So this is a mixed bag review. Location is great. What isn't good and everyone should know is that there are 0 balconies. So if you want a view of the ocean you can just you won't be able to step out and enjoy it. If you are on the north side you get a view of the ocean and of the AC units and machines. Bed and that part of the room is fine. But the bathrooms are very small. Door almost touches the toilet. Shower is a tub/shower combo and low class. Restaurants are good. But be cautious of the rental place. $16 for a bottle of sunscreen and no prices are shown. Nobody tells and it is highway robbery. I'd recommend staying elsewhere that has a balcony, and isn't being dishonest, and has never rooms.

Absolutely perfect. Do I wish they included microwaves and refrigerators in the rooms, of course. But the outside area is so calming, beautiful, and fun. The rooms were clean and comfortable. They have restaurants on site. Great family or weekend getaway. I would definitely stay again without hesitation. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I can't complain 😌

Stayed last week Thursday-Sunday Morning. Paid quite a bit of money to stay in a very lack luster, dirty hotel. We got to our room it was already 77° as we walked in at 4pm Thursday afternoon. Room wasn’t very clean and looked very worn out. Through the weekend the temp in the room was up to 80° even at night, they cared very little to resolve the issue. On top of the AC issue they turned the water off at 11pm and was trickling out of shower the next 2 days… again didn’t care to fix it. Also they were doing construction above us and was noisy all through the day. Food was terrible and over priced… even after they said they would comp the food they lied and didn’t…. Perks I would say, there was very easy access to the beach and the atmosphere down stairs by the tiki hut was nice. Fairly overpriced for what you got but it was better then nothing. I would just say let people know you are renovating or going through repairs before you charge people out the wazoo to stay in a 1 star hotel. We won’t be back, I strongly urge people to reconsider before booking as you will most likely have a better experience somewhere else.

This hotel was outstanding and deserves merit. Upon arrival, we were given complimentary breakfast because we happened to mention it was our anniversary. They changed our room for us to give us a better view as well. Lastly they located a lost item for us after we had already checked out. These things stood out to us big time. On top of all of that, the accommodation was great. We loved the tiki bar area, the gym was sophisticated enough and the food in house was outstanding. The gentleman they had making omelets at breakfast made the best I've ever had. I'd gladly stay here again. Thank you!

Everything about this hotel was perfect! The staff was incredible! The Tiki Bar was delicious! The rooms were comfortable. The only thing I can say negative was the hot water in the shower was scalding hot! Be careful! We had an amazing time and a perfect viewing spot to see Artemis 1 go to the moon and beyond!!! Plus, if you like Ron Jon's there's a coupon on the parking pass! 15% off. The Starbucks was a nice way to wake up in the morning, too!

I was here for a staycation and working remotely in my room during the day. Extremely loud construction was happening all day directly above our room, sometimes beginning before 8 am. It sounded like someone was drilling and hammering my ceiling for 8 hours each day. On the first day, all of the water in our room was shut off with no warning. We asked the front desk about this and they said they sent us a text, but we never received this. Once the water was turned back on, maintenance had to be sent to our room as our toilet wouldn’t flush without removing the lid and pressing a mechanism inside of the water tank. The AC was not working properly and our thermostat read mid to high 70’s for the duration of our stay, despite being set at 64, the lowest possible temperature. On our third day, we woke up to a large wet spot in the carpet outside of our bathroom and water leaking out of the shower light and bathroom ceiling. At this point, we had to switch rooms. We were told we’d be moved into a room on a high floor away from the construction noise, but they put us into a room two doors down from the original on the same floor. We took this room as I had virtual meetings to attend immediately. They offered to move us a third time, but at this point, I had already missed over an hour of work and couldn’t log off again. The pool is on the smaller side, but fine. The food on site is mediocre. The rooms were overall outdated and a bit dingy. Bathrooms need to be DEEP cleaned. Since we had booked through a third party, the hotel was unable to discount the room price, but they did comp a significant portion of the food/drink charges to our room. I would be hard pressed to return here. One bright spot was the staff. Very friendly. The view from the ocean front room was gorgeous.

