Everyone is always so nice and professional. A very clean and well managed clinic. I’ve never had to wait too long to be seen. Highly recommend the clinic for individuals and families.

My mom suggested I come here when I was having an emergency and couldn’t be seen by an OBGYN. Everyone I interacted with here was helpful and kind. Very fast and comprehensive care. I avoid doctors as often as I can, but if I need help again? I’ll certainly come here

Medical care was 5 star. I have a zero $ copay and was told I had to pay $85.00. I left and went back after my insurance called them, no copay was paid or needed. Perfect, medical care and professionalism.

The staff was very nice. The PA was very efficient. She took her time with me and explained things. I feel she was interested in my symptoms and wanted to help.

This urgent care is clean and organized, my first time going and everyone was extremely nice and understanding. The nurse was awesome taking vitals. The PA IS very professional efficiency, and knowledgeable. Thank you for all your help and i look forward to getting better based on recommendation and medications prescribed. 10 stars!

Highly recommend. Five stars! If you like clean, fast, and friendly, this is the best urgent care around. My son had an issue requiring x-rays and fast action and the care he received here was top notch!

Everyone was excellent and greeted me for my early appointment. The PA and staff were very friendly and on time. It was a great first time experience using an Urgent Care clinic.

We have never had a bad experience at Urgent Care & Wellness center. They were open today (Christmas Day) and I was very relieved that they were able to see my daughter and test her for the flu. I will continue to go there!

Made an appointment online for 3pm the day before. When I got to front desk, front desk the receptionist said they don't accept appointments, it's pointless system because they have to accept walk-ins first.(not sure if this is true). Left and came back an hour later and still had 5 patients in front of us. Two other patients walked in and mentioned using the online appointment feature and the front desk receptionist said the same thing to them. After 2 hours of waiting, I wasn't seen and left.

I have frequented this place over the last few years. With the exception of covid, it's always been an easy and quick visit. Not like some places where you're there for hours. The staff is always friendly and it's always clean.

My husband had covid. Went in and the wait time wasn't that bad. The PA that saw him was very nice. I always go here when I need urgent care.

I was in and out in a short period of time (I know that depends on waiting room). The nurse at check in was pleasant, compassionate and efficient, as was the medical assistant and PA. All 3 took great care of me. They have an X-ray machine there on site, and took my insurance. I would highly recommend them and their quality care.

I absolutely love this place! Very welcoming from the parking lot and beyond. The office/building reflects the staff inside. Beautiful spirits, speedy but thorough service. Thanks guys for taking care of me and my family 😎🥰💜

The doctor's, nurses and front desk staff were all amazing! I highly recommend visiting this urgent care center if you are in need. We were nearby for my son's therapy and were able to be seen after 6pm, quickly and with kindness. My son is 6, he's autistic and needed antibiotics for an infected thumb. His regular doctor couldn't see him right away, so we tried our luck with this center and I'm glad we did. Unfortunately, my son won't take medication by mouth and I thought for certain they wouldn't be able to help us but they were so accommodating and we were offered a solution that worked for us. He's doing much better now and I'm so grateful for their help. They were very patient with my child, and very understanding to our situation. Thank you Urgent Care & Wellness Center!!

I needed medical attention over the weekend and found this walk-in clinic. I was able to make an appt. online for the same day - actually within 1 hour. Everyone in the office was very nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I was in and out quickly. I will recommend them to my friends and family without hesitation.

We had a wonderful experience! Took my 14 year old daughter and NP Jeff was extremely thorough, patient and caring. He took the time to explain his diagnosis. They got us in very quickly and the meds were called into the pharmacy right away. We highly recommend!!! Will be back for any family urgent care needs.

Dr was great! There was no wait and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Called my perscription in and it was ready before I even got home. Wish all places were this good. Great place if you need care on a weekend.

We were taken back to the room very quickly. Very kind and efficient nurse to my vitals and explained the process. Then the PA, Jessica Kreps, did a phenomenal job on my work up. My symptoms were pointing one direction until the tests came back negative. So she sat down and started asking great questions and getting more information from me until we got to the true problem. She explained what to continue looking for and when/if I would need to get further treatment from an ER. I highly recommend this clinic.

I started taking my kids (ages 9 and 13) to Urgent Care approximately 2 years ago. I won’t go to any other “after hours” care now that I found this facility. I myself have gone as well. The entire staff from Clerk, assistants, and PA’s are all caring and kind. They listen to you,,the patient, and give you honest feedback. I have had awful experiences with hospital ER’s. Besides the long wait times they always want to admit you, or run a million unnecessary tests. Urgent Care has always brought us right back and given us a realistic prognosis. They do not just write a script and send you on your way. I have recommended them to my closest friends & family. Thank you for all of your kindness & respect in times when we feel our worst!

Jess, PA and the associated PA along with the whole medical team have been amazing attentive to deal, super gracious and great at forming a plan of action. I came in to treat an ear infection and later, my wife and I were treated for what appeared to be RSV for adults.The following week Jess, PA diagnosed us as a possible bacterial infection. She formulated a plan of care which appears to working for my wife who was treated a few days earlier then myself. Jess gave us all the remedies to get better. We will continue to come here due to the outstanding care and service they all present. One last note, there has been no wait times to be seen. I’ve been meaning to leave a review for awhile, but today’s visit reminded me just how great this place is. Close to home, and affordable. Never had a problem with long wait times, but they were understandably busy today. I had no problem waiting, they were very apologetic and checked-in periodically. I was seen by PA Jess who was sweet, informative and had me in and out. I left feeling very taken care of, really appreciate all that the entire staff does for their patients!

I've been to this location multiple times. I get wonderful care for my kids when I'm in a pinch and the pediatrician cannot get me in. I had 1 bad experience with one member of the staff but it was quickly resolved by the medical director who followed up immediately. This location truly cares about the patients who go there. I recommend this urgent care over any others.

I always come here for any issue I have. The staff is very nice, Michelle is one of the best nurses I have had. She is very knowledgeable and respectful. She always goes above and beyond to make sure I am advised how to take care of my ailment. Hopefully I won’t have to come back too soon, but if I do need somewhere to go, I know I’ll be in good hands at this location.

I was very pleased with my experience at Urgent Care. I can be a hard critic of emergency care places and the people employed by them. Michelle made me feel that I was in safe hands and even made me smile when I left, then you can believe she is the best. I am truly grateful and won’t get that awful feeling of dread the next time I get sick and am unable to see my own physician. I appreciated her follow-up and willingness to answer questions also. A big thank you to all of her!!!

The women at the front desk was very nice and professional. She helped me set up an appointment and made the check in process very easy. The woman PA that I saw was absolutely wonderful!!! She was very informative, kind, and made me feel confident in the treatment I was getting. I needed a follow up appointment at an eye doctor and she took her time to call different eye doctors around and schedule me an appointment. Will be returning back here.
