dog.

I would not trust my dog anywhere else other than here. Dr sinise is amazing. Always taking the time to help out. I appreciate that. I appreciate the service here. The doctor even made a house call when we needed to put our dog down. That was a terrible day but she made it a little bit more manageable.

Our dog hurt his paw...we did not have an appointment but the staff and vet were extremely courteous and took such great care of our precious fur baby. From the moment we stepped into the hospital, through the consultation, diagnose, and visit with the vet, we had one of the best experiences. The entire staff truly cares for the pets and we are forever grateful for their kindness.

We had been to another vet and she did not get better. They gave a quick appt to my sick senior cat. Gave medication and she is now like a kitten..running..playing with all her toys etc..we have found our forever vet! Thank you!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the care all three of my dogs get. They are precious to me and I trust the Dr and her staff. They also are considerate of how the families are with whatever their needs might be

This business has been nothing but great to us since our dog had torn his acl. They were very kind on the phone while we were scheduling and got us in within a week, surgery scheduled within another week. They initially told us they could get the surgery done within 2 days of our first exam but with our busy schedules, we opted to wait a week to make sure we were available for 24hr care it will require. Dr. Senese is absolutely amazing, she is so compassionate and very honest. She related to our situation with her own personal experiences and gave us the best advice on what to do with our dog. I feel very confident bringing my dog here for this repair. I will update this review once the surgery is done but I already highly recommend this place. We didn’t get to speak to Dr. Nick (orthopedic surgeon) very long since he was performing another surgery, understandable. We are looking forward to speaking more with him once the surgery is completed but he seemed super attentive and honest as well.

Dr. Senese (Sinise? Sp?) is the best vet we’ve had since getting our bulldog 4 years ago. We’ve had 3 other doctors and she goes above and beyond for our dogs. We now have 2 bulldogs and she takes excellent care of both of them. I wish she did more of the larger surgeries but if she doesn’t do it there, she has a specialist to refer us to who has helped us. The staff is friendly and attentive. Not being able to go inside the past 2 years was a little inconvenient but what wasn’t during the pandemic. She has rules. Didn’t kill me to wait outside. Thanks for all your help with our pups!

My boyfriends family has been using them for years and have had nothing but great experiences. We now take our 2 dogs there and the doctor & her staff are amazing. Can't say enough good things about this vetinarian practice.