We stayed at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront on 6-16 and 17-23. Sounds luxurious and breathtaking doesn’t it?! We were greeted by Brian the Bellman and he helped move or luggage to our room and he worked to create the feeling of luxury at the “Hilton”. That was where the luxury ended. Our room was next door to the elevators that dinged ALL night long and next door to the noisy ice machine. In addition, the a/c had a high pitched squeal all night our first night. In addition to outlets falling out of the head board so they could not be safely used, there was a shortage of outlets and lighting! I had to use a flashlight to see into my suitcase or move my suitcase on my bed and use the one overhead light by the door. We were also “blessed” with kids yelling and running up and down the hall and knocked loudly on our door on our 1st night. We were lucky to have ear buds and plugs. But we had poor sleep both nights. I envisioned total pampered luxury on these 2 nights. It is obvious that our room had not been renovated yet…. I tried to create pampering by having chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room for my daughter’s birthday. The man who works the coffee shop brought them up and also made our Starbucks drinks in the mornings. The in hotel coffee/ snacks shop was the best part of this hotel. They work hard in that little shop! This hotel did live up to my expectations regarding the Oceanfront beach! It was FANTASTIC! We felt safe at the beach, and the water was great! We got great sunrise pics too! I complained at check out and the manager took a whopping $30 off my bill and did not offer any extra Hilton Honors points. This Hilton is an embarrassment to the Hilton name.

The hotel in itself is nice & the amenities are great but we stayed in the newly renovated room & there is adjoining doors to other rooms- there is literally NO insulation between them. We had a very early flight & our neighbor was taking a phone call at 10:30 pm-11pm & was extremely loud, we could hear him clear as day as well as hear the people he was on the phone with- full convo clear as day if that gives you any indication about the lack of insulation- we could also hear him peeing. For the price of the hotel, I except to not hear everything my neighbor is doing. We called the front desk & they apologized but did nothing about it.

Overall everything was a five star rating! Our room had been newly renovated, the beds were super comfortable, the staff was very helpful! It was easy to find, and very clean! The poolside club was great service and food was decent for a poolside lunch. The pool and beach access was fantastic and overall it was a wonderful stop before our cruise!

We stay here several times each year. It has its own beach access, options for dining/drinks/sports watching and the location is perfect for all of your tourist activities. They have been under a remodel for the last few years and the new rooms are beautiful. People might complain about the pool being not so fancy but honestly, why go to the beach to sit in the pool! With all of the construction and as much as we stay there, honestly, there are issues that arise but what keeps us coming back is the customer service. When there is an issue, they resolve it and own it. Jamie, the front desk supervisor is amazing. She is very responsive, long after we checked out, helping to resolve any issues. This is a well run hotel.

Was really pleased with location, food options and staff at this hotel. Beach was really nice as well. Plenty of rental options as well. Only ding are the rooms. They are undergoing renovations so I'm sure that will be rectified soon. Hopefully more modern to accommodate today's family travelers. Not enough accessible outlets to charge multiple devices, only one trash can in whole room, no place to allow clothes to dry. Restaurants were good, prices a little on the proud side but to be expected considering. Gelato and coffee shops were extra bonuses I didn't see before booking. Kids will love this place. Had different live music on property every night we were there.

We got stuck in Cocoa Beach after losing a passport and being denied entry to our Cruise Ship. Sydney and Mohammad were over the top amazing in helping us figure out next steps and giving us a comfortable home base while we waited out the weekend so we could sort this mess out. They had tons of great tips and honestly are the only reasons we were able to keep it together. They are everything other Customer Service Reps should strive to be. Thank you so much. -Jenn and Dev

I spent a lot of time reading reviews and ratings for hotels in the area. Thia one had the best reviews and had no mention of roach problems, which can be VERY common in Florida accommodations. I was sooo disappointed!! The pool was small, looked so much nicer in the website photos. The live music was great but our drinks (not just one) I think I had 3 total. Flavorless!! Tried different frozen drinks too. Can't remember what brand tropical mixers they were using. I was tired. VERY little sleep in the 3 days leading up to the trip and none the night before. I really really needed sleep. No such luck. Loud, intrusive and obnoxious construction noise. From 9-6. Impossible to sleep and with a rate of $350 a night. I just thought it was completely unreasonable. Raised a tiny bit of hell, got a $50 refund. But overall just not impressed. This isn't really a Hilton. Oceanfront but no balcony?? Small rooms. I'm short. 5'3" these rooms made me feel like I was living in the shire with hobbits.

I stayed here this past weekend for my birthday and had a wonderful time! I was treated well, my room was very comfortable/clean, and the hot shower was a plus. It's situated nicely right on the beach, allowing for views of departing ships from the nearby cruise terminal.

