Good location for going to the beach, walking to many great dining locations, shopping choices for both a vacation and before a cruise. The Ron Jon shop was a great addition and if you needed anything before a cruise, you could absolutely find it here at a reasonable price. The restaurant with brewery looked delicious and was busy throughout our stay! The room we had was very generous for four people (parents and children), felt very secure, with a VERY comfortable bed. The staff was cheerful and very helpful. Cleanliness was typical of Florida. A solid choice for a reliable stay, good value, and a very pleasant stay.

Okay, we'll do the great and then the not great. The great: 1. Sam at the front desk. Absolutely amazing and the only reason for a five star review. He should 💯 be the manager of this location, and possibly the CEO of the entire Marriott corporation. Dude knows about customer service and it shows! 2. The bar is decent. 3. The location is convenient with plenty of parking. Now, the not great: 1. The hotel is advertised as beachfront. It is absolutely not beachfront. There are two public tennis courts, two other hotels and a major highway between this hotel and the beach. You can't even see the beach from this hotel. 2. The hotel is on the older side and could desperately use some maintenance and upgrading for the price you pay per night. Our room had one drawer plus a few hangers in the closet for storing our clothes (we're a family of four, planning on staying three nights). Also, I'm pretty sure some artwork was missing from the wall, because there were just picture hooks on the wall, but no picture. 3. The Junior Suites with two queen beds and a sofa bed do not have an outside window. They overlook the surf shop downstairs and have no source of natural light. This was not advertised on the website. 4. The pool is completely covered, which (again) was not advertised and presents a huge problem for those who want to bask in the sun for a while. Also, the pool and hot tub area desperately need maintenance and attention. Both bathrooms are out of order and looked like they had been for quite some time. No family is going to pack up and go back inside the hotel when their kid needs to use the bathroom, so guess where everyone is peeing? 😳😳 Yep. Exactly. The hot tub was filled with algae? Mold? Not sure, but I am sure it hadn't been cleaned in a long while. The website makes it look like a great place (thanks to the power of the internet), but things are clearly falsely advertised (definitely not a beach front hotel), or conveniently missing details (pool is covered, some rooms don't have an outside window with natural light, etc). All of these things may not be a big deal for some, but had we known about the misrepresentations up front, we wouldn't have booked this hotel. We ended up staying one night, canceling our other two nights and moved to another Marriott brand hotel up the road - all is well!

The Four Points Sheraton is a great hotel. It is very conveniently located to the life of Cocoa Beach. Of course Ron Jon's is next door, there is also a Ron Jon's located in the hotel. The beach is only a 5 minute walk away, but make sure to not walk to the beach barefooted! The rooms are large and well kept. Service was good as well. The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, so you don't even have to leave the premises if you don't want to.

I am lifetime Platinum Elite status for Marriott properties because I've had a job that has had me stay in Marriott hotels for at least 4 years of my life. Good times. Having said that, I can appreciate when hotels get it right. The room setup is convenient for traveling with children which is nice. But also having a genuine included breakfast served by an actual restaurant is really great at the price point of the hotel. Parking is free which is great as well. Parking deck has entrances to the hotel on each level so it's easy to park and access your room from the parking deck . Another plus. Can't really say anything negative about this place. Highly recommend.

Be forewarned that there may be bedbugs in your room. My daughter found one on a recent stay while visiting the area in October 2023. The Management was very good in not charging her for one night and moving her and her husband to another room but still......Would I stay there? Nope!

