My husband and I thoroughly researched orthodontists in the Melbourne area. After our free consultation appointment with Dr. Caudill, we felt rest assured that he has the expertise and knowledge on how to effectively use Invisalign to straighten our daughter’s teeth. My daughter just completed her first set of Invisalign aligners, and we already noticed a remarkable difference. Dr. Caudill and team are truly amazing!

On a Friday night, I broke a fixed banded retainer that I received 20 years ago, creating discomfort and pain in my mouth. I called dozens of orthodontists and dentists Saturday morning and Dr. McNeight was the ONLY one in Brevard county who answered the call to help me out. She took time out of her day off on Saturday to promptly meet me at 10:30am to remove the broken retainer. I wasn't even a patient in her system! This says a lot about her character, passion, professionalism, and devotion to her patients. Thank you for helping me out with this emergency visit!

I absolutely loved my experience at Caudill! I went here for braces and I just recently got them off and my teeth are so straight it is crazy! I never thought my teeth would look so good. Also the staff is amazing! They are all so nice and they make sure you feel comfortable. When you get there for your appointment there is like never a wait and the appointments are quick and easy. Dr. Caudill is very thorough, friendly, and professional. I have a complicated orthodontic situation, and he explained it very well, giving me reasonable options and taking cost into account. The office is open incredibly early at 7 am which is very unusual for this industry- it makes it very convenient to get appointments. I had a great experience and highly recommend this practice.

I have been going to both the Suntree and Viera office for 18 months. I have successfully completed my full Invisalign treatment and can’t thank Dr. Ryan and his team enough. Throughout my treatment I also had to see the other providers a few times and they were equally as proficient and professional. My and my 2 sons came to Caudill Orthodontics for traditional braces and Invisalign. My teeth have reverted to their original position after Invisalign and my sons both feel like they need braces again after traditional braces through Caudill Orthodontics in Suntree/Pineda. If you hadn't noticed it is a Cattle Call in there with an overnight of patients. I have also seen some of the dentist assistants in there really be nasty to young kids about their orthodontic responsibilities. Very cringe! Dr. Caudill is a nice man but he has clearly taken on more than he can handle. The Clark family of Viera give a thumbs down to Caudill Orthodontics.

Excellent experience with Dr. McNeight and team. From the moment I walked through the door they welcomed me and made me feel comfortable and at ease. The entire staff is kind, knowledgeable, comfortable with questions about any and every step along the process. Every one of my appointments started on time and was efficient without feeling rushed. Dr. McNeight explained every step of her process and thinking to ensure I understood the care I received, she even took my upcoming wedding date into consideration to ensure my teeth would be as perfect as possible for the big day! My time as a patient went by too quickly as I really enjoyed my appointments at their office. Extremely happy with the results and you will be too!

Update: The Dr. contacted me within 24 hours of my review.. apologized and rectified the situation the same day at no charge so I'm going to assume she was unaware of the situation. I firmly believe you get what you pay for which is specifically why I chose this practice. My initial visit went very well and I decided to proceed. At the end of the initial visit I was asked whether I wanted metal or clear braces, I opted for clear( no other info was provided in regards to color) Fast fwd to getting them done (8/16) once they were put on I didn’t check them nor was I asked to because I mean they’re braces? When I got home and looked I noticed I had two different tones in my mouth ( clear and metal) I immediately called their office and spoke to someone who was very nice and understood exactly why I was I upset. She placed me on hold and came back to inform me they don’t offer clear on the bottom due to texture? Not once was I advised this.. not at the initial visit which was conducted by three different people(three people missed that??) or the day of my appointment, DEFINITELY something that should’ve been said. Anyhow, the person who answered the phone stated I could switch the top to metal and come back on Wednesday, I agreed… about an hour later a woman by the name Shelby reached out and left a message stating I would have to pay an additional $350 for the change. I called back to speak with her because I don’t feel I should be charged a fee due to their lack of communication, however, she insisted I be charged because they can’t reuse the brackets(not my error quite frankly not my concern). I reiterated to Shelby that I selected clear and was never advised they couldn’t do the top and bottom, she didn’t care. If I asked for two different colors and wanted them changed I would fully understand if they were to charge me, but that’s not the case here. I selected this practice thinking their customer service would match the quality of their office, but unfortunately that hasn’t been the case for me. Braces are a costly and lengthy process to be unhappy so definitely ask loads of questions even if they seem frivolous.

I must start off by saying money well spent. Everyone is so sweet and professional, we’ve always felt welcome. My son couldn’t be more happier with his new smile.