So we went to this hotel for our anniversary and stayed for only a few days due to having a newborn at home. First off the customer service was awful. The front desk staff did not have our room ready when we arrived so we waited at the bar for 30 mins while they “got our room ready” then once we revisited the front desk they put us in a room over looking the parking lot which is not what was booked for our honeymoon. Once we got into the room the temperature was rising every few mins. When the room got to 76 degrees we went to the front desk to have it fixed. The front desk attendant told me not to come down to the desk any more with issues and just to call (as I watched her have to ignore 2-3 phone calls) the ac was partially fixed but would not go down below 71 degrees the whole time. I don’t expect special treatment by any means but did expect to be placed in another more room with working Amenities. The shower was either not on or scalding hot water. Overall would not stay here again, would not deal with this hotel which looks way nicer in pictures but is not. Also construction at all hours. Not a way I wanted to start my marriage. Tim the bar tender was great though. Super nice guy. Highlight of the trip.

The tub drain did not work well. The shower curtain rod is hung drooping in the center, such that the shower curtain can never be closed. The bath faucet leaked and dripped all night. They had tried to cover up mold with caulk all around the tub area. There was also rust. There was a party in one of the conference rooms directly below us and the music was horrendous and loud and banging and booming until and booming until 11 o'clock.. I feel like night club rooms should be relocated away from people who are paying top dollar. The pillows were inadequate...when one person needs 4 pillows, you have a problem with your pillows. The TV was old. The furnishings were old and damaged. There was a lamp that wouldn't turn on, one that flickered. The furnishings were old and damaged. The hotel has signs everywhere that says their bathrooms are being fixed, so why would they be selling rooms at such a high price $300 a night when they admit they are inadequate. This is the worst Hilton property ever and should have the name Hilton removed from it. Hilton has always meant classy and this one was far from it. Junky. ....on par with an old Best Western.

We stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience. I'm giving 4/5 because of the bed. It was VERY firm! My husband and I both woke up with sore backs. We were there for 5 nights. What impressed me the most about the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was the staff. They were some of the friendliest, most capable people who really go out of their way to help make your stay enjoyable. I visited the coffee shop every day and the girl that was working there, always greeted me with a smile. I will definitely return again.

Overall it was a great stay. The hotel rooms are a bit dated but they are now renovating the rooms. I can't wait to see the new renovations when they are done. Great location. The beach bar and long boards tiki bar are an excellent addition for added fun. The service was excellent. Can't wait to come back!

We loved this hotel but it could use a few improvements. The bathroom in our room was very small for a family of four. Also, there were two empty walls that hooks would be perfect on for wet towels and bathing suits. A retractable line in the shower would be nice too for wet stuff. We will be back next summer though! You can't beat the location on the beach and we love the whole outside area! The staff were all very friendly and were always very attentive when we needed something.

Great location on Cocoa beach, lots of parking. We stayed in an ocean view room on the seventh floor (there are 7 floors) on the north side. We had a super view and saw a SpaceX night launch. Wow, lit up the sky! You could hear the roar. The beach was beautiful. We had some nice waves due to a hurricane that was 400 miles to the east. It had no weather impact other than the waves. I don't think I've ever seen so many people surfing before at Cocoa Beach! Beach area is very spacious, nice, and sandy. It's very easy to rent beach chairs and umbrellas, there are people to set them up for you, and rental cost was reasonable. You can rent for half or whole day. You can also rent boogies boards (rented one for two hours) and I think you can also rent surf boards. People helping at the beach were very helpful and nice, very easy rental process. We ate breakfast at the hotel and the breakfast buffet was super, definitely a great deal. You will make out better ordering the buffet versus individual items (unless you're just ordering coffee!). The omelet station was great! We ate dinner one night outside by the bar (server Isabelle was fantastic). One thing, if you order a hamburger and want it well done (no red inside), make sure you tell them so. Not a big deal but ours was not well done. Isabelle took care of us. We have stayed many times at this hotel in the past, including several wedding anniversaries. The hotel is undergoing a remodel and our room had been remodeled. We liked the remodeling, very comfortable bed and lots of places for digital connections. Only thing we found disappointing in the room was there were not enough rods to hang towels in the bathroom (just on the sliding shower door). The shower itself was very nice. Also, it would been nice to have a microwave in the room.