When you pay just shy of $400 a night you do so for quality…. This is days inn quality at Sheraton prices… The location is amazing. Right next door to RonJons, A block from the beach, a ten minute walk to the pier. The rooms… on a positive note you feel safe and they are a nice size. However, our comforter was dirty, there was a hair ball wrapped up in it. (It was black and we are all blonde) the blind was broken, the fridge wouldn’t get cold. There was an old clothing tag in the closet and one on the floor, and a plastic wrapper sticking out between the cushions of the couch. The hotel was at maximum capacity so no room change. Also court yard view is looking down into the restaurant where people are eating and into the store. If you like people watching then I guess that’s a plus for you….. The maid service lady was very nice. The front desk guy… okay at best. The restaurant was okay. Food was mid, French fries were awesome though. Drinks at the bar were good. Extremely slow. The pool is a no go, it’s very very small and under the roof of the garage. It’s pretty to look at the rock fountain but it’s awkward for more than a family or two at a time. Parking is superb.

I’m going to start this by saying, we weren’t staying at this hotel, but came in to eat at the Shark Pit for lunch. It was dirty and disgusting and waited over an hour for food that we wouldn’t be able to eat. They cross contaminated food so we weren’t able to eat due to allergies. Talked to the manager and we decided to leave and just cut the losses. On our way out, we were using the elevator inside the shop and the people on it had just walked out as I was walking in (first person to enter) hadn’t even been 1 second the door slammed shut on me knocking me off balance. It didn’t recoil like a garage door if it hits something. I was able to catch my balance and push back against it and everyone was able to get on safely, but I got a bruise on my arm. Just be aware if using the elevator I ended up using the Starbucks elevator on the way back.

A Beautiful Hotel, I was Very Impressed on the Decor of their Rooms. The Beds were Invitingly Comfy! The Room was So Clean! Our Room gave us a View of The Shark Pit Restaurant, Cocoa Beach Surf Shop and The Shark Tank! It was Relaxing to Watch the Sharks Swim Around! A Definite Bonus Feature!

First, the room was clean. I have high standards for clean rooms and this met those standards. I've been in rooms with cob webs, hair in the bathtub, hair in towels, floors that make a white cloth completely black from not being cleaned, ever. Our biggest complaints were the pillows and the AC. Normally, we want to be comfortably cool. The AC wouldn't change to a warmer temp and the air blew in our faces unless we turned off the AC unit altogether. Then it became too warm. The pillows felt like mini foam beads were inside. Like a pillow that was so old that the foam was broken into thousands of pieces. Two of them was too thick and one was like sleeping on the mattress without a pillow. I slept with the extra bed cover under my head and was miserable. The complimentary breakfast was really nice. A lot of filling options, nice portions of juice. The on site parking is a great option for the cruise as well and the shuttle to transport us to the cruise from the hotel. The staff member was exceptional and knowledgeable, great personality.

We normally stay at other Marriott’s but the Four Points Cocoa Beach is now our favorite. Great location. Staff was helpful and attentive. Parking was nice in the parking garage. Rooms were clean and well priced. Close to beach and lots of local attractions or stores. Loved the onsite Starbucks. We will be back and great job to the staff.

You get what you pay for... The pictures on their site are extremely photoshopped and deceiving. The pool is more like a quarter of a pool UNDER THE GARAGE. The room had chipped paint, dirty blood speckled sheets, and even our room sign was just a piece of dirty paper (see photos). I will say the front desk staff were very sweet. We had been on the road for a while and needed to do laundry (their site advertises dry cleaning services and a laundry facility, but there is no dry cleaning service and the only dryer was out of order) so the front desk attendant called the hotel next door to ask if we could use their laundry facility. I wish we would've stayed at the location next door...

We just stayed one night. We were going on a cruise. If you are going on a cruise and staying there, they have options for you to leave your car for the week and they have shuttles to transport you to the port. The rooms are clean. They have a store inside the hotel. Pretty nice place.

Stayed here for 1 night to catch a cruise the next day. Rooms were very clean and well kept. No outside noise could be heard inside the rooms. Nice living area by the windows so the beds were 8n the middle. Bathroom was clean too. It's within walking distance of shops and the beach.

