For cocoa Beach pier location you can't get any better. Service was great! Room great! Breakfast awesome and fresh! Girls at front desk are the best! Sam, one of the girls name I had interactions today June 12, but others at front desk when I stayed May 22-23 are what service is all about. My wife and I stayed for our anniversary(May 22) and we weren't impressed initially, but after calling down and asking about changing rooms, they did so just like that. No problems and they were genuinely sorry for my concerns! You guys know customer service and satisfaction! I requested a higher room with ocean view, and they gave me top balcony with an upgrade. Breakfast was awesome! Talk about a spread... Eggs, toast sausage, pancakes, french toast, fruit, oatmeal, hot syrup, fresh juices etc... Don't look elsewhere for stay at Cocoa Beach trust me!

There was 4 best Western hotels that made up like a campus of old school hotels. Our hotel building pool did not work, but it did have the cafeteria and the breakfast was really generous and tasty. The pool that didn't work was just a short walk across the parking lot and had a bar and was super warm in December. The rooms were three star meeting the bathroom light went out over there, same kind of spelled weird, but we had a sweet with a kitchenette so I would rank it okay the price and would ask for the top floor for the best view

Highly recommend! First off, all the staff were so kind and helpful. From the moment I called to make a reservation, Samantha was very patient and helped us book a 3 day stay on short notice. Jamie checked us in and was so nice. And the ladies working the breakfast bar were fast, efficient and kind. The hotel itself was clean and we had a room facing the ocean with a balcony and great view. This was a last minute stay for my husband and I since we decided to take a vacation before our first child is born in a few months. We have every intention of visiting Cocoa Beach again and will definitely be staying at this Best Western again next time!

We have made this our choice of stay before a cruise the last few times. It's close to port and the tourist area of Cocoa Beach. They have always been accommodating whether we've had a large or small group. The grounds are quite large so there are multiple pools, one with a bar. It's less than a block from the beach, it's an easy walk. There is a restaurant on the grounds that is great and the pier is a short walk next door. We've never had an issue with the room. They have always been nice and clean. By no means luxury but VERY NICE. They have a great "hotel" breakfast area. Good selection and the ladies serving it up are wonderful!

My room was on the first floor of a motel like building. The thing I disliked the most is the door. Itโ€™s so freaking hard to open and close. Itโ€™s like I had to use the strength of my entire body just to push the door and open it. The carpet was damped. I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s dirty or if itโ€™s humid, so I wore my flip flop inside all the time. The air conditioning is cold enough but itโ€™s super loud. At night it was quiet outside, but in the morning when ppl walked by with their luggage it was very noisy. The good thing is there are two warm big pools (but there are molds and snails on the edge). Itโ€™s very close to the pier so they charged $250 on a Friday night plus $9 for parking. Given the condition of the room I wonโ€™t return even though the location is good.

The hotel has different buildings and the breakfast place was walking distance. Our building was right off the beach with amazing views. The hotel is steps away from cocoa beach pier. Beach was beautiful. We were able to view a space x launch from here. Should have gone to the pier! The rooms are nice the bathrooms need serious redo. Tiles falling and other issues. Some of the front desk staff were not very friendly, and the breakfast staff were nice ladies.

The rooms are in bad shape. They look nothing like the pictures on the website. Shower rod was barely hanging on, room had a moldy smell. At first we thought it was the child size pillows that stunk, but we think it was coming from the AC. This is a 2 Star hotel on its best day. The check in was pleasant, location fine, but the rooms are gross.

Had a great stay here. It's not the most modern hotel, however it is very accommodating, clean, and great staff. The ladies serving the hot breakfast were so nice it was like at home. Location is right in the middle of all the sights of Coco Beach and a short walk to the pier. Will stay again for sure!

We stayed for a long weekend in May - there are different levels of accommodations, we stayed in the high rise portion of the trio. Ocean views and a balcony with 2 chairs and a small table, clean rooms and breakfast served within our hotel. Your stay gives you access to both pools, a cute little bar called The Blue Flip Flop and is within walking distance to the pier, grocery store as well as bars & restaurants. Only complaint was our shower had lukewarm water as the highest temp setting. Otherwise enjoyed our stay.

My family and I stayed here for four nights and were lucky enough to be upgraded to an oceanfront room with a balcony. Iโ€™m not sure who I have to thank, but hats off to them! My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here from the moment we arrived until we left.

Stayed here day before the cruise. We got here early, and we were able to get into room early. The staff we interacted with were so friendly. Front desk, and breakfast counter. We were so close to the beach and pier, loved that. The pools looked nice, but just went swimming in the ocean. Very reasonable price shuttle to cruise port. The breakfast was very good, and the warm homemade banana bread was delicious! Also room was clean! Will definitely stay here again if back in this area.

