Highly recommend! We booked this for the night before we cruised. The front desk attendants were very kind. The room and hotel was clean! The hotel does offer shuttle service to the cruise terminal and you can leave your car parked their parking lot. They said it was $60 for the week, which is cheaper than terminal parking. We did not use the service, but heard good things from other cruisers. Breakfast was great! Overall a great stay!

The rooms were clean, and the hotel had ample parking. The pool area looked very inviting although we did not have an opportunity to use it. They actually have a real continental breakfast again with cereal, fruit, eggs, sausage, and make your own pancakes, not the covid breakfast of a granola bar, honey bun, and box of juice some hotels still try to pass off. They're located very close to the port so the shuttle to and from the cruise ships is quick and efficient. We're already booked here for our next cruise in December.

Absolutely the best stay I've had in a long time!!! The front desk staff were amazing. And my children lived the midnight snacks ok cookies at the front desk. Breakfast was definitely a bonus because they never disappointed. As soon as we arrived my children were excited to get in the pool and so was I after a 15 hr drive. The check in process was so smooth.

4 adults and 2 children DROVE straight through from Nashville to Cape Canaveral. It was a LONG day. We were excited but also exhausted and just wanted check in and get settled. Check in was seamless. Perfect in every way. This was the 2nd time we stayed at this location to take advantage of their stay, park and cruise package. Both visits only differed by dates. Otherwise, same!! Clean, comfy, convenient . . . consistent!! Shout out to staff! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Front desk (both at midnight 10 am) The breakfast attendants, housekeeping and everyone involved with the shuttle to the port: GREAT JOB!!!! Thank you!!

This is where we stayed the night befor boarding our cruise. The rooms were very clean. The staff was attentive. You could not beat the location. Plus our number one reason for staying was the service they offer for our car. We were able to leave our car while we cruised in their guarded parking lot. Plus they drove us to the Port. And picked us up and brought us to our car when we returned. It is a wonderful service!

Really nice rooms, spacious. We had a king bedroom suite with pullout couch. We were on the first floor which had tall ceilings, making the space feel really big. The pullout mattress wasn't super comfy, but the king bed was very comfy. The pool area was nice, had a grill. The free breakfast was typical. We stayed five days and something different was served hot each day. Staff very friendly. Really enjoyed our stay. Close to a Publix (about two miles) and the fridge was really nice to make mini meals and snacks. A toaster oven and microwave were provided but no stove or oven. Very quiet. Overall, it was a fabulous stay. Would absolutely stay again and recommend. Thank you!

Perfect location and for the cruisers... Front desk people were friendly, room very clean and spacious, breakfast was very good and lots of selection, pool area look very nice and the shuttle services they provide are wonderful. You save about $60 by being able to use their shuttle/parking service area there at the hotel vs parking at the port. Conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations, the port, ,beach etc

I stayed three nights for a business trip. I stayed in a king suite. The room consisted of a small loving area, bathroom, and separate bedroom. The room was large enough to be very comfortable. Upon walking into the room I did notice a smell like someone had cats in the room and they urinated on the floor. The smell wasn't so strong that I had to move to a different room, but it was noticeable. The furniture in my room needed to be replaced. The furniture was stained and the arms on the chairs were discolored and worn. This location offers a free breakfast. The breakfast included eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels etc. It was nice being able to eat breakfast, for free, at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. One of the things I really like about this hotel was that they had a laundry facility on each floor. This is something I don't see often and it was very nice to have, since I actually used it on my trip. Room prices were reasonable compared to some of the other hotels in the area.

This hotel is close to everything. If you don't want to be down at the touristy busy Cocoa Beach, there are gorgeous beaches within minutes of this hotel that are public and fabulous. Genesis was the manager of this hotel during our stay in July 2023, and I cannot brag on him enough. But truly all of the staff was wonderful. Friendly but professional. Playful as well, but appropriate. We had a king bed room. It was spacious. Gorgeous view (thanks again, Genesis!!). Clean. It had a mini-fridge and microwave. Obviously, a coffee pot, but go downstairs for the coffee. They're making it up real good for ya down there! While the breakfast here is free (which is wonderful!) if you're staying a few days, drive down the street the half a mile to Southern Charm restaurant. You won't regret it. The staff are amazing. It's a local place with some of the most amazing food, and we're from Louisiana so that's saying a LOT! Also don't miss Nolan's Irish Pub. It's a true Irish Pub, serving beer at true Irish temperatures with amazing food as well and not just "bar food." DiLorenzo's Pizza is going to be the best pizza you've ever put in your mouth, and I don't care where you're from. Made absolutely fresh from the dough to the toppings. You don't want to miss it. Have a wonderful time! Cape Canaveral is a tourist spot with a small town feel where the locals and the tourists blend and intermingle together wonderfully. I honestly can't wait to go back!

