    Overall, my experience at Hampton Inn was great. One of the standout aspects was the cleanliness throughout the hotel. From the inviting lobby to my well-maintained room, everything was spotless. The pleasant smells and charming furnishings added a touch of warmth to the atmosphere, making me feel comfortable and relaxed during my stay. The staff at Hampton Inn were friendly and attentive to my needs, which I genuinely appreciated. Their excellent customer service enhanced my overall experience. While the breakfast offered was simple, it was still satisfying. The variety of options provided a good start to the day, and the quality of the food was enjoyable. In summary, Hampton Inn provided a pleasant stay with its cleanliness, friendly staff, and decent breakfast. I would recommend this hotel for those seeking a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

    Great location if your cruising out of the port. The rooms were clean and the building was well maintained. However a huge problem for our big family traveling was that a few family members were charged for more than just their stay. When the incident occurred it was so painful to just get the issue fixed. The hotel would not admit they made a mistake for about3 hours and then after the bank got involved there was magically a solution. If you stay here, triple check your cards or you will be out of some money. We still have family trying to get money back after a weeks time.

    So this hotel was excellent! It was extremely close to the port so that made it super convenient for getting to our cruise ship. The breakfast was solid. Its kind of far from the Kennedy Space Center but that is the trade off for being close to the port for the Cruise ships. The only reason I am not giving this a 5 star rating is because it was not cheap. Other than that, the room was clean, the staff was exception, and the location couldn't be better.

    Very well maintained. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The driveway to the hotel is the one right before Homewood suites, you’ll drive right past it if you’re not careful. It’s super close to the rocket launch area and will definitely be booking again to watch…as long as it is not scrubbed again.

    We selected this hotel because of it's close location to the cruise port and free breakfast. It met our expectations! Breakfast was good, plenty to choose. Also, they have shuttle services you can book while there for $10 per person. We opted to schedule/take a Lyft to the port which was $15 total for the 5 min drive over. The hotel is also in proximity to view launches from Kennedy Space Station. If was cloudy when we were there so we could only hear the blasts. There is a Burger King and Italian restaurant nearby, walking distance. Just note there's no crosswalk near the hotel, so you have to be careful crossing the busy road.

    Hotel check in is at 3PM. We arrived a little after. I was informed when we arrived that the room was not ready, but it would only be a short while before it was. We waited. Noticing there were multiple families also sitting around waiting we inquired at the desk after an hour of waiting how much longer it would be. The front desk person got nasty with my wife and then offered a different type of room which we were not interested in. I then called the Hilton Honors line as a diamond member to figure out what they could do for us as we've been traveling all day and exhausted. They weren't able to get through to the front desk. Another hour passes by and I call the Hilton Honors line again. He puts me on hold and then tells me the front desk person got nasty with him and hang up. We were finally placed in a room. The A/C didn't work, the room was poorly made, and it smelled. We advised the front we would be leaving and they tell us that's fine but we're being charged for the room. I admittedly lost my temper but rightfully so. We went across the parking lot to Homewood and got right in, at a great rate, and comfortable room. I've never had an issue like this with the Hilton brand but it was a disaster. A little honesty would have went a long way from the beginning.

    Horrible experience I had. Please stay away if possible. I was assigned a room right next to the elevator and seeking for a switch of room. They refused my request due to a fully booked night (I checked in before 8 pm with at least some empty rooms not checked in) and did not offer any help at all. The front desk staff Allie was extremely rude and refuse to offer any kind of help. I was told to reach out to Jessica the supervisor and she did not pick up my phone nor email after six days. She simply blamed me for all the problems and stated I threatened her staffs because I asked if I could take a recorded video or even voice message. I initially wanted to collect some evidence for the noise issue, and when Allie did not give me the permission to record, I put away my phone and did not record anything. I actively reached out to them for possible solutions but now they are accusing me of threatening their staff. How ridiculous and rude. They discriminate customers and accusing you for all the blames. I will fight for my right and speak for myself. I will not give up until I get a proper solution. Completely disappointed at both the front desk’s behavior and supervisor’s response.

    This hotel met all my expectations. Rooms were clean and I wasn't hearing my neighbors through the walls or ceilings. The gym is one of the better hotel gyms I've used. Overall I would be happy to stay here again.