First let me just say that we only stopped for one night due to my daughter having an accident and emergency surgery, she was released from the hospital and we just needed a place to sleep for one night. She wanted me to bath her before leaving and so she came to our hotel. I called down and asked for a shower chair and a security guard came to our rescue. After finding out what happened he asked if he could move us to a room with a walk in shower. So we went downstairs and an amazing team helped moving us to a room suitable for her to shower without any dangers. It was our first stay and we will be back. In all our years of staying in hotels we have never been treated like family, these people did exactly that. We want to thank Shaine, Paul, Mike and Jury (sorry for spelling). We will be back to visit!

1st choice for our stays the night before a cruise out of Port Canaveral. Ample parking and shuttle available. Upgraded to a suite room for free and it was very large, clean and comfortable

Jim helped check in and he was fantastic! The property is clean and well maintained. It is near the beach but not on the beach and we could not see the beach from the hotel. We had drinks and dessert at the hotel restaurant and the service was good and the menu looked good. The dessert we had was just ok.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Four Points. Great location, pet friendly quiet, safe, ample parking, close to the beach and very friendly staff. The restaurant is not the greatest. But I will not review that here. The hotel is clean, the pool is small but nice. Loved the hot tub. I would certainly come back to stay!!! Paul is the best, he is friendly and very helpful!

First, let's start with the good. The staff at the Four Points Hotel is extremely friendly! We were treated warmly when we arrived and when we departed. The staff is definitely one of the very few shining stars of this hotel. The bad news is that this hotel is extremely old. Any renovation that occurred was poorly done. the halls and room had a mildew smell, and the room, while as clean as it could be, still felt old and dingy. Also, the water in the bathroom was not hot. Instead, it fluctuated from lukewarm to cold. Finally, the hotel's online description makes it appear as though it is a waterfront hotel. It is not. Sadly, we would not stay at this hotel again.

Great place to stay-dog friendly. There is beach access within 2 blocks from the hotel. No dogs allowed on the beach at that point, though. Dog access at a different point. Use "Bring FIDO" app to find dog access. We went to Canova Beach, it was awesome for our dog. The room was a very nice, clean suite. The staff were super nice and accommodating. There's a great shop attached with a Starbucks and restaurant inside. 👌 Also, just across from Ron Jon's.

The pictures of the pool online makes it look like there is a beautiful pool and deck area. Total catfish. The pool is ity bity not enough room for more than 8 people to hang out. Not any place to lay out and tan, as the parking garage is covering it. No tables to place snacks or bags on. There is no outdoor patio space to enjoy view of ocean. Beach is way further away than expected. Not what I expect from Marriot. Room was ok. Bathroom needs help... cleaners dont pay attention to the corners as there is build up of dirt. Shower head is broken in bathroom. Toilet seat looks like someone put cigarette out on it. Overpriced and lacking amenities. Room 404

Absolutely love the Four Points by Sheraton Cocoa Beach!! Been going there for roughly 15 years! I learned how to surf through the Cocoa Beach Surf Company which is attached to the hotel. Can't begin to express the amount of love I have for that Surf Company in a simple review. Always have very clean rooms and have great customer service. I don't know if this has changed but people that stay at the hotel receive 15% off coupons for the Shark Pit Bar and Grill. Definitely worth it! The food has always been great! Booking far enough in advance helps with the price for sure. Fortunately, unless things have changed, the Cocoa Beach Suites is the Four Points sister hotel in Cocoa Beach and they also receive those same coupons.

Jim Jim Jim is all I can say! He represented Four Point in a stellar manner. He provided exceptional service and was a wealth of information about everything Cocoa Beach! We are so happy to have him on staff during our stay! The location to the cruise terminal is perfect! Try the Shark Tank Restaurant the great cooks on staff there!!

Area is perfect to get to any food, shopping or the beach. Only slight disappointment is we were told "outside view" and our outside view was of the restaurant and store. The room was very nice though! Showers were tall people friendly. Very clean!

