The location is the best. Our family stayed for two days. The hosts are very nice and informative. They provide beach chairs, kids sand digging toys, umbrellas, body boards etc. it is only 1 minutes walk to the beach. Parking lots right in front of the rooms which is the plus. The kitchen is well equipped. We love it.

We rented a 2 bed 2 bath unit for me my daughter and grandkids ;-). The owner and property manager were so nice! They provide plenty of beach toys, chairs and coolers for the guests to use. The air conditioning was a bit weak but they let us borrow some fans. We all had a memorable experience! Very cozy rooms. Great layout. We will be back! ;-)

My wife and I stayed here June 25th thru 30th to be near our daughters wedding in Cocoa Beach. It was a awesome place to stay. The staff (Amy, Tony and Teresa) where very friendly and always making sure we were taking care of. The rooms were very clean and had that home away from home feel. The beach was a short 5min walk and Surfside Suites provided you with chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas and coolers if needed. I love the place and would recommend staying here. I along with my girlfriend have stayed here multiple times in the past 2yrs. We are local to Orlando and to be able to go over to the coast on the beach at a more than reasonable cost is great. Very comfortable room always clean away from huge crowds but close enough to walk or drive a short distance for food, drinks, shops. We go kayaking in the summer for the bioluminescence. And we'll go a couple of other weekends during the year I wouldn't stay anywhere else. I've always had good communication with the owner via email, phone, and we've talked in person. Booked a birthday weekend for two after family vacation. Amy greeted us and welcomed us in like family, provided superb recommendations and service. The beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels were a must as we hadn't packed for a beach trip. The property is very nicely kept with all kinds of nooks and crannies to relax in. The room was very clean, well stocked super comfortable and absolutely charming. We walked everywhere we went only have to cross the street for immediate beach access. We plan to make this a new vacation spot and will definitely stay here again. Whether you're looking for a family vacation or a couples get away this is the spot to be for a great price and accessibility to the charm and night life of Coco beach

A mix of rooms in a comfortable complex with beachfront amenities. The location is close enough to walk to multiple Cocoa Beach restaurants and stores, and the owners leave you with a list of recommendations (and everyone we tried was wonderful). My wife and I stayed in an efficiency and it was plenty of room for us for a three day trip, with things a hotel room wouldn't have had, like a refrigerator, silverware, a toaster oven, and so on. We had a great time and will be going back next year. The only problem we had was the address was hard for some people to find. This is because the complex is large, so provide cross streets as well as an address.

We had an amazing stay at surf side suites! The room was SUPER clean and had a great classic beachy vibe. There was plenty of parking (which is hard to find in cocoa beach!) and the best part was being literally a block away from the beach! They provided beach chairs, umbrellas, and even a cooler, so we could easily spend all day on the beach. Lastly, when I thought I lost something in my room, the staff was super helpful in trying to help me recover it. I ended up finding the item in my luggage, but I’m super impressed and grateful at how helpful they were! The only con was the air conditioning was a little noisy, but that would not prevent us from staying again. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

A little gem from the moment you reach the site Turquoise buildings welcome you. Owners are brilliant and are on hand should you need them, room’s individual and have kitchen attached , the site is lovely and quiet, clean rooms. 5 min walk from the ocean , easy walk to restaurants/cafes, you will not be disappointed, our first visit form UK and we will return.

This was our 2nd time staying at Surfside, and it gets better each time. Teresa,Amy and Tony are such great hosts and very accommodating for all your needs. Amy even brought bins of toys for my grandkids next door. Great location close to bars, restaurants and 150 steps to the ocean. Hope we can come back next year.