First off, as far as location, you'll be hard pressed to find a better spot. It's right near the pier and only about 200 yards walk straight to the beach. With that said, we stayed there this weekend and were super let down and left feeling a bit duped. The photos that show up when searching on Google are very carefully chosen compared to what the place actually looks like. The hotel is made up of a lot of different buildings that seem to be dramatically different in age and quality. Most of the positive reviews here seem to come from people in the better sections. I was in the "B" building. To enter the room you have to turn the knob and literally ram the door open like a football player because I assume the door was painted shut at some point. Exiting the room was twice as hard because you don't have the leverage to smash the door in, you just had to yank it over and over until it gave. The carpet is perpetually damp, dark and old, leaving dirty bottoms on your socks. One part of the carpet was sticky. The ceiling above the shower had mildew stains and the places smelled like something chemical. I'm hoping it was disinfectant and not bug spray. The walls and ceiling are paper thin which lead to a miserable time considering the people above us must have been practicing for the Cirque Du Soleil until midnight. I understand it's right near the beach but the reviews and photos made this place seem like a place that is worth the price point, but it wasn't. If you do stay here, see if you can get in one of the younger or better taken care of buildings.

My family & I stayed for one night in the family suite before heading to a cruise. Everything was great but the service was amazing! Everyone (especially Brooke) went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even had a spare wheelchair and shower seat! Many, many thanks to the team ๐Ÿ’•

My wife and I drove all the way from nashville to stay at the double tree in Orlando and spend a couple days there before a cruise. We got to the double tree at 2:30am and they said they only had one room left and the heater was broken. After having to park a 10 minute walk from the room and carry our luggage up we found out the room had not been cleaned and had dirty used towels, toothpaste in the sink, trash overflowing in the trash can, and many more issues. We immediately went and got a refund but with it being new years weekend we couldnโ€™t find another hotel. At this point itโ€™s 4 am and we just drove all day and now have nowhere to stay. We decided to drive an extra hour to where our cruise was leaving from and made the call to book this best western for the following night and ended up sleeping in our car for a few hours. I called the desk to see if there was any way we could check in early. Jasmine answered the phone and had the best customer service we have ever received. I explained what was going on and that my wife is pregnant and I was hoping we could check in early. She listened, upgraded us to an available room, had a pack of snacks put together for us, and went above and beyond. Because of her we will be best western customers for life. Thank you Jasmine! This girl needs a promotion.

Nice place. Our room was ocean view and nice. A bit pricey, I travel a bunch, but the time there was nice. Free breakfast, was pretty good and a nice setup. The pool is very nice. Could use more lounge chairs for sure. Bar on pool deck with a decent food menu. Second day there and no towels at pool on this day. Everyone there had to go buy one from local store... As far as location, beach right there, a gas station directly across the street. Ale house a 3 min walk. And a couple stores right there walkable. Publix also like 2 minutes away.

We stayed here for a quick winter getaway and loved every bit of it! We stayed in the oceanfront building where we found plenty of parking and the room was clean, smelled fresh, and had an outstanding view of the ocean as well as the pier and rocket launch site. The beds and pillows were super comfy, and it was SO convenient having a mini fridge and microwave in the room. Perfect for popping some popcorn for a movie or a late night snack to wind down! We were literally steps to the sand, and the heated pool felt amazing after a chilly January dip in the ocean. The drinks at the Blue Flip Flop were also great and reasonably priced. Very kid-friendly all around, and located in a great area. We felt totally safe walking all around the huge Best Western campus and around nearby shops and restaurants. All of the staff were also great! I can't remember his name, but I think Nate was who helped us most often and he was a total delight. The breakfast buffet was huge and delicious, and there were plenty of gluten-free options. The coffee was also really good, both at breakfast and in the room. The staff were super accommodating when we had to check out early after our flight got cancelled and rebooked and did everything they could to save us a little money for having to lose a little vacay time. I'll absolutely be staying here again next time I'm in Cocoa Beach! Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed the night before leaving for a cruise. Very close proximity to cruise terminals so that's definitely a plus. Another plus is no bugs! The only reason I rated it a 3 is because of the price, and there was pet hair everywhere and you could literally see tht the bedding at the bottom of the bed was dirty. Otherwise, bed was comfortable enough to get a good night's sleep before leaving on our cruise. Also worth mentioning, there is a parking fee by the day!

AMAZING! My husband & I came here for our honeymoon a day early for a cruise. The front desk staff was so friendly and upgraded our room to an ocean view when they found out we were just married! The staff throughout this hotel is all so friendly and make the atmosphere so comfortable. The breakfast was great. The beaches are absolutely beautiful and so warm! They werenโ€™t too crowded, there is a pier in walking distance that has some amazing food! We are there for lunch and dinner. It was so magical, the views are amazing! The room was much nicer than expected. Would highly recommend staying here before a cruise or in general! We were saying we could have just come here for a week for our honeymoon itโ€™s so nice and relaxing!!

