My fiancé and I stopped here to stay the night before our cruise. He said the guy at the front was super kind and laid back, and even gave us a deal on our room. The location is great, only a block from the pier and the beach. The room was clean, the beds were cleaner than some fancier hotels we’ve stayed in. It did have a mildew smell when we first walked in but I think it’s from them shampooing the carpet. The air worked, the water was hot, and the fridge worked. The tv had good channels and it wasn’t loud like the Main Street hotels. We didn’t eat breakfast at the hotel. They also didn’t have elevators. Over all, this place was a nice, clean resting stop for the night.

Rooms need updating. If you walk barefoot in the room, the bottom of your feet get black from the old carpet. Beds are comfortable and location is great. We stayed for 10 days and had to ask for our room to be vacuumed and bed to be made. Outdoor pool was wonderful. They need more people on during breakfast hours because a couple of times they were out of most items including coffee.

Wish I could give a better review. I always check the rooms in a hotel before bringing my stuff in and getting comfortable. So my wife and I go to check out the room and end up find a bedbug between the mattress and box spring. Was promised a new and freshly cleaned and inspected room. They put us in the room next door to the first one. And ofcourse we found another bug on the mattress. All we wanted was a clean bug free room. Hope they fix their issues and create a healthier environment for the guests and staff.

Quaint property that is simple and comfortable, right by the pier. Lovely for what it is honestly and with a pool in good condition!!! I used 15,000 points and thought it was a fine exchange, but if I was paying cash I likely would not pay 200+ for the room. I can't speak to the dirty carpets as I don't walk barefoot on hotel carpet because I'm not sure how often is is thoroughly cleaned (and I say this about hotel carpet generally, not the Days Inn), but I didn't see any grime or stains on it. The front staff is great and breakfast is basic but we were glad to have it and there was one warm option which we appreciated!

I have to thank the staff here!! They were so helpful and amazing to my daughter and I!! This was our first big trip since we lost my husband, they helped me unload and load!! They let me check in when we got back from our cruise. They didn’t have to do that but I’m so thankful that they did!! I highly recommend them to anyone. If I’m ever in the area I will definitely stay there again!!!

This hotel is all about location and that's about the only nice thing about it. I checked in and I was hit with a wave of smoke. I didn't even know they still have rooms with smoking in there. Then after about an hour or two I was able to get into another room. I would recommend wearing sandals because my feet got black within the first few minutes. Walking on the carpet. There's visible damage to a lot of things inside the room. There is a microwave and fridge which is nice. House cleaning doesn't do a very good job. I've had them come in here twice now and both times no one's vacuumed the floor, they'll make the bed at least and give you fresh towels. If it wasn't for the fact that there are no other hotels available in a 30 mi radius, I would have checked out on the first day. The biggest plus to being here is you are right across the street from the beach. That's about it. Oh there's also breakfast which is okay. The front desk staff is friendly. And the hotel pricing is at least half of everything in the area.

The beach was close enough to walk to, the room was very clean and the bathroom was spotless. The front desk lady was very helpful. The breakfast was good, but very chaotic. The breakfast room was small and lots of people showed up, I would just bring food back up to our room, or eat facing the window.

The only room they had left was a 'smoking' room. I booked it since we were only staying one night to leave on a cruise the next morning. The room was clean but did smell of smoke. A/C worked great. Hot water in shower was great. All staff was friendly. Breakfast was decent (oatmeal, toast, sausage egg biscuits, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, a variety of juices and coffee). Great location right across the street from the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Great location a short walk to the beach; friendly and helpful staff; close enough to see launch from the beach a 5 minute walk down from the hotel; nice, clean pool with shower to rinse off; towels for the pool area; able to park for the day on day of checkout; older hotel, but clean, painted, and minimal toiletries (more available at front desk); ample snacks at breakfast; easy check in/check out; we felt safe and the area is well lit.

We stayed only one night before our cruise. It was a very quiet night. The room needs a little updating and the a/c kept shutting down. But we were never uncomfortable. Check in was smooth but the guy who checked us in seemed rather unfriendly. It was ok for just a one night stay for us.

Nice clean rooms! Front office staff were welcoming and informative about the area, pier, food options. Room was upstairs and there is no elevator as all rooms are outside rooms. We ended up with a Smoking room which was not our request buy, had a balcony with partial ocean view! Not to bad for price and a one night Stat before cruise. Parking is $5 per day and we were charged for the day we arrived and checked out $10 to credit card. No cash.

We stayed here one night before embarking on a cruise. As others have noted, the carpet will turn your feet black. The breakfast was less than average. Bugs in the room. You could see daylight under the door and that’s probably why there were bugs. The front desk staff was the highlight of the stay. We booked through Priceline and our cost with taxes was $151. The location is convenient to walking to the beach.

We stayed here for a week while on vacation. Rooms were very nice, breakfast was good, would have like to see a different variety. Service was amazing! This was the best place we stayed between the other 2 Days Inn we stayed at before this one. We will be definitely staying here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Perfect location to the beach, pier, restaurants. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were right by housekeeping so morning noise was kind of a thing. But it wasn't too bad.

The place was really nice, really clean and a really good location. A little more expensive than really needed to be for being a Days Inn. And the only reason you got four instead of five stars is because of the $5 charge to park your car. Kind of ridiculous considering the price of the room, nothing but a money grab right there. No one charges a parking fee for a paid for hotel room

The room was well kept. It could have used some updating in the bathroom, but you can tell they are trying to do better with the rooms & staff than in the past. It was pleasant, not a noisy or as inconsistent. Will be back.

The staff member working 1/21/23 during the night shift, Mike Audit I believe his name was, was extremely helpful with our late arrival and scheduling of our transportation to Port Canaveral for the next day. We had to reschedule it twice and Mike was extremely helpful and polite the whole time. Mike is a great asset to your company. I would love to have him work at my business!
