This was the most unique hotel I have ever stayed in. The service is beyond excellent! They offer free snacks, drinks, wine and beer. There is a kitchen stocked with different snacks and drinks, there’s something for everyone. The atmosphere is very home like and you feel welcome from the second you walk in the door. Each room is themed with unique furniture pieces and antiques. The hotel is over 120 years old and beautifully restored. Free breakfast is offered each morning and actually has great options. The town around the hotel is wonderful with cute antique shops and cafe. Definitely an experience you won’t find in most places. The owner is on site and so welcoming and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Loved staying here! This hotel is old and has many interesting rooms, antique decorations, and wooden floors. Very clean! Breakfast, snacks, and drinks were provided for no extra charge. Cozy atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Also the cost was good, not too expensive!

What a lovely antique place to stay. I was traveling for work and was pleasantly surprised with the above and beyond accomodations! The ladies that run the place are warm and welcoming, the snacks and drinks provided were an unexpected touch and the room was clean and cozy. The window AC unit got the room colder at night than many chain hotels I've stayed in. The bed was very comfortable with a variety of pillows I slept soundly through all three nights. Plenty of parking and walking distance to several cute cafes and of course antique stores.

We had a great time, been there before. The rooms were really cute and different before, but still comfortable, clean, and good AC. Love the snack kitchen, complimentary beer and wine. Great location for antique gazing.

Beautiful historic hotel, great location, intricately carved antique furniture throughout, super clean, air conditioner works great, new flat screen TV, luxury linens, access to well stocked complimentary beverages (including adult beverages) and snacks plus breakfast in upstairs kitchen. My sister stayed in honeymoon suite and “WOW” is an understatement…the bedroom is fit for a queen, jacuzzi tub hot, balcony overlooked the main street. The staff were friendly and made you feel at home. I plan to stay there every time I go to Arcadia.

This hotel is a gem! Ownership is excellent and offers outstanding customer service. Don't expect a modern hotel as this place is historic in the most lovely way imaginable. Original floors and windows as well as antique furnishings throughout. Each room is thoughtfully decorated in its own unique theme. They are also pet friendly!

This is a beautiful hotel located in the center of old Arcadia antique district. The staff are amazing who take the time to make you feel like you are at home. I would definitely recommend to all!

Awesome little hometown Hotel! Definitely has a bed and breakfast feel; though instead of a hot breakfast, this hotel offers complimentary wine and beverages with your stay! Upstairs, every room has a different theme and private bath, plus there is a common area and kitchen that can be used by everyone. The only draw-backs are that the breakfast is limited to grab and go bagels, yogurt, fruit, etc., and waffles or egg and cheese omelets that have been prepared and frozen previously and need to be re-heated before eating; and though the laundry machines are accessible to guests, the owners do not allow guests to use them. Adequate accessibility to working laundry facilities that stay open late, posed a problem throughout our stay -in multiple areas of Florida- so that was a big disappointment for us, however, the free wine certainly has a way of making up for it! Another perk though, is that the hotel is located in the center of the old downtown district so antique shops, local restaurants, and the post office are all walkable and many sidewalk events take place here throughout the year. I definitely look forward to visiting again and if you choose to, I recommend grabbing lunch across the street at My Shelly’s during your stay!

What a wonderful and charming hotel. The management could not be more kind and were very generous with their amenities. The complimentary beer, wine unlimited snacks, and excellent breakfast were a cut above a typical hotel. The location right in the very heart of the historic district was perfect as was the beautiful and majestic live oak in the adjacent courtyard. Our family will certainly be staying again real soon. Thank you to the Oak Park Inn.

Accommodations were great. Everything is historic era and rooms are themed. Beds are extremely comfortable. Family owned and they were extremely gracious. Lots of complimentary items including snacks, refreshments and wine. Quiet guests and spacious common setting area. Definitely worth the room rates, which were very reasonable and affordable.

The owner of the place checked us in, the nicest guy! Everything in the building is beautiful. Everything was super clean. Room 10 was so amazing! Every room is different with different themes. The room comes with wine or beer, snacks, drinks, etc. This is, by far, my favorite place I've ever stayed.