This is NOT a beachfront hotel. And while the pool area is outdoors, it is in the middle of a parking lot, underneath a parking garage. The photos are very misleading. It is not a pool that I would ever want to sit around. By Marriott standards, you will be highly disappointed. Read ALL the reviews. The rooms are very nice but if the outdoor is what you want, this is not a typical beachfront resort AT ALL!!

This is the best place to stay on Cocoa Beach when in a large group. Jim was awesome! He ensured we got adjoining rooms and enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and happy hour at the bar was a great time.

Not a bad spot for an night or two in the area. Decent facilities with gym and close to shops and restaurants. We went during quiet season so the area was dead. Rooms were big, clean and beds comfortable. The pillows were really lumpy and uncomfortable. The hotel itself is fine but a little dated in parts. Fine for 1 or 2 night stay

The staff were super nice and very clean hotel! It had a Starbucks , computer room, gym and an outdoor pool & hot tub. I had my 16 birthday vacation here and I loved it! I recommend staying here if your in Cocoa beach 🤍

Good location for what I was doing that weekend. Was able to print stuff at the business center. Kind of wonky trying to check in because of the garage. Where you're supposed to go to check in looked like I was gonna drive the whip up on the sidewalk so unless you've been here before you might be hesitant like I was and park first check in second. Swrvice was on point and hotel bar is damn decent. Only complaint is the card swipe to open the door to the room blocks isn't right next to the door

After paying $330 a night for a reservation, I was looking forward to a room that was worth that much a night. The cleaning service had just "cleaned" the room right before we checked in. There's dirt prints all over the closet door, dust and dirt everywhere- then the "view" is the downstairs restaurant and surf shop where everyone can look up into your room. The pool is ridiculously small. Everything is outdated with chrome fixtures and paint chipping off the walls. The "blue" water they portray at the beach is actually muddy brown and you're swimming in slimy seaweed you can't get rid of. Staff was pleasant and the restaurant downstairs has decent food but nothing spectacular other than Happy Hour from 4-6 with 1/2 price appetizers and drinks. They do have a Starbucks downstairs as well, so that's convenient. Furniture in the rooms looks like they got it at the cheapest discount store they could find. Incredibly disappointed and a total waste of money. I could have had the same experience at a 2 star hotel, not sure how this one is so highly rated. Will not be staying here again. Lastly, parking is on the 3rd floor for the entrance into the hotel. The pool is right next to the parking garage. The pool chairs have cloth on them and almost all are ripped or falling apart. They arent the plastic pool chairs shown in the pictures. Good luck finding a place to sit. Also, it's $10 extra a night to park in the parking garage. Lastly, the microwave that looks like it's from the 90s was used once and then wouldn't turn off.

I was disappointed the hotel did not have some rooms that are Pet free. We booked it a few weeks ago and although we knew it was pet friendly, most hotel accommodate people with pet allergies and have a few pet free rooms. I had a bad allergy reaction. I took Benedryl or I wouldn’t have made it through the night. The front desk gentleman Jim was awesome. He was friendly and so helpful with directions. Our hotel room was pretty old and shabby. Not impressed with it at all. It smelled like dog urine. The bed was not up to Marriott standards. It was very lumpy.

Joe at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful! My plane was getting in early and I was hoping to be able to get to my room early, and all was ready!!! It was 👍 great! The waitress Edith at the restaurant inside the hotel was outstanding 👌 close to the beach, close to shops, this place place checks all of the boxes!!! Thabo you for the great night before my cruise.

Stopped in for a Starbucks, wandering A1A, while soaking in the sights of our beloved Cocoa Beach! The Front Lobby is just beautiful, and they have a very cool Gift Shop! It is located directly across a side street, from the Iconic Ron Jon Cocoa Beach! To be clear, we did not stay here, we only passed through...but if the Lobby is any kind of a precursor to the room's ambiance, then I'm sure you're in for a very special stay! Managed to also snap some nice shots one evening. Cocoa Beach is always a relaxing and recharging getaway!!
