Just
like
many
others
statedā¦
just
donāt
do
it.
I
also
lived
here
for
about
3
years.
The
last
year
was
hell
on
earth.
Starting
with
a
pipe
busting
while
I
was
months
pregnant.
According
to
maintenance
it
was
not
an
āemergencyā
even
tho
we
had
extreme
flooding
into
our
bedroom
and
wall!
The
best
part?
When
they
came
to
āfix
itā
they
did
something
with
the
pipe
and
just
painted
the
wall
back
over.
So
whoever
lives
there
now,
you
probably
have
mold
or
water
damage.
To
top
that
off
our
garbage
disposal
broke
as
well
as
our
AC,
multiple
times.
The
ac
getting
as
hot
as
80
degrees
at
this
point
my
child
was
a
new
born
but
not
an
emergency
to
them.
The
water
heater
multiple
times
but
that
also
was
not
considered
an
emergency
again
at
this
point
I
have
a
new
born.
Couldnāt
bathe
him,
shower
ourselves,
or
wash
bottles.
We
finally
fixed
it
ourself
after
many
failed
attempts
of
having
maintenance
either
show
up
or
actually
fix
it.
Maintenance?
They
never
came.
But
in
speaking
with
one
of
the
former
maintenance
men
post
move
out,
they
let
us
know
the
budget
was
so
low
they
just
had
them
ābandaidā
any
issues.
We
had
our
stove
breaker
continuously
trip.
This
is
always
a
huge
red
flag
that
there
could
be
an
electrical
fire
wanting
to
ignite.
We
had
an
electrician
come
observe
and
he
said
the
electrical
was
extremely
messed
up
and
our
breaker
actually
had
a
recall
on
it.
I
did
my
due
diligence
and
let
them
know,
but
of
course
they
did
not
care.
Ok
letās
finish
off
strong
with
move
out.
We
were
planning
on
resigning
if
we
could
transfer
into
a
3
bedroom
being
I
was
having
a
child
close
to
when
our
lease
was
up.
We
called
and
called
and
of
course
no
one
answered.
We
saw
a
3
bedroom
available
on
Zillow.
My
husband
walked
physically
to
the
leasing
office
to
ask
about
it
and
they
told
him
there
was
no
3
bedroom
available
anytime
soon.
Sure.
So
we
email
as
if
we
are
ānew
residentsā
and
what
do
you
know?
A
3
bedroom
was
available!
When
we
let
them
know
we
actually
were
residents
who
were
told
there
were
no
3
bedrooms
all
communication
came
to
a
halt
from
the
office
end.
That
was
enough
to
not
resign
due
to
the
Fair
housing
law
being
broken
at
that
point.
I
was
charged
$850
for
not
giving
a
60
day
notice
tho
I
gave
30
days,
but
whenever
we
tried
to
communicate
we
got
no
response.
That
got
sent
to
the
collection
agency
others
have
mentioned
but
this
time
with
a
much
higher
dollar
amount?
I
have
called
corporate
multiple
times
and
what
do
you
know?
Also
no
communication.