Beautiful location!!! This hotel is right on Cocoa Beach and has easy beach access with an outdoor tiki bar and pool. The service was wonderful, all staff members were friendly and patient! The restaurant serves a wonderful buffet breakfast ( $21) with a make your own waffle station and a create your own omelette station! My omelette was delicious and the young man preparing it was friendly and quick, took less than 7 minutes! The only downside ( that I was not aware of) was that this hotel does not have balconies which I was looking forward to. I only stayed for one night but it was enjoyable!

Wonderful and welcoming staff members. The Tiki bar/restaurant were outstanding, great food and drink at somewhat reasonable prices. Great location on the beach, the only amenity missing was a hot tub!! Overall, a great time and experience for the family.

The breakfast waitress was amazing, she took care of us the first and second day. I forgot my purse at the table and she ran out to reach me. I was very pleased with my stay, the front desk agents were all very helpful.

Warning: Daily Construction Noise!!! I was informed there would be no construction noise during weekends, but this was not the case. Drilling and hammering occur daily from 8 am to 6 pm. If you’re planning to nap, consider visiting after the construction is complete. - Friendly and Efficient Staff Every staff member interaction was a pleasure. Front desk, restaurant and pool bar. - Overpriced with Additional Charges The hotel is decent but significantly overpriced. Expect extra fees for parking, beach chairs, and breakfast. - Room Quality: Mixed Feelings Our room was clean with a nice partial ocean view. However, the bed was uncomfortably hard (though my wife found it comfortable), and the furniture seemed overly worn for a room advertised as newly renovated. - Breakfast: Pricey but Convenient The breakfast buffet is $21 as of Nov 2023. It’s convenient and fairly tasty, but you might find better value meals nearby.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for a couple of nights before embarking on our cruise, and I have to say, we departed with nothing but smiles. Our early check-in was a breeze, and we were warmly welcomed with exceptional accommodations. The hotel boasts an impressive bar serving high-quality food, and there's even a delightful gelato stand inside. The beach, I must emphasize, is absolutely outstanding! On our way back to the hotel, we encountered outdoor showers with conveniently available towels for our convenience. I do wish there were more restaurants within walking distance, but you can take an Uber for a few dollars.

We are hilton honor members just stayed there, staff and food was amazing. But disappointed that our first room air and toilet didn’t work. Second room they shutoff water whole place1 pm to 330 pm . We got notice 35 minutes before they shut it if.Came back to an ice cold shower. I had a metal towel hook came flying out of the wall and an umbrella at pool almost hit me but I put my hands to stop the umbrella.I know they are remodeling but I should not be inconvenient .

  • 3/5 Nonya B. 7 months ago on Google
Good location with easy beach access. However, they are remodeling so it really doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. The staff was nice and friendly. My main complaint is that they don't have hot water (I had to take lukewarm showers and it took at least 10 min. to get that) and the bathroom is rather small. That's why I gave it 3 stars. This hotel looked so much better when I stayed in 2018.

The suite - is like a PRISON CELL, small AC vent, the room is like a small box, no balconies-at all in any of The rooms, why even bother to get an “ocean-view, false advertisement. I would like to report this hotel, specially to BBB, This hotel should be evaluated. What a waste of $450/night, I will make sure that I never stay in this Hilton and will advise everyone on social media and friends to never come to this hotel. The host at the breakfast was one of the rudest, to include each and every worker in there. NO Bath TUB, either. At the beach they want to charge you to rent an umbrella, with 450 a night you think this hotel will provide you with beach tents. Horrible stay. Save your money, guys and gals.

Excellent hotel, perfect location (Beach Access, we were leaving for a cruise from Port Canaveral just a 10 minute Uber ride away), beautiful beach with chair/umbrella rentals. Cute bar, good food, drinks were pricey but worth it. The room (King bed, Beach view, 7th floor) was very clean and newly remodeled. The coffee shop downstairs was a plus. My only complaint was there was not a plug or any way to plug your phone in next to the bed, I ended up plugging it in at the desk. All in all, perfect place to stay and we'll definitely be back!

Clean spacious room, great customer service from Suzanne, and staff at the front desk and at starbucks. Great location for special events because private event rooms are available. Nice pool by the bar. Beach is a few steps away from the hotel's exit. -1 because of the bathroom.. kind of small with a tub. -1 because the majority of the hotel is partial view because of the structure.