The hotel was not the problem, It was the service. My credit card was used when we checked in as security hold. Instead what they did is fully charged my card. When we were leaving we paid a different method. Due to the fact that they charged my card when they refunded it, I got less money back because of the exchange rate. Not happy at all, as it should never have been charged!

My husband and I stayed here for only one night before a cruise. The hotel was clean and the staff was great. They have a beautiful pool area with a firepit. My only complaint is the water in the shower would not get hot. We were only able to take a warm but almost cold shower. I noticed similar complaints from other guests after the fact.

Totally dependable hotel. Stayed here with my family. Never heard anybody else in the hotel, rooms are quiet. There was heavy rain and storms while we were here, but the hotel is solid. Plenty of parking, accessible on foot too many restaurants on the strip Breakfast was really good, plenty of families and other people Would recommend for families traveling on the space Coast, or if you need a night before or after a cruise. We got two queen beds in our room, lighting was good inside.

Every hotel needs to have a manager like Genesis. He is the perfect mixture of patience and hospitality. We were 10 people who stayed 1 night pre and 1 night post cruise. The rooms were more than adequate but what was stellar was the pool and the shuttle to the port Both amazing If you need to stay anywhere in the area Choose Country Inn

Located very near Port Canaveral. Pool was nice. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk staff was friendly and anticipated needs, such as staplers for guest to affix cruise line luggage tags. Breakfast was more than I expected. I would recommend

Executive room (2 bedrooms, 1 bath) was very overpriced for what you get. We paid $430 per night, so I’d expect more. Here’s the issues: - smaller than standard size pillows on king size bed - no shelf in shower to put soap, shampoo, etc. You’re forced to either put on the shower floor or the top ledge of shower doors - no closet in bedrooms. Only a shared closet in living area. Weird!!!! - No paper towels in kitchen area and only a 1/3 full mini bottle of dish soap - no clock in the bedroom - housekeeping only every 3 days We’ve only been here for 3 hours, so sure that I’ll discover other nuisances before we leave. Unfortunately, I booked 2 nights here before a cruise. Totally regretting wasting my money here. The shower took 5 minutes to heat up on the hottest setting to get warm enough to be considered a comfortable “hot shower.” The only pro is that it is clean. EDIT (after 9 hours of staying here): Another thing is the walls are paper thin. It was very difficult to sleep because we could clearly hear the people in the room beside us talking and laughing through the walls. We will never stay here again. I’m really surprised this property has so many 5-star reviews. The only thing I can think of is that many of them are fake or that those who have stayed here before may be comparing it to low budget hotels.

Leaving a one star review due to the fact that you are not allowed to sit outside and enjoy nature in the only sitting area after 9pm even though there is a fire pit. Not sure why you cannot sit and enjoy the night air and look at the stars while being quiet and not disturbing other guests. The breakfast is nice and most of the staff is friendly. Rooms are eh average but clean for the most part. Mostly just upset about being kicked out of the only sitting area. Plus none of the rooms have a balcony so not sure where people are suppose to enjoy their evenings.

This was a wonderful hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and spacious and very comfortable. The only downside was that the breakfast was very limited, void of choices. The shuttle to the port was prompt and well organised. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Cozy, clean rooms and friendly desk staff. Free coffee available 24-7 in the lobby. Continental breakfast served, but we didn't stay for this and opted for a local place nearby. Beds are quite comfortable. The cruise ships are visible from the hotel, too.

