Big LGBTQ+ community for 55+ but the neighborhood is NOT SAFE AT ALL. I lived there for 3 years. I just went back for a visit and Silver Star Village is really sad. I used to have wonderful neighbors but the new management handling of this place is disgraceful and good people are out.

Looking to do a community event at this community for the seniors. We are from the PInehills location and believe this community is truly under served. We can donate bags of food, enroll members into health plans and help with Food stamp applications but I could never get anyone to contact me back for social services. What a travesty. Someone call me back please!

The roads all need replaced! They also stopped the church from bringing free food distbution at the club house. There are retired Veterans here as well as disabled retired people that count on the food from the church. Sad!

I love my community and staff members this park is one of the best. Manager is new but she cleaning house and she doing a great job already you don't see are community dirty she is very strong and don't play games but that we needed long time ago safe place to live and great people but like any place we have to follow rules and some people don't like that ...

They have homes in here for as little as ten thousand and they're worth it the security is pretty tight and the community is very quiet

I love my neighborhood and my new home. And Thank you to Rory for all her help.

It's a nice community, but I do have a problem with the security gate entrance. Once someone enters code, the gate slowly opens and stays open for quite a while. Once the gate is open, I have seen many vehicles go in just like that even if they don't have access code. It's not really a safe security system.

Luv it there..am a resident for 10 yrs..been visiting there b4 living there..been 25 years my dad lived there..Now me/hubby get 2 njoy our SILVER YEARS there..55+ would definitely recommend..close to various bus transportation/stores..best of all we have 7days a week security patrol!🤗🙂

I've lived here 12yrs, and it's okay. At least inside the gates. The rest of the area outside the white fence is pretty bad.

I lived there park is very clean, on the other half you’re in your own prison, to many rules, rent goes up once a year. Would I live there again absolutely notttt.

I bought my house and my realtor Milvia helped me a lot and God first
