    Lovely little gem with unique seating, decorations, indie music, and great vibes. I didn’t get the coffee but had the banana bread cupcake/muffin. The packaging was cute and the cupcake itself was a delicious meal. My local gainesville friend claims this is a must visit location if you are anywhere remotely near high springs

    An awesome coffeehouse and bakery. Everything was very good. The decor was like being in you families house. We had a great time visiting with our friends. The ladie running the place were very nice.

    Wonderful shop, great for a quick snack to keep your energy level up. Delicious sweets, huge variety of cupcakes and cookies. Top notch coffee products with a large selection of flavored syrups to add. Also have glutenfree options available too.

    This place was cute, we had cupcakes brownies, muffin and a vegan chocolate chip cookie. Everything was great! No complaints here. I didn't try the coffee but I will next time.

    Really nice and quaint coffee shop, rustic with a bit of southern charm. They serve all kinds of coffee, made very well, really delicious! They know how to make a proper Cuban espresso, café con leche, and cortadito. If you don't know what those are you must try it. Pastries, cakes, and cookies are delicious, seems they always have something new whenever I go. Wonderful staff, always friendly. Love this place!

    This local shop was a great stop during our visit to High Springs! Try the Vanilla Coke brew with cream and the chocolate pretzels! A nice variety of cupcakes, muffins, and treats were available to indulge with your coffee. The inside was decorated perfectly for a coffee house but also a hint of history. It’s located right near the Main Street, so you can grab a coffee while you check out the local shops

    We found Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop recently and LOVED IT. On our way to a Soccer match in High Springs, and desperately seeking coffee, I searched Google maps for coffee shops. Colsie popped up so we gave it a try. Everything was perfect! Pleasant staff, delicious baked goods, and excellent coffee choices. On top of that, it's dog friendly and we had a very nice customer and his 2 well behaved pups sit and chat with us. My wife and I loved everything about Colsie Coffee & Bakeshop!

    Cute but nothing to remember. Was excited reading reviews and seeing pictures to try it out. There was no greeting or any enthusiasm or anything when I said it was my first time in. No boutique items, plenty of seating. With so many small businesses thats always what gives them more stars and what I remember when a place is empty. No Hi, how are you, we make things this way or that. Nothing. The latte was good, I sat outside enjoying the day so it was not terrible. Outside is not looking like the pictures either. Two wood picnic tables. Nothing fancy or inviting. Maybe she was having an off day. And maybe I will try them again.

    Such a cute shop with such friendly staff. The iced coffee was great, and we loved all the different bagels we tried! Also got some cute stickers and the most precious bracelets.

    The atmosphere is bright, calm, and cozy. Outside and inside seating available. The staff is courteous, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The selection of coffee and tea concoctions is awesome, but the best part is the Kookaburra coffee. Love that stuff. I’m very thankful for the gluten free and vegan options. I also love that they carry locally made gems to support local artists and artisans; putting money back into local community pockets. They’re obviously passionate about what they do and the community they belong to.

    By far the best muffin ever had in US! They also have great coffee. Do not miss this gem if you are around. We stay in town 3 days and we came here 6 times!

    Customer service was friendly and the atmosphere spacious and relaxed feeling. I am giving a 2 stars becayse the latte I ordered to go was mostly hot milk with very little taste of coffee. A suggestion to always taste coffee ordered to go before leaving.