I stayed at the Best Western Cocoa beach โ›ฑ for a week. It started off a little Rocky however, I did not intially like the room I was in. They fixed it immediately. Their customer service was impeccable they fixed the matter and put me in a beautiful scenic ocean view. They provide a complimentary breakfast, towels for the pool. I have to talk about the consumer service again. I gather sea shells ๐Ÿš and left them I called them they where so accommodating and mailed them to me. Words can not express my appreciation and gratitude of them going out there way for my experience there was pleasantly memorable and I will be back.

Cozy and conveniently located. The rooms are definitely showing their age and could use a full refurbishment. Otherwise, we enjoyed our night here prior to boarding our cruise!

Cleanest hotel room we've been to in a while. Check-in person was quick and friendly. Directions to various parts of the complex were well mapped out. Breakfast wasn't the best. The pancakes were rubbery, scrambled eggs weren't real, and no bagels. The juice selection was great and the sausage was delicious

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Cocoa Beach. The rooms were spacious and reasonably comfortable considering the price. The front desk staff were really friendly and were able to offer us early check in when we asked for them to hold our suitcases. Complimentary breakfast was tasty and had a good variety. Great location with beach access and just minutes by foot to the pier.

We love our annual get away weekend at this hotel. We normally stay in one of the rooms facing the pool, but this most recent trip we had a room facing the parking lot. The room was a lot smaller and it only had full beds, not queens. It was smaller than some of the rooms we normally stayed in, but we paid the same price. These rooms could also stand to be renovated, they are a bit dated. Other than sizes of the rooms, the amenities at this location are great. We loved the pool and tiki bar, as well as relaxing by the fire pits, and breakfast every morning. Beach access is perfect and itโ€™s within walking distance of many Cocoa Beach attractions.

Every staff member was personable, appeared happy with the job they were doing, accommodating, and professional! I would recommend Best Western Cocoa Beach. Kudos ๐Ÿ‘ to the hotel manager Jamie. Obviously he is doing a great job because when all the staff appear happy and accommodating you know that comes down from the management! Jamie helped us get the room we wanted- he made it happen! A very pleasant person to work with. We will be back, can't complain about this Best Western hotel at all, exceeds all the others we have stayed at.

Great experience. Room in great condition. They were kind and switched rooms as I'm barely walking and they booked up upstairs. Switched us to an easy access first floor.

Karl with maintenance was one of the best customer service personnel that I have ever encountered. He was extremely kind and respectful, and he clearly takes his job very seriously. I hope that the hotel management is treating him well as he deserves the best from his employer, and I plan on spreading the word about how this hotel treats its visitors based on my interaction with Karl. I give this hotel experience a 5-star experience on all aspects because Karl was such a kind and helpful individual.

We got the room at the first floor. No view at all. The better room should be on the building in front of beach. The room was clean, but the toilet and kitchen floor were slippery. They used some kinds of cleaning water that slipped. The 2 pools are quite small. Our breakfast is ok - Standard American Breakfast. The best thing of the hotel is location, next to the cocoa pier and the beach.

Absolutely amazing staff! Especially for how busy it was at check in. Our room had an amazing view of the beach and everything was close if the beach and that atmosphere is what you're seeking. BUT! We had black mold bleeding through the paint in our main room area as well as the shower. Outside of that and the pool bar closing earlier than expected it was a pleasant stay.

This hotel is within walking distance of Cocoa Beach. The first room we had the pull out sofa bed would not come out it was broke. This room was on the top floor so we had an excellent view of the beach. We had to change rooms, but only one floor down so we still had a decent view of the beach. The breakfast was really good. They had several different options. I would definitely stay here again if I was to go to Florida and wanted to stay near the beach.

Stayed roughly five years ago. Loved getting to spend time there with my mom. Was able to get some quality surfing in. Its close to the beach and is easily accessed by people renting rooms there. The Continental breakfast was great. It was also close to the CB Boardwalk which offers its own special treats. Love the Cocoa Beach Boardwalk as well.

We had no issues. The rooms were clean. The Beach is nice and easy to walk. Walking distance to a few restaurants if you don't want to dine and the in-house restaurant. Staff was very nice. We stayed in Jan. 2020 and decided to come back we were not disappointed

This motel was huge, it had so many buildings and was right on the beach, we had direct access. It was easy to find, reasonably priced and clean. The staff that checked us in were great. I would go back for sure!

Had a great stay at this Best Western and was impressed with it. The hotel is on a large property with multiple building with different types of rooms. A full free breakfast is provided that as usual for Best Western was delicious. The location is nice, being located right off the beach next to Cocoa Beach Pier.