Location is good with just a short 10 minute ride to port for our cruise. Rooms left a little to be desired. The AC in our room was very loud. Loud to the point we asked for another room. The other room was quieter, but not much and kids had unpacked already so we stayed put in original room. Front desk said they were surprised because “our room was not on the list of rooms with a loud A/C”. Huh? Toilet was also clogged upon getting in the room. We went down to the front desk to inform them and they handed us a plunger. Huh? Perhaps we should have gone to the other room? Bathtub drain was also clogged so when showering you were standing in water. Beds were comfortable. Room had a view of the ships at port in the distance. Breakfast was pretty good. Cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles, bagels, juice, etc… Hotel was walkable to a couple of restaurants, but not really much else around. All in all, other than the AC and plumbing issues, it wasn’t terrible. My wife booked it, so I don’t know if there were better deals or nicer hotels in the area to compare. On next trip, I might stay again, but would certainly look around too.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were spacious, clean, and modern. The staff we interacted with were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was average with not too many choices or variety. The only downside we experienced was the tub draining a little slowly. We were also in a room near one of the stairwells in the hallway and that door slammed very loudly a few times throughout the night. I would consider staying here again if I was going out on a cruise through one of the nearby ports.

Excellent customer service from the night shift concierge. The breakfast was very disappointing! They had all pork for breakfast regarding hot food. The eggs were cold, sausage gravy w pork and biscuits. The women staff stood against the wall and didn't need to stand there staring. The menu needs to be improved. I've eaten at many Country Inn it had more options.

My husband and I booked a room here the night before leaving on a cruise. We arrived during a rush (as each weekend probably is) but didn’t mind waiting. The staff member that checked us in was SO friendly, accommodating and even offered an upgrade. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Even with so many people in the hotel, we didn’t hear any noise in our room. My only complaint is that I couldn’t get the hot water to work for a shower. My husband could when he showered later, so it was likely a timing issue. It certainly wasn’t a deal-breaker & we will definitely stay here again when leaving out of Port Canaveral.

If going on a cruise this hotel is perfectly placed to either leave car or drive to port. Good breakfast included with stay. Very clean rooms and helpful staff. Would stay here again if cruising out of Port Canaveral

We stayed here the night before our Disney cruise. The hotel was close to the port and got us checked in pretty darn quick consider there was many families arriving at the same time. The room was reasonable given the price. We were able to see a SpaceX launch from our third floor window, which was awesome! 🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀🚀 There is places to eat nearby. We used Lyft to go to a restaurant at the port, which was great. I saw other hotel guests walking to places that must have been close by.

My family stayed at this hotel for a night while passing though. It's extremely close to Port Canaveral, which is nice. The hotel was clean and the water in the pool and hot tub were good temperatures. The breakfast was average. The beds were about as comfortable was you would expect.

We stayed here because it had pretty good reviews and was close to the port. The day we left to get on our ship we accidentally left 2 Mickey Mouse Disney light up necklaces on the desk lamp in our room. We called the hotel before we even got on the ship to let them know we left them. I asked them if they could hold them for me or if they could mail them to us and we would cover the fees. They said they would go get them right then and hold them for us in lost and found. So when we got off the boat and called and even went there to get them. Guess what “wasn’t found” our necklaces! So they were stolen by someone at the hotel. These necklaces have far more sentimental value than they do monetary value to us. Moral of the story is if you decide to stay at this hotel watch out for your belongings because if you forget something it most likely won’t be found even if you call as soon as you leave and they assure you they’ll hold it for you.

OMG! The front desk staff is amazing!!! They are friendly & helpful & hilarious! The rooms are clean and the beds were comfy. They do have a shuttle that runs to the port for $7 per person. When we come back, this will be the place that we stay at!

Really nice hotel great price , rooms are clean , good breakfast with a lot of options, the staff was really sweet and helpful . My reservation was made for the wrong date, and I was 12 hours early. they still gave me access to my room because they told me I looked very tired. I had actually driven 7 hours from GA to FL . This is what makes a hotel great in my opinion

We booked through triple A and while this room is large and nice with a king bed and a couch...we were supposed to get a handicapped room for my mom and 2 beds not one. Well when we got here I guess triple A did not book the handicap room room. They booked us a one bed bedroom. It's not the hotels fault. Next time we will not book through a third party site.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We got the king hot tub/jacuzzi suite. Usually when a room says “king” it’s never the size of a king. This bed was exactly what we have at home an actual king and comfortable. Having the jacuzzi (big enough for 3 but perfect for my husband and I) in the room was so fun. Definitely a romantic feel to the experience and felt very clean and spacious. We will always choose this hotel when we come to this area!