Rooms were recently remodeled. Had a terrible experience with newly remodeled room. We had no bathroom door all weekend with a family of 4 because it fell off the rails. Poor design! The carpets were frayed. Broken zippers on couch pillows. Sharp edges on platform beds. Too bad because the location is great but the rooms for the price are not worth it.

This visit was to the restaurant. The food was amazing, hats off to the chef and foremost the Hostess( I believe she may have been), Casey and our server Isabella were attentive and professional to us and all the people around us. Their was a young man who brought our food and he was very neatly dressed and groomed and super professional. Thank you for hiring great people! >Daisy W<

From parking (free) and check-in (easy) to check out, we had a wonderful experience. As a diamond member we frequent many Hilton hotels and this one didn't disappoint. The location and beach access was a primary driver for our Memorial Day Weekend stay, but the friendly service and wide variety of food and beverages was a huge plus. The live music and entertainment was fantastic as we relaxed at the outdoor restaurants. We found the hotel to be both adult and family friendly. The only negative aspects we encountered would be the very small pool area and the thin walls of the rooms, but not enough to dampen the experience. Would highly recommend.

The recently refurbished hotel is in good shape. It’s a perfect location for watching launches from Kennedy. The rooms are clean. The restaurants are good and the staff is friendly and helpful. If you stay for dinner ask for Marlene. She is great.

This is a great choice for hotel if you’re staying in Cocoa Beach. As far as the downsides: the elevator is very slow, and the walls are very thin. We could clearly hear our next-door, neighbors, phone conversations, and the kid upstairs running around. On the other hand, this hotel is in a wonderful location convenient to everything in the area, and they are currently undergoing innovation so hopefully that will help address the other problems that they have. The renovations are scheduled to go until the end of October. Right now the biggest impact was the storage crates all over the parking lot. I didn’t experience any noise or disturbance from the renovations inside the hotel. We had a junior suite, and it was very nice and roomy and has a mini fridge and safe but no microwave. It actually took us a day to realize that the closet is located behind the bathroom door so you can’t see it if the bathroom door is open. The weekend they were there there was a rocket launch, and the hotel was nice enough to put up information about it in the lobby. The path of the rocket went right over the beach in front of the hotel and we had a fantastic view. The beds were comfortable in the room was very clean. I saw some water damage in the hallway outside of the room, but nothing in the room itself.

Great location. Right on the beach. I love that the resort has a few nice bars/restaurant. Live music at 6. Main bar stays open late. Customer service was excellent. We were able to check in a little early. Family friendly resort. Bath tub in room is rusted is my only complaint.

  • 1/5 Erica R. 10 months ago on Google
The hotel location is good. The staff is good. However the most important part of the hotel is your room. They are in the middle of a renovation and some rooms are updated. Some are not. We were in an updated jr suite. These rooms are large. Allowing for much needed space when traveling with your family. However the renovation has left the room with NO STORAGE. Minimal hanging (18”) closet. No luggage rack. No desk. No counter space except where they have the “coffee” stuff. You get the square footage with the room. But don’t expect anything but the most needed items. Also, for an updated room, the carpet is already fraying at the entrance.

Hadn't Ben here in years. Visited with friends in town. Nice rooms (some older aspects/ some modern updates)... surprisingly high rates (but it was Spring Break)... beach access was great. Note: older valet was screaming at us for minutes as we walked away, preaching about character and personality (my friend was saying what a great personality I have and he overheard)... and he continued to interject his thoughts as we walked to the parking lot. Just felt it wasn't the time/ place/ appropriate. I don't get uncomfortable easily, but we had kids with us and it was strange.

We've never stayed at this location since we live in Cocoa Beach, but if its like any other Hilton, its top notch. We often go to this location for the "Holiday brunch" they put on and for 5 years, we've gone to Easter Brunch. The food is beyond outstanding, the service is great and the ice cream shop in the lobby is good anytime at all. Its a great place no matter when you visit.

Great value and location for family spring break vacation. Rooms are very nice and food is good. Service was hit and miss. Loved the breakfast buffet. This hotel has everything you need for a comfortable beach vacation. Close to the port for ship watching and short drive to Kennedy Space Center. Would definitely stay again!

The rooms are clean and very comfortable. Jamie and Alexis, at checkin, were amazing. Jamie took time to make sure my daughter had a positive birthday. I cant say enough about Jamie's customer service. All of the staff, house keeping and pool included were kind, thorough and helpful. We would definitely stay again.
