Stayed the night for our pre night Cruise. They have park and Stay package so we were able to park our car there for the week which was great. They also have a shuttle that drops you off at the Cruise Port and will pick you up after your cruise. The room was very spacious and clean. With 2 large T.V.s and a separate sitting area. They also had a good free breakfast. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is nice and the room is huge..... However... thats where the good things end. The bed is hard, the ac in the room did not work and its so hot in here we cannot sleep. Told the front desk, and confirmed, that's about right for every room. None of the rooms get any air current and lowest it'll go even if it did work is 68. Cool. There was no coffee out or water so we could fill our water bottles and when we told the person at the desk she said "there should be some there. There are containers." Yep, containers are there but they are empty and she just stared at us. Awesome. Won't be coming back here. Horrible customer service. Oh and to add to the not sleeping. It was great to at least listen to the man next door snoring all night and knowing every time he flushed his toilet. Glad it was only one night.

So disappointed with this hotel. I was there a few nights ago and I forget my plush blanket. I slept on it (because I found a crumb in the bed and I wasn’t convinced it was properly cleaned), and the next morning I got out of bed and pulled the blanket over so when I was leaving I didn’t realize my blanket was still in the bed. I came back after my cruise and let the front desk worker know I left my blanket here. The front desk worker asked my name and room number then went back to search for the blanket. She came back and said they keep a record of lost and found items, but there is no record of my blanket being found…SO WHERE IS IT?!? I definitely left my blanket, and according to the front desk lady, they have a protocol and wouldn’t throw the blanket away. When I asked the lady where else it could be she just said “I don’t know” and that was the extent she would help me. This means either 1 of 2 things happened. Either 1, they didn’t clean the room properly (highly likely) and my blanket is still in there from a few nights ago or 2, whoever cleaned the room stole my blanket. I would hate to think that’s the case, but with the terrible service I received I wouldn’t be surprised. You’re better off staying somewhere else.

My family of 6 stayed prior to a cruise. Our room was spacious, enough sleeping places for everyone. Our room had separate bathrooms for the toilet and shower, each with its own sink. Breakfast was great and included. 4 complimentary EV charging spaces. Parking available for cruisers. Area feels safe, but more industrial than tourist. 10 minutes from Ron Jon/ Cocoa Beach. Only complaint was that the sliding barn doors for the bathrooms were difficult for the kids to use, and one's lock appeared to have been broken and crudely repaired.

This hotel was like brand new. They had a continental breakfast that was very good. I had a handicap room and it even had a bench that came down across the shower that you could fold out to sit on. The room was so clean and the hotel was just fabulous. I definitely would rent there again and I definitely would tell others to rent there if they're going to a cruise ship they even offer parking while you're gone and shuttle to bring you back to your vehicle such a great deal!

Nice location, especially if you are going on a cruise or going to Cape Canaveral. They provide park and shuttle service to the port for cruises for minimal daily. Way cheaper than parking at the port. They have a bar and serve breakfast in the morning. They have a pool and tiny jacuzzi on the property. Every floor does not have an ice machine, and I believe there are only 2 laundry rooms in the entire hotel. Other than that, it's a pretty nice stay.
