I absolutely love this store. The prices are great but recently I’ve been avoiding going because of the two new hires! if I see them inside more than likely I’ll turn around & go to the gas station. They make me feel really uncomfortable. Especially the young short one with the beard. I miss my home girl that used to work there. Come back girl

I cannot stress enough how wonderful these guys are!!!! They absolutely go above beyond & are incredibly knowledgeable about every product in their store. The prices are incredibly reasonable & they are genuinely good people. I drive out of my way just to go here because the service is worth it

I love this place! The guys are so friendly here. And the prices cannot be beat. Always makes sure his regulars are taken care of! Will def recommend this place to everyone. I went there and bought air factory 6 mg vape juice. When I got home I opened the Box only to find that they had swapped out what was supposed to be in there with a different brand and smaller size bottle. When I went in and told them they offered no apology at all just swapped it out for WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE IN THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. I just got done reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. Reply to smoke city...Yeah ok so employees aren't capable of opening a Box and swapping vape juice? Lol are you trying to tell me The manufacturer of air factory vape juice put a different brand vape juice in the box? How about taking accountability.

Wow. As a smoker, I realized all those chemicals in my cigarettes weren't good for me. So within 5 minutes, I left with two flavored disposables, one of which was complimentary. Best experience I've ever had knowing very little about vaping. Regardless of your experience, this place is serious about customer satisfaction. I felt at ease asking questions about a healthier approach to placating my desire to smoke. 5 stars, well deserved!

My favorite place to go for vapes, and the prices are very reasonable. The staff is very knowledgeable which is huge because I came in here with my boyfriend who wanted to try Kratom for the first time and the female employee who helped was very knowledgeable and they had such a wide variety and the prices are very very reasonable. We will definitely keep coming back here! The place is also very well stocked!

On March 16 2023 Brianna and Louie went above and beyond with immaculate customer service! I have been a customer for over 5 years and they are the reason I will continue to come back! I was recently having an issue with a defective vape purchased from the store and they had no issue in providing me a new replacement free of charge. Not only did they honor my original purchase, they also gifted me an additional free item to try due to the inconvenience. Fantastic customer service!

My daughters purchased a Runtz Watermelon on New Years day. It quit working on January 3rd. Notified the store and they said they don't exchange products no matter what the reason. Told me that I am just out the money. So I have a filled vape that is useless. Great customer service. Go somewhere else that backs the products they sell.

i was in vacation before 2 weeks ago in Chicago. I needed E juice because mine finished and then I found your store on Google from the best stores in the area. My experience is always quite pleasant. The staff is friendly. The place is clean and inviting. The staff members are always very helpful, and they treat you well. The only place I shop for all my smoking needs been coming since 2017 because the prices are unmatched and the staff is so chill , non of the awkwardness when buying hemp related products and a amazing selection it’s like every time I go in there’s a new glass piece!
