My husband and I eat here periodically. Today we ordered the family meal of Lomo saltado. The meat was gamey and underseasoned but the worst part was we found a baby ROACH in our fries. This place needs to be inspected asap.

I'd stay away from.the beef it was salty. However, the fries and rice were good. Service was ok. Price was ok for the quantity of food received. Wouldn't drive all the way there for a Latin meal but I was in the area but it was fair for the price. I personally would choose other options for Latin cuisine.

Worst experience ever. Food quality is gone bad. Staff members has no idea what customer service is. Spent $35 on the food and just asked for an extra cup fo spicy onions and got a response saying its $0.25 exta each cup. When I presented my credit card to charge then they said next time. We can't charge $0.25 on a card. Well if you can't charge it then why you are even mentioning it??? Maybe to tell your customers to not ask for it next time. This place is not like how it was before. Never going again there..

Chicken is always great, I got the Churrasco this time whi h was perfect. Regarding the ceviche, it was nothing out of this world. Not for the price at least. The fish was cut too large so it didn't get cooked in the lemon properly, making the texture inconsistent. The sweet potato was also cut really small so it virtually disappeared. Get ceviche somewhere else. Chicken and churrasco is what's good here.

Very bad service I spent 60 dollars in a family meal and the lady at the cagier gave me 4 containers for the sauce. When I e asked her for more she said that’s it. Another lady came to buy and got a personal meal 10 dollars and she got 4 container’s so where is the rule of x amount per meal? If who she knows or who she likes? Owner needs to review this as this is not clear why she refused to give me extra containers for a family meal, plus two soups and plantains ?

They are like rocks! So juice left inside. Fried, probably sat for hours, and then dropped back in the fryer to serve to me. I will NEVER go back. I normally won't even leave a review but people need to save their money. 16.00 for chicken fried rice and large sweet plantains (that are NOT SWEET at all). So I decided to jump in the car and go back because I was so enraged. They tell me to try another side that this is how they are supposed to be. I have had plantains 1000 times and never when good, and cooked right look at these did. I insisted on another order or my money back. Got a new order and will NEVER go back. LaBamba all the way for AWESOME plantains (and if they aren't they fix it - with A SMILE).

She says I still can't give another one. I was smiling in disbelief. My question to her was " I have 5 people and you refuse to give me another fork, so my daughter will eat with her hands right? " Then she gave another one. My family likes the food, but I'm good and can take my business elsewhere. As a business owner to another, your front staff needs to take a customer service course on how to treat customers. We are your business and without us you have no business. At the end of the day my money is green, the only color that matters in business. Don't forget that!

I've been coming here for years. The food on average is good for the value. Some times the chicken is better than other times. I guess it depends on the cook. The service is below average and getting worse. Today, the lady who attended at the register did not even say thank you. I guess they are charging for sauces now. At least that is what the lady said. This place used to be great. Been going here for 8 years. I believe they may be under new ownership over the last few years but today was the end of my relationship with La Brasa. I purchased bottled water and they sold me the Walmart brand Great Value. Are you really serious selling Walmart brand bottled water to your customers? Not Aquafina or Dasani, but instead you sell Great Value? That's like selling cereal that says No Frills on the box. Makes me wonder what other areas this place is being cheap to improve their profit margin. It's been fun la Brasa, but when I take my family out to eat, I don't expect the establishment to sell me Walmart Water.

I order a criollo fish for $13.99 it was breaded very small with a thin line of white fish if that was fish with a dark sauce and very salty. The breading came all apart at the first cut. It came with a separate small salad swimming in a very salty watery dressing With 2 tostones that was as hard as wood. It was so disgusting that I had to throw it away. I try to talk to the girl at the cashier but she didn’t understand me plus she had a long line and the other cashier was just walking around instead of helping out. I used to come to this place at least 4 times a month and would get the family meal to go, never had any issues getting silverware and plate then all of the sudden they started saying that they where running low on plates and silverware and it’s only for the dine in customers, next time I came same thing, I complained and the manager spoke to me and said “do to inflation I need to cut cost and can’t give out these plate and silverware now if you give me a dollar then I can give it to you. I decided to stop coming. So ridiculous tripping over like 15cents worth of plates and silverware. It’s been like 3 months now that I don’t go anymore. So the math is about $25/order x 12 weeks =$300 the business missed out on to save $1.80 🤔 I guess that’s good business practice 🤷‍♂️. Pollo tropical and La granja have no problem giving plates and silverware.

I honestly believe this is the best representation of the Peruvian Rotisserie chicken. I have been here several times before and the chicken is always hot off the rotisserie, tender, well seasoned, and tasty. You order it, wait for them to call you, pick up your order and sit down and enjoy it. Highly recommend it. The sauces you put on the side are free and are fine. They could improve them a little. My fav is the dark green one.
